It’s a shame I can’t post the pictures, but there were several problems. First, when I keyed into the room I was assigned, I walked in on a man eating dinner! Although my family had paid for the room and gotten the key at 11am, they gave it to someone else without recoding the key! They then blamed my grandparents for not coming back earlier to use the room that they paid for. They gave me a new room and the sink was filthy then I found a bed bug in it when I pulled the sheets back. I showed a picture to the lady working and she tried to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug, but my family and the pictures I found confirmed it. I was then given another room that, luckily, was clean. I stayed because my family had gone through all the trouble of booking the room and already paid, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I don’t know if they will take care of the bugs, but don’t stay in room 28!

Conveniently located near Waschusett Mt. And excellent places to eat very close to the Inn. Easy access to our car.

The extra pillows were tucked in a drawer, then we didn't find them for a while, and to ask for more from the office the manager gave me some of his room, but sofa pillows! What a laugh. It was super hot in the room, we had to sleep with air conditioning on all night (and also in the winter! ) But on the other hand, the headboard of the bed was very good and strong;) We got a blueberry muffin in the morning.

Rooms are small, and its built on a steep hill. My car could not get up said unplowed hill during a snow storm, and the people running said inn could not have cared less about it. They told me to either park in the center of town and walk the mile back through the snow, or gun it up the hill as fast as I could trying to get ip.

Stopped to stay there. First, they would not accept my AAA discount (which is advertised on the website) or my Windham discount code for Lyft. Entered room. Musty. Cramped. Lifted mattress and black spots all over the underside, not sure WHAT they were, tar like. Then checked the mattress cover. Bright yellow urine stains on the cover AND the pad underneath that matched, indicating they were never cleaned. Went back to front desk, told them the problem, asked for $ back. Was offered another room, we declined, and the front desk was almost complacent as if he knew the rooms were filthy. We were refunded, and are staying at a very clean and friendly Super 8 down the road for less money plus a AAA discount. this motel should not carry your brand name, it's an insult.

Good value, clean & comfortable This is not a fancy hotel. But our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good parking. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Considering the very reasonable rate I would recommend this Roadway inn if your travels take you to this area.

Excellent accommodations and very cost-effective. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with business in the Worcester-Fitchburg area. Close to major highways.

Stayed 1 night October 27. Was warmly received after midnight. The owner was beyond nice and helpful. The property was in good condition when we arrived. The room was very clean and the pillows and beds were so comfy that I wish I could take them home. Will definitely stay again when return for hockey next month!

Great location right off highway, good price point friendly staff, clean, newer rugs, comfy bed and pillows coffee and donuts in AM!

This is a mom/pop Motel, fresh clean crisp sheets and everything was clean… NO BUGS OR BED BUGS …

I have been coming to the Rodeway Inn for a while now and I love it! It is quiet and relaxed. Friendly owners and staff. I highly recommend this place!

Walked into a very strong smell (likely to cover the strong urine smell coming from the carpet), which my asthmatic son started complaining about right away. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower, which did not look like it had been cleaned. The thermostat didn't actual do anything or adjust the temperature, but I could not turn on the window a/c unit because it was covered in a black mold or dirt. The room became very muggy and hot, and I decided to pack up my kids after a couple hours & leave. They did not give me my money back.

Easy check in comfortable bed good shower. Clean. Loved the cheerful vintage yellow tiles.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We had requested an electrical outlet in order to plug in our boat for a fishing tournament, and they let us run the cord out the window, which was acceptable.

We had a very nice time. The area was very pretty and it was very quiet. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Easy to get to. We will definitely use this hotel again when we travel to this area.

Small, clean room with a deliciously soft bed and pillows! I slept great! It's a little dated, but the area is utterly gorgeous and the price is fair. There is a lovely little town nearby, too. The staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

Considering it was an obviously older inn, it was VERY clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a newer place. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room wasn't as big as the newer places but again, it was clean and there was plenty of storage for our clothes and we just emptied or suitcases and placed it off to the side. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who are looking for an economical place to lay their heads while visiting ESPECIALLY if they're wanting to go skiing at Watchusett — it's right down the street.

The owners were very pleasant and friendly. Every morning they served coffee, juice and donuts, danish or muffins. The room was clean, except for some hair in the shower. The location was centrally located for us as we were visiting family members in Gardner, Ashburnham, Leominster and Lunenburg. The price was great!

Highly satisfied with the quality of service and hotel workers were helpful. I stayed in the hotel up to ten time within the last year and with similar level of satisfactory experience. Worth every penny of money paid. I will definitely use the hotel next time. Highly recommended.

We were really impressed with the rooms/overall cleanliness especially given the price. Staff running it was very friendly as well.

Excellent value for money. Very clean and staff very friendly. They even offered us coffee and muffins in the morning, which I was not expecting.

For someone who travels a lot and knows a lot about hotels, I am very picky about where I sleep. Even without meaning to, I notice all the small things. I have to say though, this was very quaint and cute hotel. My family and I had a good nights rest here, and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived after 9PM. Staff was very friendly and made me feel like family. Great value. I felt safe and comfortably warm as the temp dropped into the 30's.

There are absolutely no frills here but the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a new flat-screen TV and the Wi-Fi worked will. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful in directing me to places to eat. If you are looking for a place to crash at a reasonable price, this place will fit the bill nicely.

The room was really small, great for sleeping though. That is all we needed it for mostly. It was nerve racking though, because the whole building tilted severely towards the back. We put down a bottle and it rolled.

Absolutely Horrible… We stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Westminster, MA for 2 nights. Since we chose a motel for our stay, our expectations were set pretty low, but even then we were extremely disappointed. 1. We booked a non-smoking room — The room we received (room 3) reeked of stale cigarettes. We just got home about 3 hours ago and clothes we didnt even wear still smell of stale smoke. We bought a glade air freshener with hopes of making it bearable with absolutely no luck. 2. The sheets, pillow cases, blanket AND towels all had stains on them. Knowing we were staying at a motel, we packed extra sheets and a spare blanket — Thank goodness we did but this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. 3. If you are staying at the Rodeway Inn… Goodluck getting any sleep. I could hear full and clear conversations of the people staying in the rooms next to us. The paperthin walls make it easy to hear all domestic arguments of patrons rooming next door and even their calm conversations… All in all, 1 star is generous for this place… If I were you i'd look elsewhere, even if you're just looking for a bed to sleep in for the night.
