We came Christmas Eve and were met by Steven at the front desk. He was extremely friendly and talked to us like we were friends instead of just a guest. He was more than helpful and even seemed happy to be working Christmas Eve, when I’m sure he’d rather be with his family. I truly hope Steven gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you Steven for making our Christmas Eve even better!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel and we average 40 hotel nights per year. We were staying at this hotel to attend a shark cruise. Our cancellation policy was 100% refund up until 11:59pm on 9/16/2021 (our check in was 9/17/21). I was notified on the morning of 9/16 that our shark cruise had been cancelled due to weather. As I am a nurse caring for patients and this was in the middle of my work day, I called the hotel as soon as my shift ended at 10pm only to be told they were not honoring the cancellation policy written in my confirmation email and instead were mandating a 24 hour cancellation policy and would be charging me for a full night since it was after 3pm. I offered to forward the email to them showing the cancellation policy and they wouldn’t even agree to that. They said they would have the manager call me the next day to discuss further after I voiced my displeasure. Manager never called and when I called back again a second time the next day I was told they had no record of me ever calling and started yelling at me because I couldn’t remember the name of who I spoke to the previous night after coming off a 16 hour nursing shift. Checked with my lawyer and this is entirely illegal to violate a written cancellation policy. Corporate was no help as they said it’s up the individual hotel location.

When we got to our room, there was food left in the refrigerator, a dirty tissue left on the couch, and the shower curtain rod was falling down. Was given another room and the furniture was absolutely filthy, carpet was coming up, and there was no hot water for the shower. We could not go to another hotel as it was a holiday weekend and there were no vacancies. We mentioned this to the front desk manager and was just blown off. Will not stay here ever again and will not recommend to anyone. The only nice thing I can say about this hotel is the breakfast lady Amy was very friendly and very polite.

Great affordable hotel on the outskirts of Plymouth Massachusetts… definitely worth the stay accommodations are great.

Right from the get go we were hassled by rude staff because we wanted to pay w/ two different credit cards, we were told that they don’t do that and we were out of luck, after asking to speak to a manager she told us that was fine but we were very stressed because of it. Housekeeping never showed up to empty trash or restock towels, and the tub would fill up while showering, all that for $300.00 a night. We were discriminated against because we were “festival” people. This place needs to get there act together and get with the times, don’t waste your money here go to The Fairfield next door, they will give you clean towels at least!

This place is very clean they were very polite very nice to the children offer a complimentary breakfast which is delicious and hot the pool in the hot tub we're extremely clean everything was excellent I would recommend this to anyone.

Stayed for two nights. Affordable and clean, exactly what we needed, and expected from our usual stays with the Hampton Inns. Super happy they were pet friendly, too! Wish there were a few more breakfast options, that's probably my only negative. But certainly not the end of the world!

Great breakfast. Reasonably clean rooms and facility. No bar, a kind of crummy pool. Hot tub is decent. It's not a bad place to stay but is not top notch. They are pet friendly, so that can be good.

We love this Hampton! The staff is friendly, the decor is very retro. Great proximity to lots of shopping. Walking distance to some restaurants. While we live on Cape Cod, my husband and I take our daughter here a few times each winter for mini staycations. She loves being able to swim in the indoor pool while we relax in the hot tub. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

I had to edit my initial 5 star rating. We used this hotel for our wedding guests. We set up a block of rooms and confirmed on a recorded call and via email that there would be a shuttle for the wedding. They said our guests may need to wait because it needs to service other guests still, no problem. Night of our wedding they tell our guests we never reserved a shuttle and our guests had to pay for Uber. We called to ask what happened a few days later and calls to Suzanne Babcock who confirmed the shuttle in email and by phone were never returned. We received a very rude email from someone claiming to be the manager saying it is our problem and they would never say that. They refused to review the email or the phone call we had recorded. Terrible customer service and why would they lie about a shuttle for a wedding?! We even offered to pay for the service.

Kirk knew us by name as we had stayed multiple times. He was very accommodating and we knew much about him through several conversations. The hotel is comfortable and quiet in its location. Now that we are residences of Plymouth we have no need to stay again but would definitely recommend it as a nicer place to stay. The Olive Garden is just down the road and is delicious. (We did take out on-line. ) Perfect stay. Try the indoor pool and hot tub!

The hotel itself was pretty good, nice pool. The hot tub however had hair and dirt floating in it. The real problem was when I checked out, the next day I received another charge for a night and upon calling found out that the guy who was working the desk did not in fact check me out and they charged me for another night, which I am still fighting to get returned. Decent hotel but when checking out 100% make sure to get a printed receipt! Not cool!

Very nice hotel, seems pretty new, friendly staff and decent Wi-Fi. The location is close to lots of shopping and stores but the only place really close is a taco Bell.

Came to Plymouth for a wedding from KC. Staff was great in assisting us & the wedding party. Great location. Hotel was very clean.

They were very helpful with our complicated visit with several family members staying in multiple rooms. Suites are very nice, great variety at breakfast, clean rooms.

Big tall beds that we needed a step stool to get in and out of. Modern style in the room. Great free breakfast! All the hotel staff was very nice.

I travel 100%, I've stayed in hotels everywhere. I've stayed in this particular hotel for 16 months over the last year and a half. This is by far the best hotel in the area and one of the best I've stayed at. Rooms are always clean, hotel in general is always very clean. ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the hotel you want if you are in the area.

Great Hotel! We stayed in this hotel for three days and had a great time. The front-desk staff was very courteous and professional. The maids did a good with the cleanup as well. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was clean. The location of this hotel is amazing. Very near to great cafes & restaurants etc. All in all a Great Hotel!

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Breakfast is adequate as you might expect. They ran out of plates and scrambled eggs so it was a long wait for those. Our room was fine in general. Only complaints was that the floor was slightly sticky and there was a leak between the window and the AC window unit.

Breakfast was average. The room is slightly small but in good quality, new, and clean. The service is good and the staff was very nice.

I stayed here for a week while traveling on business. The night hotel staff Alice, Alexis and Johnny made the whole trip. To come "home" to their friendly faces after long days at work made the stay special. One night I decided to walk from Walmart, which Google said was a ten minute walk. After 30 minutes I called the front desk and Alexis answered. When I told here where I was, and asked how to get back, she said stay there. A few minutes later, Johnny showed up to save the day!. The rooms are spacious and CLEAN. The breakfast is adequate, the beds are comfortable. The difference between this hotel and the one down the street, is the people. Job well done Hampton!

Not the best service, rugs smell like animals. I’m out here for a wedding and unfortunately the party booked reservations here because there aren’t many options in the area. You’re Better off finding an air bnb.

The best stay of an extended nine state road trip up the New England Coast. The property itself was excellent… clean, up to date, (smells good-like home). The staff were some of the friendliest people we met (much like our Harlan County, Ky home town. Our Lizzy Lu (chow fur baby) was given the "star" treatment, with all the attention from the two very nice ladies at the front desk, and from arriving guests. We want to thank Hampton Inn & Suites in Plymouth, Mass for making it possible for Lizzy's "Mommy & Man's" (he won't be called daddy) stay so nice and restful. It means so much to families that are traveling with their furry family members.

Solid mid-range hotel experience, no major complaints. No restaurant, catered food at the event I attended was good. Pool room doesn't open until 9, so no pre-breakfast hot tubbing, alas. Large strip mall nearby with several chain restaurants to eat at.

My wife and I stayed and had a great time… Room was very clean, common areas were well kept, breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the policy concerning beverages in the pool/spa area. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns throughout the New England area, and while most of them have signage stating no beverages allowed, some have just either lessen their policy or they will tell us, as we usually are a large group that is staying there, no glass and no noise, be adults… Works for me…

Good location, plenty of food choices nearby. You've even got a Walmart less than a mile away for the stuff you forgot to pack (ask me how I know…). It's the usual expectation for a Hampton, the room was clean. Would stay here again.

Convenient location near new and enlarging mall. Maybe 15 min from downtown Plymouth, easy access to highways. Really clean and EXTREMELY dog friendly.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast bar has a good variety of food. Pool is small but at least there is one. Also, no hotel bar. Overall I enjoyed my stay but was not overly impressed.

Seems to be recently renovated. Feels clean and new. I am in a king suite and I would highly recommend it. It's also within walking distance of an outdoor mall which includes Walmart, Chili's, Friday's, and other stores.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. There were renovations on my floor but there was no disturbance from this and staff were apologetic. The breakfast varied from day to day and was good for a hotel breakfast. Location was convenient for me and only a 5-10 min drive to downtown Plymouth. All in all a good stay.

We live less than 15 miles away, but my grandchildren and I come here frequently to spend the night and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and rent a movie on a Saturday night. The rooms are immaculate, the staff friendly, and the free breakfast is an added bonus!

They have a lovely lobby, the staff was unobtrusive, and the room (2 dbl beds) was just fine.

The help is very unhelpful not a good place to stay. Selva is not a good person to deal with not help full at all… stay a way.

Almost didn't get a room even though we booked online. Kids running all over the place making noise and generally being a nuisance.

Not impressed at all. Here for my grandfather's funeral and my poor grandmother had to make the reservation 3 times! They still messed it up and then the room itself was not to my expectations. It clearly states you don't pay if you're not happy, but apparently they do with that policy as they feel. What kind of a manager talks over a customer after she just asked what was wrong. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay here nor will my family and I be staying here again. We traveled 12 hrs to be here and they missed the mark!

Overal honestly not worth the money. For business or leisure travel purposes. Here's why and my explanation of my 3 night stay. Location is hard to find using Google maps if you are not familiar with the area. Tipput chilis bar and grill in your gps" not the hotel. It's a stone throw away and will get you right there. Google needs to update that part as you come into a shopping plaza with restaurants all around. I found it by finally seeing it and using the little service roads and mall parking lots to get to the entrance. Nice pool. Staff was mostly good. One guy was not so nice and is hurting the moral there and for guests like me that have been in many hotels all over. Breakfast is good. Rooms are ok. No fridge. No micro. Not many extras as I have seen in other Hamptons. They need to be audited to pinpoint what I mean. The place is a little older so I give them that as its tough to maintain an older property. Needs to be renovated it's past it's mark from what I have seen. Parking is good. Fitness room is not too big but just right for a Hampton. Also the pool is a nice feature. I would have rated higher if A. I was asked for my HHONORS info at check in. B. I wasn't charged for shaving cream and put on my room as the in room amenities list for guests states that included on the list such as items along with it like toothpaste. I went back down as a test and the same shave cream "Gillette" was given to me. I am am a Long time Hilton guest true to the brand.

Friendly staff. Quick response to blocked toilet. Good size lobby so friends and family felt at home!

Was well worth it for the price and the location is awesome for a trip to Plymouth Rock.

Have stayed in MANY Hamptons through the years. Tried to find one thing to fuss about while we stayed here. Couldn't. Had gotten away from the chain when the breakfast fare was mainly heated in a microwave — yuk! Breakfast selection was varied and well stocked. Areas were well maintained and clean. Always a pleasant reception at the front desk. Stayed four nights, saw and spoke with multiple staff. Property was well maintained inside and out. It fit well in our stay in the area.
