Upon reading the reviews online about this hotel, we almost didn't stay here. Having no other affordable options we booked the room. Upon arrival the staff was more than courteous and helpful, the room was clean and up to date. It looked like it was recently painted with fresh carpet. Everything worked (A/C Wi-Fi) and the breakfast buffet the next day was probably one of the best I've had in years. The woman there was constantly cleaning and restocking items. There is also a gas station/convenience store right next door for anything you may need and good restaurants close by. We would most definitely stay here again the future.

Wouldn't stay there again. When I checked in the woman was too busy watching the video monitors to really interact with me. Made me wonder if they either have a problem with crime or just like to spy on the guests. Then, when I filled up the bathtub, the water was brown. Best thing about this hotel was the convenient location and free breakfast. Glad I only stayed one night.

Very nice staff. Clean they go out of your way to make your visit like home.

The location is actually a lot farther out than most hotels that I've sean. In the rooms its cleana. Nd the beds are really comfy. My guy.

Its usually a nice place but when we went into the room the cleaning crew didnt remove all over the other peoples belongings. There was some beer still in the refrigerator and the other people left some of their electronics behind.

Good breakfast service, bathroom amenities available, decent cleaning service.

I stayed there when it was Red Roof Inn but the person at the front desk was really helpful. You still can have a dog there and that's a plus.

I made a reservation 9 pm Thursday for the next day, Friday. Sadly, someone died. I could not go. I called to cancel at 3:30 pm Friday, and before I got even one sentence out the desk clerk was all over their cancellation policy and how they would not refund my money. I tried to inject and was talked over. At that point, it becomes my bad manners, for which I am sorry. I became as rude as the person to whom I was speaking because I had to shout over him to be heard. When I asked to speak to a manager, the guy hung up on me. Needless to say I am out the money and astounded by the rudeness. Choice Hotels Corporate was 100% useless in helping me. I would never again even book a reservation there because of the rudeness — much less stay there.

This is an Excellent Hotel. It is clean and quiet, has friendly and responsive staff, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Much of the fixtures, carpets and furniture seems to be new. At least it looks new. The Business Center, Exercise Area, Pool, Breakfast Area, Lobby, Hallways and outside are all maintained very well. I have read some of the negative reviews and to me it seems those people stayed at another hotel but left their feedback here — my 2 experiences at the Loudin Quality Inn was that different. My wife and I have been traveling for many years. This is a very good hotel.

Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Jacuzzi bath tub wasn't very clean, there was soap scum around the top. The breakfast wasn't very good the sausages looked like they had freezer burn, the eggs weren't good. Only thing that looked appealing was the packaged muffins. Didn't appreciate a phone call from the front desk reminding us we needed to check out and then 3 minutes later staff was knocking on the door. That made us feel uncomfortable.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast options were good, would have liked to have seen whole milk and fruit options, but the eggs and muffins were good.

The rooms have been updated, staff very friendly and helpful.

This place has no customer service what so ever. I called six times and no ever answered the phone, to file a complaint and speak with there district manager. Don't waste ur time.

Wow. I stayed at this hotel when it was a Red Roof for years and years. Now Quality Inn… and 3x the price. What a disappointment for the race team. Now we stay way off the path in Concord. The 'renovation' leaves much to desire and the price skyrocketed to an absurd level. I never saw the RR upwards of 120 dollars. Bummer.

This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn. It's since been renovated and made into a Quality Inn. The renovation definitely has left room for improvements. I was never in the motel when it was a Red Roof Inn, but for being newly renovated it feels very old and low quality. The beds were comfortable, front desk was friendly and the room was marginally clean. The value was definitely not there, however yield management at its best, this was the only place that had rooms available in the Concord NH area and they were charging $219 for a room. In my opinion this should have been $99 room, but they were able to charge what they did due to lack of supply. I would only stay here in the future if I am in the same situation and this is the only place with rooms. There's plenty of nicer hotels with better value 10-15 min down the street in Concord, NH.

I always try to stay at Quality Inn. Our travel across country when my husband received order included us staying at Quality Inn's because they are pet friendly, fit in our budget, and chances are there is breakfast. Perfect for our journey's. Most recently I was going to head to a competition and used the address on the registration form to find a hotel nearby. This was weeks ago. I accepted the no cancellation policy. Well, turns out, a week before the event, I find out the location has moved. Two hours further north. To get there in time from the hotel, I'd have to wake myself and my 3 year old at 4. In the morning. Anyone with children knows that mornings and toddlers don't mix. I tried going about cancelling through the website, calling the guest services for Choice hotels, everything for 4 days. Non stop. I was panicking and freaking out. In the end all it took was a call to the general manager of the hotel, this hotel to be precise, and he was able to override the policy. He was so friendly about it. I had prepared myself for the inevitable "No I can't do that, " but it was a Yes! I can do that. I didn't even have to explain that the location had changed on me. He saved me a good chunk of money that I can now use to re-book at a Quality Inn much closer to where I'm going. I am so grateful. If possible, I will always look for Quality Inn's first. Not too cheap. Not too expensive. And so far, genuinely nice people. :)

Not a bad place, bedding wasnt that comfortable but the room was a good size and the bathrooms could of been a tad bit more updated for the price of this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here after attending a race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. Room was clean, shower was nice and hot and bed was comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Bring your own towel theirs are a joke. Pool is too chlorinated. Rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom. Got a great view out the window of a large shipping container in the parking lot. Not bad if you're here on work and need a place to crash. Two luxuries here: a comfy bed and a comfy chair.

Very friendly front desk staff. I was traveling with 2 small children and they did their best to be accommodating. The hotel is bare bones, nothing fancy and it is a bit off the beaten trail so you will need to drive off site or have food delivered in. The breakfast in the morning is fine; yogurt, cereal, bagels, juices, coffee, tea and a waffle making machine and a bowl of apples. The beds and linens are comfortable, TV and Wi-Fi worked well. The pool was heated but nothing fancy at all. It was loaded with families and although my grandchildren enjoyed it, I wouldn't go in because it was overcrowded and I questioned the cleanliness. There are lounge chairs outside that face the parking lot and dumpster which was totally full and one outdoor table and chairs that had not been cleaned from the people who used it before. I know they are in the process of renovating from what used to be a Red Roof Inn. One convenience is the variety store/liquor/gas station that shares the same parking lot. So if you are looking for a comfortable bed and don't need anything fancy, this Quality Inn will serve you well.

Much better a couple of years back. Our room was non-smoking but smelled worse than an employee break room. The Jacuzzi had yellow bubbles circling the surface when using the jets and the pool was closed for some unknown reason. It appears to be going downhill and that's too bad for a property with such potential.

Do not expect much from this Inn. It was clean and the room was OK. The restroom was very tiny. We had no microwave or fridge in our room to store food. There was no iron provided in the room and we had to request one, had to pick it up from concierge. AC works just fine. Breakfast was a big disappointment. If you book your room online make sure you confirm with the hotel front desk. We booked for a king size bed online but got a call from the front desk in the last minute as they were none available.

Poor customer service, had to ask for things that should have been offered. The front desk employees seemed more interested in doing the minimum daily requirement than providing good customer service. They apparently rent the indoor swimming pool advertised as an amenity for children's classes, so be prepared to do your "swimming" in a small corner of the pool 3 ½ feet deep. They like to tout the free bottle of water given to every guest, but I've never been offered a bottle of water at a Wed Woof Inn, although other ones we've stayed at have had a more professional front desk. When I asked for a late checkout, the desk rep grimaced like I was asking for his firstborn child. After some haggling, he finally agreed to half an hour late (11:30 instead of 11:00), citing that "We're really busy tonight. " The room and continental breakfast were okay for $100/night, but very little bang for your hotel buck.

Awful experience every time I made a reservation online for a room during nascar race weekend twice they called back and said you can't have the room for that price and you can't stay here unless you pay 200 dollars more a night. It always seems to be something when I try to stay here I guess I will look somewhere else to stay.

We arrived to find out that the hotel gave away our room in error, then after having to rent another room, discovered that the comforter and blankets on our bed were completely saturated with urine. Coupled with a tub filled with hair and a very loud drunken party across the hall, not the best hotel experience, even considering the very reasonable rates and professional night desk clerk.

This propery is a great place, the staff is the best, the property is well kept, and maintained, the rooms are what you expect from a good hotel chain, but this is a property that is built since 2000 and has not been redon, but is still good. the only thing bad is the breakfast, just good enough to get you running to eat somewhere else, lol. good toast and generic muffins and crap like that. they allow dogs and ive heard some barking (thats the owners fault! ) and seen crap in the grass, then people wonder why others dont like pets in motels! no smoking facility! a plus and must! ive been going here for many years and have nothing bad to say, you want a well kept place and great staff! and quiet place with a indoor pool for a reasonable price! well here it is and more.

Nice and clean. Our dogs barked in the room. We''ve been told we may have to pay for everyone's stay in range of our dogs bark, in this pet friendly hotel, depending on how the customers react. Be careful if u have a dog. Oh, breakfast (free) is toast and coffee. Lindsay makes illegal threats and WILL lock you out of your room if you piss her off. Seriously, there's a hotel right down the road. (I made the mistake of paying for four days during a holiday).

Harras by the staff about our dogs. Very rude at front desk. What a shame since we love red roof. Loudon need better staff. Apparently Lindsey doesn't know what hospitality mean.

Terrible, gave away our room and left my wife and our infant son left to find another hotel after we got to Loudon. Had the same thing happen to friends of ours a few years back after their son was injured at NHMS and they had to go to the hospital. We wont go back.
