My husband and I have gone for the past 5 years for my birthday weekend. We love the proximity to North Conway, the beautiful grounds, outdoor hot tub, and kind and accommodating owners/staff. The breakfast is amazing! This year the owner brought me a birthday candle — knowing it was my bday weekend on the breakfast. A great place!

Beautiful spot close enough to downtown but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Breakfast included plus coffee and cookies anytime. Very accommodating hosts!

Frederique the owner operator is very thoughtful. The staff is great. Nice place for a group of couples and families to get together for a weekend.

This is a great place to stay. I will like to come back again soon. Our Hosts were friendly and wonderful. They made our stay very pleasent. The hot tub was very comfortable and relaxing. I give this B&B a 5 rating.

I’m not a huge B&B person but it turns out I really enjoyed it. Rooms aren’t huge but it’s suitable. Many people, including us, were out most of the time. It was very comfortable to hang out in the living room. Beds were comfortable. This place is old! But it’s full of character. VERY clean.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cranmore Mountain Lodge. The building is old but quaint with nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast alone is worth the trip there. It is fabulous, better than what is served in many restaurants. The owners are friendly and welcoming to all guests making this a truly delightful place to stay.

I love cranmore mountain lodge, I’ve been coming here on and off for years. More when my boys were small. Great place for families or a romantic getaway.

We recently stayed here and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast we had each morning was excellent and so was the service. We would highly recommend staying at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge.

Just came back from a 4-day stay at Cranmore Mountain Lodge. This was our first visit to this B&B and we really loved it! Spacious rooms, kind and welcoming staff, seriously delicious breakfast and great amenities for kids! We enjoyed fishing, swimming in the pool and board games in the common room! Great cabin in the woods vibe! Would definitely recommend!

Such amazing staff. So quite and peaceful. The beds are out of this world comfortable. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back! would definitely give 5 stars!

Great place with lots of history. The rooms and building are very clean, food was excellent! very homey. It was really nice to come in after a rainy, cold night and just sit by a roaring fireplace to warm up. Thank you!

Food was good, atmosphere was peaceful, staff was friendly and helpful, only drawback was the bed was extremely creaky, we could not move even our heads quietly.

Lovely location and people. Nice, if compact room, and a fabulous home cooked breakfast. Within walking distance of town. Great home baked cookies and complimentary coffee!

Beautifully positioned within reach of civilization yet far enough away from any noise. Each day, a lovely view from the dining room is accompanied by a delicious breakfast menu, and there are even fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. YummmAAAY! The location has a quaint and charming New England history that even has some association with the Great Bambino. Do yourself and book this B&B and be sure to look up and enjoy a riveting sky packed full of stars.

Room rates are reasonable and included breakfast! Room is well appointed with a king-sized bed tv, chair, air conditioner, dresser, and en suite bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure and very warm. The shower stall itself was a bit on the smaller side but still had room to move around. And they also provide cookies available at check in! Very nice inn, we like it a lot!

Clean. Pleasant. Great breakfast. Will be back.

This was our first time staying at a bed-and-breakfast the hosts were fantastic the breakfast that came with the room was outstanding the room was immaculate the grounds were very clean the hot tub was amazing as it was outside under the stars just wish it was more than four people at a time but still was a fantastic experience the price was extremely reasonable for what they offer as well me and my wife highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay in the North Conway area I would give this a 7 star rating if I could.

Nice friendly owners. Unfortunately the pillows and sheets were covered in short curly black hairs. The pillows smelled like sweat and it was obvious the linens were not changed between guests. I should have expected this after the musty smell that overwhelms you when you hit the door.

This place is great! Very friendly atmosphere! Although the shower was as small as a cubicle. Still a great place to stay!

Inn owners were friendly and inviting, loved how they shared a little history of the inn. Clean, cozy rooms. The breakfast was delicious! Will return :)

My husband and I came up to North Conway to elope. We have stayed here three times and we always love it! The inn keepers learned we we came up to North Conway to get married, and while we were off saying our vows, they left gourmet cupcakes and a postcard in our room :)

Great bed & breakfast with some really nice touches such as musical instruments for the guests to play. Very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting for couples or the entire family. Hot tub and pool outside. Brook that can be played in as well. Bring fishing poles for catch and release in the pond. Close to area hiking, Storyland, Cog railway, etc. Price includes a nice breakfast.

What a find! Last minute trip to North Conway and this place was so reasonable. We're only an hour away so worst case we'd go home. The innkeeper meet us when we came in, showed us around, invited us to start a fire in the fireplace if we'd like… 20 minutes later we had a fire going and were sitting on the couch playing backgammon like we were at home. Couldn't have been more cozy, clean and welcoming. We will absolutely go back.

We were a little hesitant about staying at a B&B as we have never done so before. The outdoor jacuzzi and the very reasonable price sold it for us. We arrived pretty late in the evening and a note was left for us with the room key and we immediately felt welcomed and knew we chose a great place! The entire property was quaint and super cute! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The free homemade breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and our waiter was attentive and very kind, starting our mornings off right! The hot tub outside was so relaxing and enjoyable after a long day. So needless to say we would absolutely recommend staying here, I know we'll be back.

Rooms were a bit dated, but fit the bill. Breakfast was great, and it was awesome to be able to jam out with my friend on the house guitars. Next time I will bring swimming trunks to use the hot tub after a long hike.

Great affordable place to stay… love the decor with the French inspiration. Thank you Freddie for providing us with an awesome experience… especially when one of your local competitors said she had no room at her inn… even though she did… lol. When we return to NH… we are coming directly to your wonderful B&B. Thumbs up with 5+ stars!

Owned privately hence they run their own strange and strict rule like Hitler. Believe me. They will remind you about their rules so many times either verbally or in written texts so many time today you will start feeling like you are in jail. Any how place it's very small to walk inside. Not worth for the price. THEY ate ride basically, even though the owner lady traps nicely but the massage they convey is simple rude.

The innkeepers are extremely pleasant and accommodating. The inn very comfortable and nostalgic. Great place to stay even to just hang out! Oh, and breakfast consistently delicious.

I wish that I could give this place 6 stars. The B&B is old and eclectic, yet very comfortable. The owners are delightful and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are outstanding and the staff friendly. Don't expect a hotel room. This is a bed and breakfast in the truest sense. Instead, expect an environment where you are treated like good friends staying for a while. The room was clean and comfortable even though the layout was unusual with things like a sink outside of the bathroom, but it was also part of the charm of staying in a building that is older. I will definitely stay there again.

This Family owned inn offers great rates and great bteakfast. You have to love family owned businesses. This Inn was also Babe Ruth's favorite Inn and he stayed there time and time again. When you stay at the Inn be sure to ask to stay in room 2, this is the room where the man himself loved to stay. They also offer packages to the Cranmore mountain ski area so be sure to check that out also. Check out there website to get more accurate information.

My husband and I arrived here for my Birthday getaway. We absolutely fell in love all over again. A perfect romantic setting, quiet with a beautiful running river behind the inn, and amazingly delicious breakfast every morning. The inn grounds are very inviting to relax and take in the air and beauty of nature. The staff members are so nice and really make you feel at home. The French toast and homemade applesauce is so good! Our room was so comfy, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I really liked the decorative tapestry on the wall and of course the Jacuzzi tub. I could go on and on about how much we loved our stay. We will definitely return. Thank you!
