Everything about this place is amazing. It’s our third year staying here. The attention to detail is wonderful. The owners and staff are so kind and welcoming. The property itself is gorgeous! A delicious, homemade breakfast is served every morning. The rooms are spotless and always well maintained. 5 out of 5 stars. If I could live here permanently, I would. Thank you Rebecca and family!

We stayed for one night to see a show and wished we could have stayed longer! After a wonderful breakfast we casted out a few times from the dock and caught a few great bass! We’ll be back for sure!

Nice relaxing weekend. The view of the lake is great with the trees around changing colore. We’ll return for a longer stay for sure.

I love this place so much. It's the kind of place you just want to revisit. The hosts are so kind, and they are genuinely nice people. There are plenty of things to do and eat and enjoy in the area, but if you stay here, you've got to set aside plenty of time to enjoy the Lake House. Hang out at the gazebo with a glass of wine. Linger over the amazing breakfast, and take some coffee or tea out on the porch and chat with other guests. Open your windows at night (season and weather permitting) and listen for loons. I'll be back in the area this summer, and while I know it's always good to try new places and enjoy a change of scenery, I really want to go back to the Lake House!

I recommend everything about this lovely B&b! The hosts are wonderful, the huge fireplace that is lit in the evenings is wonderful, the rooms are bright and spacious, the beds are so comfy you don’t want to get up. But the breakfast they serve is top notch, and the chocolate chip cookies are such a wonderful treat! This is our second year and we’ll be back!

We loved everything about this sweet Bed and Breakfast. They were all so kind and ready to help. They kept our room so nice and kept up daily, gave us incredible recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and just made it so easy to relax. Best stay we've had staying away from home! Never stayed at a B&B before I didn’t know what to expect, this place was beautiful on the inside as for the grounds. The stuff was overly sweet and made you feel like you were home. The presentation of the breakfast was as breathtaking as it was tasty. Every morning they cooked something new, never the same thing.
I can not wait to go back.

Stayed in a room on the front of the house. The owners provided insight into the happenings of the town as well as provided an excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and beautifully landscaped yard.

If you do yourself 1 favor in your lifetime, make it a stay at this inn! The breakfast was amazing, the inn keepers were so friendly and welcoming! The view to die for, the whole experience was New England at it's finest!

This is such a great place to stay. The owners are so hospitable and extremely accommodating. Everything about this place is perfect.

House was beautiful and great fora large crowd. However, the number who can be easily accommodates is a bit questionable. The two rooms with two double beds essentially lacked somewhere to put your luggage. The owners don't offer recycling either. For our week long stay for 12 people, they provided only 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, hardly any garbage bags or paper towels. Location great though. Busy road in front.

This place was amazing! The Innkeepers were so welcoming, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the breakfast was amazing! I would love to come back to explore the lake more! Definitely would recommend!

Money for nothing. This Motel is nothing special, but the prices are very high. The breakfast was not realy good and the place itself (on the road) is realy very noisy. AND abolutely nothing done for the persons with disability. It is the last century.

This is my second year visiting the Lake House at Ferry Point. I will continue visiting as long as Rebecca, Jeanette, and Monty are apart of this incredible Bed and Breakfast. They truly make the experience incredible.

During our 2 week trip and 9 Hotels in USA that was the worst hotel I ever seen. After 2 Hours we must flee from it. Between Hotel and the Lake is an Industrial Road with very many big and heavy trucks, the Hotel has no elevator, the rooms are very small and they have no TV. The stairs are very closely and steep. Never again. Any Motel or Inn is better!

House and grounds were very nice and the facilities were very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Less than 30 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for 6 nights during bike week, wish we could have stayed 6 more. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was fantastic, beautiful veiw of the lake and Rebecca, Monty and Jeanette were very friendly. Can't wait to go back! 5 stars!

Just returned from our first visit to the Lake House at Ferry Point. It was lovely. A quintessential New England B&B. Rebecca and her family were warm and welcoming. You'd never know that they are new to the business. They made themselves available whenever we needed them, but gave us plenty of privacy. The views are wonderful. I could sit on the front porch all day. Although, they told us the breakfast hours when we arrived, we messed up and came downstairs after serving time. Jeannette was kind enough to have our plates warming in the oven and served us breakfast. We had the opportunity to chat and learn about how they came to purchase the property. I loved hearing their story. I wish them great success. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality. Rebecca and James.

Cindy and John are superb hosts at their beautiful B&B. We spent 9 says in New England over the past weeks and their home was by far the best accommodation we had. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we felt their hospitality. The extra touches (chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling cider and a New Hampshire gift basket in our room on arrival), the amenities (fabulous "Comphy" sheets, lotions, always available coffee and tea and cookies) make their bed and breakfast stand out. They also made reservations for is at a great restaurant and even had a discount card for this restaurant. The breakfasts were fabulous, the view is gorgeous, and the rooms are warm and welcoming.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at the Lake House at Ferry Point. It is a charming and clean house with a tremendous panoramic view of a pristine lake. The front porch and gazebo-by-the-lake helps guests to relax and unwind. The breakfasts are delicious, nicely presented, fun, and slightly varied from day to day. The coffee and cookies available in the late afternoons are a welcome and tasty treat. The location of the inn was perfect for us as it was situated in driving distance to sites we enjoyed, such as Wolfeboro, Meredith, the tramway in the White Mountains, and the Canterbury Shaker Village. The innkeeper hosts are warm and welcoming. Their love of the inn readily shows and helps you to feel at home, too. Go and stay — you won't be disappointed!

Our stay was great the room was clean and the bed sheets were silky soft. Breakfast was very good, John can cook! Homemade cornbread yum. John and Cindy are nice down to earth people who had us laughing. The location is beautiful being right on the lake. We will stay again, maybe next time in the Winter. Great place.

This is without question a hands down 5-star rating! John and Cindy were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. My Boyfriend and I decided to get away for 2 nights and selected this gem of a bed and breakfast! Located in Sanbornton, both the B&B and the town were very quaint and quiet. John and Cindy greeted us the second we arrived with a smile and an offer to help settle us in. We chose the Wentworth Lake room that boasts a very nice sized Jacuzzi! This room had a view of the beautiful snow covered woods behind the house (we went during the winter). The room, the entire house and grounds were meticulously spotless and cared for. John and Cindy told us of several nice places to grab food or grab a drink. All of their suggestions were wonderful! They even offered to come pick us up if we had a few too many — which is incredibly kind! Among all off the food that we ate the most spectacular was the yummy fare that John prepared each morning for us! Beautiful fresh fruit and tasty hot dishes along with plenty of fresh coffee and tea. There is a lovely great room that we used to snuggle up and look at the lake — also enjoyed morning coffee in there. The house itself is gigantic and tells you a story as you move around it. J&C were kind enough to tell us of it's history and their's as well. They really made us feel like family during our stay. This is a fantastic find in beautiful New Hampshire that you simply cannot pass up!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast in March. The inn is very clean, cozy and inviting and is located across the street from a gorgeous lake. Our room was beautiful and the view was to die for. John, Cindy and their children make you feel like part of the family with their loving and caring ways. (Cindy got us hooked on a TV show which we began watching at the inn and when we returned back home, we had to watch the entire series) :) I highly recommend staying at The Lake House at Ferry Point, you will not be disappointed! We are looking forward to our next visit with this lovely family soon.

My daughter chose this spot to hold a small intimate gathering of friends and family for her wedding and activities. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. We felt like we were enjoyed and the host family proud to offer their help in every way. The time spent in the home was comfortable and welcoming, the food excellent. As with many b and b's they are a work in progress. For the up keep and time it takes to attend to many guests I believe John and Cindy were well above the standard. I particularly appreciated as a veteran the opportunity to spend and extra night free for Veterans Day. My brother and I stayed in the Sunset room and found it quite tasteful as well as cozy. We were treated to a boat tour of the lake and areas that we would never have experienced otherwise. It was time well spent, and a beautiful wedding to add to their repertoire of excellent events that have occurred under their eaves. Thank you. Mary. Mother of the bride.

Our visit to The Lake House at Ferry Point in May 2012 was nothing less than wonderful. John and Cindy were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The view from their home is absolutely breath-taking. We stayed in the Lake Solitude suite and highly recommend it. We enjoyed a day of hiking, took a boat tour on Lake Squam, which is also highly recommended, and upon our arrival back to our room, John had a copy of “On Golden Pond” ready for us to watch. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more pleasant. It made us feel like we were staying with old friends! John is a wonderful cook and we found ourselves excited in the mornings, anticipating an exquisite breakfast. One of our fondest memories is bundling up with a cup of coffee while watching the sun slowly set over the lake. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We are already planning our next visit in May 2014.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House at Ferry Point! John and Cindy are so welcoming and gracious — they made us feel right at home in their beautiful inn! We stayed in the newly renovated Webster Lake room. Beautifully decorated with an awesome view of the lake. Delicious breakfast, too.
