Good local restaurant. Love the steak tips and they usually have some specials that are good. Stop by to have a couple, hang with some friends and listen to the music. Have always had good service at reasonable prices.

We visited just to eat at the attached restaurant. As a result I can't review the hotel proper, however (and therefore I won't dock too many stars), the restaurant setup was fairly inconvenient. I noticed handicapped access was outright broken because the only entry point, a 30-step staircase, had a broken chair lift. We were hurried through the dining experience due to how busy the place was. If it's any indication as to how the hotel operates, you may want to give this place a pass.

The room is on the ground floor. The water's pressure is good. Something in the evening started to flow in the bathroom. The air conditioning is old. The room smells bad. Cockroaches were crawling on the kamode. A pool of muddy water. At night they started biting bedbugs. The fire alarm went off. I forgot the charger in the end in the evening no one saw it.

Loved the service. Staff treated me great. The room was in good sanitary condition and I would go there again.

If there was a negative star, thats what they'll get… I cannot begin to say how mortified and disgusted I am. What a nightmare. We've been sleeping with dead bugs on our mattress, along with a huge urine stain in addition to the unchanged bed cover with a stain that appeared to be a blood stain. The GM handled the situation unprofessionally. His attitude was arrogant and condescending. A slap in face and very disrespectful to compensate me and my family for one night stay after Sleeping in a dirty bed with dead bugs for three nights. Hallways have an odor. Breakfast was the same every morning. Night one; I thought something was crawling I checked didn't see anything other that particle on sheets Night second; thought something was crawling on me checked again, disnt see anything Finally night 3; felt something again this time in the AM I pulled the sheet back along with bed cover and long and behold was the nightmare I suspect bed beds also. There is no way that I felt something crawling on me and then nothing there I HAVE PHOTOS.

Almost everything was perfect! I stayed here with my fiance while visiting family. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly/knowledgeable, beds comfy and the room had a nice refrigerator and microwave. Also an outdoor pool! But the carpet in the room… It is old, and in dire need of an update. At the very least a shampooing! It made the whole room smell musty and left my white socks not looking so white. I think hardwood or something along that line would be much better. Not only easier for staff to clean/maintain. But also less room for germs or bugs to make a home. I definitely look forward to staying with you again and hope that you may take some of my advice!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is terrible. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, there was dried up urin on the seat. The staff had stolen something from the room, no one took it seriously and never returned my calls. Do NOT spend your money here.

Excellent staff! Breakfast could be wayyyyyy better, but it's there. All in all, it's a good hotel. I will stay again.

Had dinner at the 99. Restaurant seemed clean, though it was a little odd to be met with stairs down almost as soon as you enter the door (there is a powered platform for wheelchair use, but I'm unaware if there is a same-level entrance or ramp for those with other mobility issues. ) We were there for a late lunch, about 2pm on a Saturday. Restaurant was fairly quiet, but it still took quite a bit for food to make an appearance. Our waitress was a happy presence, though.

Enjoyed dinner at the 99 restaurant located inside the Fireside Inn. Food was decent and the staff were friendly. One good point, they are open late.

Staff are great. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. We're truckers, parents and sons live close by very frequent visitors. Recommended highly! Pet friendly A+++

Can I give a zero? This review pertains to my stay some months ago. My laptop got stolen here! When we arrived, the hotel was ok, room had a very odd smell (like a previously smoked-in room with loads of cheaply perfumed camouflage), breakfast was edible but not more than that. However, when we were leaving, I left my laptop in the bed. My friend left the room last and saw the cleaning lady going in out room, the cleaning lady even asked her to hold the door. After about 20 minutes of leaving I realized that my laptop is missing. We went back and of course no-one knew anything. I spoke to the manager who said that the cleaning lady never went into the room, even though he was never there and couldn't see that. The staff was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional and just hid in the back room behind the reception and giggled and whispered. I had to call the cops and file a police report; the cop acted like these type of things have happened at the hotel before, and basically told me there is no hope. So, I lost out on $1500. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want your things stolen. If you do stay, take your things always with you.

We actually went to the 99 restaurant which is located in the basement of the building. Great place to have a good variety of food The prices are reasonable and quantity is good. They also have a huge bar area servings food from the. Menu.

We had some reservations about following through with our stay at the Fireside. As I was inquiring about the availability and cost, a deceased customer was being wheeled out in a body bag on a gurney. Putting that aside, the room was clean and enjoyable!

Very friendly staff. The hotel itself is nothing special. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Skip the vending machines as they are outrageously priced. There's several convenience and grocery stores very close.

I probably could have given this Fireside a higher rating… but unfortunately at the time I stayed which was only 2 days ago they had a problem with unwanted bed guests! I am hoping that they will do the right thing and shut down the portion of the building that has the highest probability of infestation and do the necessary things to have those rooms clean and clear before they open them up for guests again. Otherwise it becomes an epidemic all too quickly!

Cozy place. Had to stay here overnight for business. Very 60s/70s decor. Probably when it was built or the last time it was remodeled. I'm not turned off by this. The furniture was old too and had scratches and dings. Adds to the dated decor. Wi-Fi is atrociously slow until 10pm when people start going to sleep. Also the blow dryer in my room didn't work. The breakfast was sausage, biscuits, and gravy with scrambled eggs when I stayed. Had the runs for two days afterward.

The 99 Restaurant at The Fireside Inn is always a great experience. They change up the menu regularly but there are options for every taste and wallet.

The room and location was decent. The building itself has a odd setup. No elevator that I noticed. Grounds where a bit worn but decent stay. Front deck friendly. Nice to have fridge and microwave in room. Key cars entry for far end entry. Has Wi-Fi but it's spotty.

Great service. Excellent hostess. Comfy beds. Excellent food.

Stayed here for a week for work. Tho so if the tech in the room could use some real updating it wasn't bad. AC was cold, Wi-Fi was a little slow and lights were on 4 different switches. But all and all not bad.

Went to their restaurant for food and drinks. It's probably one of the better 99 bars i've seen. Friendly staff, drafts come in an frosted glass which is excellent, food is typical bar food but it's also some of the better bar food options. They have a menu that extends further than that but I have yet to venture that far. Had the wings and they are some of the better ones of nashua for sure, buffalo wild wings are the only competition in my opinion for the area.

Went to the 99 Restaurant located in the Fireside Inn. There was excellent service, great food, and a welcome selection of music.

Clean, nice pool soft king size bed. It's nice. Ac works awesome.

Place was very clean everybody was very respectful they just do not have balconies or Deck's so there's not much of an option of going outside of your room there is a little pool area which is awesome plenty of parking and a 99 Restaurant down below which is great also.

The room was a nice size the sheets and towels were really clean as well as the bathroom. Everybody was super nice and willing to accommodate any needs. The continental breakfast wasnt great always very busy and very limited seating and not a huge food selection but for free it was nice. You could definitely tell a difference walking through the halls of the smoking and non smoking section I was very pleased our non smoking section. The pool looked nice but a bit to chilly to get in. I loved that they had a washer and dryer that was coin operated on the premises and you could purchase soap and dryer sheets as well. All around it was a very pleasent stay.

Friendly helpful staff. Overall good stay. A little older but clean.

An excellent place to stay. Clean and extra-good service. I accidentally left my suitcase behind in the room. It was recovered and sent to me quickly (and packed carefully) by mail, arriving within two days. I can highly recommend.

Comfortable rooms and a short drive to downtown Nashua.

A dump. Smells so bad I had to wash everything (including suitcases) when I got home. Electrical wiring is so scary. Had to wiggle the outlet to make the lights work by the beds. Burn holes in blankets, moldy shower. Outside looked like a dump. Disgusting.

Awful. The smell of smoke is TERRIBLE and all over. I should have known by the strong smell of air freshener in the lobby trying to mask the scent. The sheets in our 'smoke-free' room had cigarette burn holes in them. I will never return.

I've given this place two tries, about 8 months apart. The smell of smoke is HORRIBLE. The outlets in the room are falling apart. Overall cleanliness could use some help, poor Wi-Fi. Needs overall renovations.

Room is not clean, not many free breakfast choices. Those are my only complaints. Overall, I would not avoid this place at all costs, but service is friendly.
