Everything. It's just a wonderful old place. The women at the front desk were very friendly & helpful.

Beautiful old New England Inn. Littleton is a thriving little New England town with a brewery, cute shops & nice restaurants. Convenient to many local attentions. The staff is friendly & helpful. Bed was VERY comfortable with very nice linens. We are bed & linen snobs. We were very happy!

Clean rooms, friendly front desk but they couldn't give me a later check out a little past noon because they needed time to clean the room. Wasn't bad overall.

This is a beautiful historic inn with small, shared balconies overlooking the quaint downtown of Littleton which has some good restaurants (French Sisters Bakery, Bailiwick's, The Coffee Pot, and Schilling Brewery are highlights) and shops (Village Book/Toy Store, Chutters). It gives you a great small town experience in the heart of the White mountains, halfway between the two Notches, Franconia (Cannon Mountain) and Crawford (Bretton Woods). Walk across the wooden footbri…dge and enjoy the Sunday Farmers' Market on Sundays in summer. The Jax Jr. Cinema is also within walking distance, often showing recent releases at crazy affordable prices. You can also stroll over to Remich Park with a gazebo, playground, two baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, and a huge town pool with a high dive. IMHO it is well worth the extra money to stay in a deluxe room. They are much nicer, and the beds are way more comfortable. This inn is not accessible for those with. Physical disabilities. The staircases, while beautiful, are hard to navigate with luggage if you, and as an historic inn, there is no elevator. The cupola, while beautiful, was full of dead flies and needed cleaning. The balconies needed some TLC, too. Breakfast was mediocre but adequate. Wi-Fi is weak and sporadic — — don't plan on streaming. No pool, hot tub, or fitness room access. The staff are friendly, though, and the rooms are clean and appointed in historic fashion.

The service was great, very friendly people. We stayed in a Superior King room. The room was small, but adequate. Very tiny bathroom. Everything was clean and the bed wasn't insanely uncomfortable. The vibe of the place was nice. Very homey, very welcoming, and really laid back. The area was nice too, a whole bunch of boutiques, small restaurants, and tiny shops lined Main Street. The pub downstairs was dimly lit and offered live music. Everyone seemed to know each other there. The food wasn't mind blowing, it was just ok. The only downside is that the room itself was kinda tilting. It's an old building, so not shocking but. Still concerning. If you were to put a marble on one side of the room, it would quickly roll to the other.

Thayers Inn was a last-minute choice for my husband and me during our driving vacation thru New England. The Inn did not disappoint! It has all the charm of a bygone era, with sweeping staircases and original floors and trim. The exterior has a definite New Orleans vibe going on, We stayed in the deluxe king room with windows overlooking Main Street, and mere steps from the second-story, Main-Street facing balcony. The Inn is located in the middle of the lovely town of Littl…eton, NH. Everything about the Inn reminds one of why we love historic architecture. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, even helped us with our luggage. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who seeks a restful night in a beautiful setting. The bed was the most comfortable one I've slept on other than my own at home. It was perfect! The room and the bathroom were spotless.

Loved this old Inn and its location in Littleton. The staff is super friendly, the Location is great and the building is beautiful for its period in time. Keep in mind this is an old Inn not a modern hotel so go here if you like that style. Our rooms were upstairs and there is no elevator which was fine for us but maybe not for others. The room felt like you were back in time and the hallways were filled with period paintings and furniture. Loved it and will return when I’m back in town.

My great grandfather installed the cast iron tubs on the 3rd floor. The Thayers Inn is a beautiful little hotel in Littleton, NH. It’s the gem of Littleton. It’s what a small New England town hotel should be. I highly recommend it.

Very cute and homey. You can feel the history there, and there's a great bar right downstairs, and plenty more amenities within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Really cool staying at an old fashioned hotel built over a century ago, instead of just staying in one of the typical chains.

This inn is amazing, the staff here is wonderful. They did everything they could to make us happy and to make sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a historic type place, this is It!

Welcoming staff opened an empty room to show us the historic guest rooms in this period hotel. Spend a night surrounded by antique furniture in this quaint town with lots to do.

The service was great. The food was really good. Some ppl at the bar got a bit roudy but they were escorted out in a very kind way.

This historical inn is perfect for people staying a night or two. Located right downtown it is within walking distance to anywhere, and most rooms overlook Main Street.

Room was a comfortable size; had a refrigerator; a/c worked well (it was very warm for October) ; bathroom was a nice size and clean. It was a little weird walking – the floor was uneven throughout, but it was ok after you got used to it. The carpet could use a good cleaning, but everything else was very clean and nice. Heather at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to everything in town; not too far from activities and restaurants in area. Great balconies at end of the hall – can sit and watch the town – it was fun.

Very cool place. If you want to stay somewhere that is historic and isn't your typical hotel then this is the place you want. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They show a beautiful spacious room on line and the room they gave us was anything but. Two people could not walk around the bed at the same time. To watch TV you would have to sit sideways on the bed. After complaining to front desk & showing her what we based our decision to stay on, she said "that" room was occupied. She tried to help by showing us several rooms, none of which were as nice as the on line room. There are no refunds so we chose a room, drug a chair from the hall and made the best of it. There was a window ac unit in the room very noisy & it had to run full blast but still felt warm in room. We love the charm of the old inns but this one needs some help. Our last morning there we had no hot water, they did give us a discount for the last night because of it. I was disappointed in this place.

Historic location and with some minor issues due to building age it's a nice stay. On site breakfast was below par for continental. But you don't book here for these comforts, you enjoy a piece of history.

Great place! Historic hotel with super friendly staff. They upgraded our room. You get two actual keys-one for your room and one for the front door, in case you come in after 11pm. Walk to shops and a walking path with a covered bridge by the river.

The value is impossible to beat. Soooo steeped in history, and a treat to walk around the halls and peruse times past and memorabilia that is everywhere. Great room variety but no elevator, which is not an issue really. The stairs are gently curved and easy to navigate. Staff is helpful and always there when you need them.
