Inn at Crystal Lake and Palmer House Pub Inn

The Inn was decorated so nice. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We stayed in the Moroccan room which was spacious enough for the two of us. The breakfast was delish & so was their coffee. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come up to NH.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We felt so at home in the common areas. We particularly enjoyed sitting in “the nook” each evening playing cards and enjoying the music selection Tim had playing!

Working in the North Country, it is such a pleasure to discover a charming inn that we can drive to for an overnight getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the pub before dinner and then dinner in the dining room was excellent. Roasted Golden Beet Soup, Beef Stroganoff, Blueberry Cobbler… DELICIOUS! Thank you to Lily and Stephanie for your friendly service. Thank you, Bobby and Tim for taking time to visit with us during our wonderful breakfast in your sunny dining room too! You really made us feel at home. We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to coming back again soon!

After many years my wife and I made our last trip to the restaurant tonight.
I paid 28$ for an inedible piece of steak. It was very tough and chewy.
I was offered dessert for free but I was then charged for part of our dessert order.
Most disappointing is the fact that the owner, whom we have met many times, did not even acknowledge the problem. Even though my wife and I were the only two people in the dining room.
Sadly this will end a tradition of birthday and anniversary dinners there.
Our service was excellent as usual. Our server was very nice and apologetic. I wish I could remember her name because she was the only positive part of the experience.

Fantastic meal in the pub, great fresh ingredients. Relaxing atmosphere great service.

Wonderful and cozy B&B (also a pub and restaurant! ) in an amazingly beautiful area. The place is very neat and tidy and filled with cool little details and touches. Highly recommended! We did not got the chance to dine here but have heard great things! We'll just have to come back sooner ;).

Food was good. Service was not good. Drinks seemed a bit overpriced.

We love the Inn at Crystal Lake! It is our favorite for a casual dinner in the Palmer House Pub. Tim & Bobby are excellent hosts. We enjoy sitting at the bar & chatting with Tim & Robin. Great food & service!

Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic service! We love visiting this place when we are in town from San Diego, it's one of our favorite stops to make.

First visit. Combination B & B, restaurant and cozy pub (also a summer patio) ; we were in the pub. Menu changes by season and there are several specials daily for appetizers, small and large entrees and desserts. Selections are the same regardless of which venue you're seated in. We shared a house salad that had Mandarin oranges and pineapple pieces along with the romaine and garden vegetables and a choice of six home-made dressings (we chose the Bleu cheese). I had the chili with cornbread. The dish had a pleasant amount of spice and was chock full of meat and beans. My companion partook of the Shepard's pie which combined ground beef, mashed potatoes and peas with just enough juice to make it moist but not runny. We don't eat dessert but the choices of pies and cakes along with six flavors of home churned ice cream were tempting. Prices were reasonable (our meal was $31 including complimentary bread and butter and two pieces of fudge, a delightful surprise) and there were no TVs blaring or even visible except in an alcove with a request not to turn on during dinner hours. Ample parking, pleasant ambience in the Inn and dining area, a little "busy* with eclectic hangings on the walls and ceiling in the pub. Attentive and pleasant wait staff. The owners are opera buffs. Glad we experirenced the establishment. Will return when visiting area which is relatively far from home base.

I worked for Tim and Bobby for almost a year and they were absolutely the best bosses I ever could have had sad that I had to end our paths together if your lookin for a great romantic place to catch up with your loved ones this is the place to be.

My sister was married at the little white church across the street. My parents, husband, and children stayed at this beautiful Inn. Thanks to Tim and Bob this was the most amazing experience. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, clean cozy rooms! We all loved our stay!

What a delightful overall experience from the moment we were greeted by Tim, our innkeeper host, through a a great dinner, a Dana Cunningham and Karen Noonan concert at The Little White Church just a short walk down the road, the champagne and cookie reception post-concert back at the Inn and a delicious breakfast to ready us for our ride home! Our room, the Lighthouse Room, was perfectly comfortable and the little extras like the availability of coffee, tea, icee bucket for drinks or cooling wine and the communal refrigerator where our desserts were delivered for a late night snack when we were too full to enjoy it with dinner.
