We got the opportunity to spend the night and it was excellent. 5 star and a delicious free breakfast.

This was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and featured a full size fridge + little food prep area. I didn't use the common spaces much but they all looked nice.

I have never stayed at an Element hotel before. It was a family emergency. I really appreciated the convenient location to the hospital, and town. The hospitality of every employee was wonderful. I truly needed some extra warm greetings or feeling like I was being taken care of in this trying time. I also had to bring my dog with me which I called ahead to other neighboring hotels for approval on which I got. However upon trying to make a reservation at the desk proved troubling. Everything at the Element was tops. I like that the standard room was more of a suite you would have to upgrade to at another hotel. They have a goregous pool with an assisted lift chair. Not something I have seen standard at most hotels. Wonderful indoor and outdoor lounge areas. They have a nice smoking and dog walk area which provides handy disposable baggies and plentiful cigarette trays as well. Breakfast and an evening nosh was provided daily. The bed was extremely comfortable with equally plentiful pillows equally soft and billowy. Same with plenty of towels provided. There was nothing this hotel did not provide or could not solve for you. Charge your car stations. Handicap friendly. Shuttles available. Very positive and would highly recommend this specific location for certain again. I hope all Element hotels are this wonderful and reasonable.

I love this hotel in Lebanon! We usually stay here when visiting our son at Dartmouth College. Even though there are closer hotels to the campus, this hotel offers spacious rooms with such mod cons as a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, a sink with filtered water (! ), a cooktop, plates, flatware, a microwave and even a dishwasher. The Heavenly Beds are great, too. The staff are always friendly and I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t address to my satisfaction.

Very nice facility with excellent amenities for both business and pleasure. Rooms include a small kitchen and are nicely arranged, breakfast is great, and the staff are all friendly and helpful; plus our room was dead quiet. This is high end practical!

Pleasantly surprised! Great, clean eco friendly hotel surrounded by forest. Breakfast is much more than continental with fresh, natural ingredients. I like the care and thought they put into everything.

This Element hotel is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and good quality, but the service has made me a customer for life. When I said that I would be leaving the hotel before the complimentary breakfast would start, the desk workers prepared a breakfast-to-go bag for the next morning for me and my friend. The exceptional service has made this my go-to hotel for the area. The complimentary beer, wine, and charcuterie is icing on the cake.

Right off the highway, but isolated in it's own space, so it is quite. Fifteen min from King Auther's and in delivery distance from a few pizza places/late night snack places. Friendly staff, nice, clean, and new, modern rooms. The suite is spacious and has a fully outfitted kitchen (with small stove top). Breakfast was good — with yogurt bar, bread/toast station, and cereals. Hot breakfast section was there, not very good — pancakes and oatmeal got bad reviews from my group. Gym was great — super clean and well equipt, appreciated the fruit and sanitation equipment. Pool (saltwater! ) was very small and rectangular, no hot tub. Lots of communal space to hang out and boardgames are available to use, which was great. Looks like it has an outdoor lounge as well with grills (I wasn't there long enough to use it). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I need to be in the area.

Awesome Hotel. They love to give away free beer and appetizers. Really good internet. The staff is really cool. I wish they had better parking though.

This is a first class hotel. People there are great and make you feel welcome. Rooms are very nice and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good along with other amenities. I will definitely stay at Element again!

What a great Place! Booked a standard room for one night. Nice surprise when we walked in. Full kitchen… sitting room. Bedroom. Great size bathroom! Great value for the money! Very clean! Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

I stayed at the Element Hotel in Lebanon NH this month (12/1) and what a wonderful hotel! The staff were very friendly, the amenities were great, and the rooms were lovely!
I am used to a continental breakfast being toast, muffins, yogurt, and cereal, yet here there were eggs in multiple forms along with sausage, plus all the other above listed foods.
I am also used to heated pools being barely above cool but this pool was so warm and relaxing!
The rooms were very high end, comfortable, clean and easy to access from multiple outside entries (not just the main lobby).
I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler, short or long term! It’s also animal friendly!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend get away and we loved it! I was very pleased with the decor of the spacious room, which contained a kitchenette. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and I slept wonderfully. The salt water pool was delightful. It was so warm I felt like I was in bath water and my skin felt like I had been to the spa after my swim. The continental breakfast was much more then just bagels, muffins, and coffee, which is what I expected. There was so much to choose from hot cereal, cold cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, yogurt, etc. The free shuttle service makes a night out so relaxing without the worry of who is driving home. I was very pleased with the quality of our stay at the Element!

Ample sized room on the third floor. Had a pull out couch; I failed to ask for sheets for it, and none we're in the room. Place to eat and sit we're separate, which was nice as was a full sized fridge. Included breakfast was great. Typical choices of fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, breads along with some hit options (a hot oatmeal bar — — lots of toppings and eggs, although oddly no meat options but the French toast went over well). Would return for another stay.

The Element is located conveniently so that you can come and go in both Vermont and New Hampshire with ease. It's a lovely, quiet, comfortable hotel. The bed was wonderful and each room is equipped with a kitchenette — refrigerator, microwave, small appliances, dishes, flatware, etc. I noticed that there are grills in the courtyard near the pool, so in the good weather you can cook outdoors if you like. The pool like indoors, and there is a good workout room. There is a get together for guests in the evening, there are some breakfast items in the morning, and there's a snack pantry for purchasing small food items. We enjoyed our three night stay very much and would absolutely stay again.

This could be an amazing hotel, as long as you get a room above the bottom floor. They use veneer floor in the rooms, which means if you have someone above you with shoes on, you get to hear them all night, the vaulted ceilings in the rooms means nice, loud echoes. Good luck sleeping if you get stuck like I did. Utterly stupid design decision for an otherwise excellent establishment. Shuttle service is excellent and will take you around the city. Hit or miss breakfast, but very nice evening happy hour for free during weekdays. Excellent pool and exercise room. Be aware, walking to destinations from here is not recommended as you're on the highway.

Nice hotel, good amenities and modern, spacious rooms. Eco friendly with a credit at the snack bar for opting out of turn down service. Okay breakfast options, have had better at other Element locations. Staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Would stay again.

This place is great. Super eco aware hotel with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Pool is nice and the gym is excellent. Only negative is that there are limited food options.

This hotel has an attractively modern vibe and decor. Overall our one night stay was good, though I will lament the fact that our HVAC unit seemed to be always turning on and off, quite loudly. Woke me up a few times throughout the night.

Very welcoming and cozy. Very modern but earthy. Everything was so clean and the bed, pillows everything was extremely comfortable. I would definitely go there again!

I have stayed in both residence inn and element in Lebanon. I was happy with residence inn for the most part, but wanted to see if element would be even better. It turned out they both have its pros and cons. Element has better shower, more spacious bathroom, and more comfy bed and couch in the room. These are the biggest advantages of element over residence inn. However, the breakfast is a big disappointment compared to residence inn. Not as many options, not as good quality. Coffee is not as good. Also, the room is not as spacious (except the bathroom). The staff is professional but not as welcoming and friendly as those in residence inn. But housekeeping is better, room is cleaner. Location is car-dependent, not as convenient. Overall, I think I might have liked residence inn a tiny bit more (the breakfast is just the best and the staff is so welcoming), but if element can improve their breakfast, I will pick element again. Lastly, the pool is tiny. I didn't bother to go. Mostly for kids. Both hotels have a nice gym.

Very nice, very clean. This place is big on energy efficiency. Excellent fancy shower. Free shuttle for anywhere in surrounding area, free hot breakfast, free light dinner (it's more than just a snack) etc. No complaints. Slightly less accessible than the nearby Courtyard hotel.

Amazing place. My wife and I loved it. It is very modern and up to date. We're surprised that we got so much for such a low price compared to other places. Used it as a weekend away and will definitely use it again.

Very trendy place. Very clean and love that there's no smoking in the whole building. The staff were all very polite. Great breakfast. Very green place. I felt better about myself after I left. Millennial friendly.

Great place to stay. Redeemed SPG points (3000 at that time) for one night and was very impressed with the hotel. Full kitchenette is a big plus for vegans and vegetarians who want to whip up a quick dinner. Breakfast was included and was sumptuous. Would stay again if there was a good deal.

I am a local taxi service, Ace Taxicab Service and we service Element hotel 3 to 4 times a week. Thier guest are respectable and polite. The workers are extremely helpful when it comes to their clients needs as well as helping us better facilitate the guest as well.

Very nice hotel with good sized room. Kitchen was nice to have for extended stay.

Clean, modern hotel rooms with a convenient location to both Lebanon and Hanover. Pool is warm during the winter. Parking is plentiful.

Stylish yet simple, with a comfortable stay and plenty of amenities. Breakfast is decent, and evening food service is a pleasant surprise. Very short distance from various attractions in Vermont.

Front desk staff and house keeping very friendly and nice. Room was spotless and comfortable bed. We had the standard king room. Perfect for 2 people. Fire pit outside on a lovely patio. Awesome shower head and great water pressure. You can get 5$ credit at their store or 250 points in your account if you skip the house cleaning, which we opted for. Good breakfast, and tea, coffee, water available all day in lobby. This place is a win win!

Only a brief stay, but I had absolutely no complaints about the stay itself — except maybe the caveat of the audacity of offering paid Wi-Fi when even your average roadside roach motel can afford to offer that for free. Clean, reasonably nice looking, comfortable bed, and a fairly convenient location with access to Hanover and Lebanon. However, after being hit with an erroneous credit card charge for a room that was supposed to be billed to somewhere else entirely, I need to provide the caveat that if you're dealing with a room paid for by an agency, you may need to refuse to provide your credit card for "incidentals" if you can't afford the risk of an erroneous charge and/or the subsequent time spent clearing it up.

Great hotel! The rooms are huge, they have their own kitchen with everything inside. Very large and clean bathroom, comfy beds. Breakfast included.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I wish they were all over! I had the pleasure of staying here on a business trip. It was happy hour when I checked in so I got a free beverage and there were appetizers also. The room was huge and clean. I loved the big shower. Oh and the staff was so nice!

Nice place to stay. A bit funky new age modern green style hotel, it may offend some traditionalists. It's very clean and the rooms have a mix of hardwood and carpet floors. Rooms are more like mini-suites with a built in kitchenette. This place gives the local Residence Inn a run for the money.

My family found the management team here to be extremely rude and impersonal. I was pretty embarrassed. I wouldn't recommend it again. But the prices are reasonable and the rooms are clean. No ice machines though.

Hotel is gorgeous and rooms are great. Staff is very helpful. I would stay again anytime in area. Fitness center and pool on site.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the gym is nice, and I love having a kitchenette in every room. My only serious complaint is that there's an outdoor air intake that feeds "fresh" air into every bathroom, and apparently it's located near a popular smokers' area, so multiple times a day my bathroom would fill with chokingly strong secondhand smoke. I had to keep my bathroom door closed at all times to avoid contaminating the rest of the room.

Super clean hotel with no overwhelming nonsenses. Room, lobby, common areas are all very nice. Seems like almost no brainer choice for simple weekend getaway.

This is a gem of a place to stay! I rarely write reviews but everything about this hotel went way above and beyond my expectations. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room (a king studio) was far better than any I have ever stayed in. It was impeccably clean, very spacious, well-appointed, and had a beautiful view. Oh, and the shower is to die for! I loved all the eco-friendly details in the room and throughout the hotel. I honestly felt quite at home! The breakfast (included in the very reasonable rate) was hot and delicious as was the coffee. My only disappointment was that I could only stay one night. I will definitely be back.

This has to be the rudest staff that I have ever encountered at a Starwood Hotel. I was told "lirterally to f myself". I called the other day to get a qoute for 30 days. I was repeatedly embarrased by the General Manger Mark or Matt. He proceeded to try to make logic to me that at a $100.00 dollars a day that wouldn't be able to even pay the maids to clean the rooms. Now lets stop and think about this. That would be equal to $3, 000 dollars a month which you coul rent a 3500 square foot house let alone a 300 square ft. Room offered by a rude, snobbish hotel staff. I debated this with him and was then being compared to Friut by saying that's like comparing Riberry's to hairless rambutans? SAY WHAT?!?! Thats a poisiness fruit! (The latter). And how much more pompous could you actually sound. I asked to speak to corpoorate and was transfered out of the country and then on hold for 35 min which then my call was answered by a chap in Ireland and told to hold again and then someone answered with the heavest accent I EVER heard. I had to say what at least 30 times. The man then told me he'd have someone with proper english help me. Holding. Holding. ANOTHER 10 MIN! (It was 3 in the am! so nice to know im being transfered to another country at not even normall business Hrs.
