I was charged double the rate I found online for a same day rental renting at the desk instead of online. The room smelled like animal urine and water damage. Under the bed hasn't been cleaned in months. Front desk who checked me out was the owner and he was friendly and courteous. I'll never stay again because of the blatant up charge and taking advantage. Water pressure was so low it took me ten minutes to brush my teeth.

Hotel smells of mildew, cigaretts and odly enough wet dog. My breathing has been affected by the musty conditions within 1hr of arriving, I will never stay here again.

The place is not bad. It is a bit expensive for what they offer. What displeased me was that the front desk staff was hostile. I only saw two people and their treatment was not pleasant, rather racist.

The truth needs remodeling.

NOT ONLY are the couple running the place RUDE the room was FILTHY! The Comfortors were DISGUSTING. They had STAINS & you could tell they HAVEN'T BEEN WASHED. No amenities. My family & I came up here to visit & we stayed for 1 night & switched to the hotel next door at the MARRIOT & it was pretty much the same price!. I'd rather spend 10 more dollars to make sure my Family doesn't contract MERSA.

The People in charge here are awesome. They accomidated all of my needs and was very polite. My room was clean and there was plenty of HOT water. Any bad reviews are probably from disgrunteld customers that werent following basic rules. There is alot of shopping/restaurants very close by and its conviently located right near a highway. I would definitly return again.

This place was no good. We didnt even have a microwave in the room. No morning breakfast either. Burn marks on the blankets, spider webs in the corner of the walls, spill stains all over the walls, and when we got our room it was cold like outside and the man was mad about giving me another blanket. Also take the coffee makers out the bathrooms.

Checked in and was offered to pay cash or debit/credit. I haven't encountered another who offers said choice. Room was very clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Towels were scarce. Hotel was by far the quietest hotel I've stayed at. I could hear a pin drop in the halls and lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. There couldn't be a better location than this hotel. Everything from food, shops, malls, plazas, gas, pharmacy, and all major highways all within a mile.

Was in room 119, I would not recommend anyone stay here. The bathtub was not clean, toilet and sink backed up and was told they would give us a plunger, but they came and plunge toilet. Booked hotel on the premise there was a microwave in the room. There was not. Also web page showed a lake view. 5 miles away from any water. Towels were stained and disgusting. Also said Continental breakfast but was told it was off season and not available. Not enough people used it. Told them sink and toilet backed up and was told we used to much toilet paper. Said cleaned room but toilet was still clogged. And sheets never changed and was not given anymore cups. Two people stayed but only gave one coffee.

No frills, clean and quiet. Bailed us out after mixup at another hotel. Would stay again.

We stayed in room 136 and immediately met with a musty mildew smell as we walked in. The carpet was moist and sticky and the bathroom door didnt close without forcing it shut, which would then make a loud noise when opening it. Stains on the walls, broken fixtures and wrapping left on lamps. We did see a friends room, which looked perfectly fine, so this is only for room 136 and the lack of interest to address the issues. They do have breakfast from 7-9. So there's that. Its a gamble.

Had a good 2-night stay here. The staff I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a nice non-smoking room that really didn't smell like smoke at all, included a desk & chair, plus a small sofa & table… only thing missing was a microwave, but there was one downstairs in the breakfast area that I probably could have used. Breakfast selection was pretty good for being complimentary. The bed wasn't the most comfortable ever, but the pillows were soft and comfy. May very well stay here again in a month or so!

They don't have a pool. When I called to ask about the hours the pool would be open during our stay the guys exact words were, "we don't have pool". When I told him that they're site says they have an outdoor pool he said, "we don't advertise"! So, and I'm going out on a limb here but, if the pool picture isn't of this hotel… I'm guessing NONE of the pictures are!? So anyone who's basing their hotel choice on the pics, like me, that old saying "what you see is what you get" does NOT apply for this particular hotel! Just thought I'd give everyone the heads up I wish I had!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Price was low for how nice the place was. Highly recommended.

The worst hotel to ever stay at… the staff is very RUDE! Called to speak with a manger and the guy told me the manger is not available and will not be calling me back. I do not recommend this place to no one spend a couple more dollars and stay at the residence inn. Or somewhere other than here. I had to call coprate and go through so much where the manger could have just handled it.

Suitable, but many things were notvquite functioning right, the toilet broke and we could not find the desk person to have it fixed.

Rooms are clean, they are comfortable and spacious, and security is great!

Absolutely THE WORST! First. I tried to check in and they wouldn't let me because my name was not the main name on the reservation. Mind you, I just had surgory on my mouth so the initial reason for room was to get some rest! So, I got the other party to drive all the way from Boston and do the actual check-in. So once we were checked in I noticed the towels that were on the stand folded up were actually very stained and so was the bed sheets. But even still I work in the hospitality industry myself so I know mistakes happen. But to put out dirty towels and sheets without looking is gross. Shame on them! So now the final hours of my stay. I didn't sleep well the past few nights because of the pain. So I actually for to get some rest and around 9:30-10:00 the manager comes banging on my room super rudley demanding me to be out by 11. First off, I knew the check out time was 11 I signed the contract, I found it extremely rude that he even felt the need to disrupt my stay by banging on the door period. So on my way out I forgot my phone on the bed and asked if I could get back in the room. He basically told me their not responsible for anything left behind, and was very rude about letting me get back into the room I had literally just walked out of. Its sad because the hotel could have more potential its a nice facility other than the dirty towels and sheets. The management I'd absolutely horrible. And to think they offered me a job.

I stayed at the Regency Inn this past weekend. In my job as an automotive Representative, I travel quite a bit and I have had the opportunity to stay at this established in the past in my travels from Boston to Cape Cod. I was very happy and pleasantly surprised at the new decor including new television sets new flooring and a generalized freshener inside my room. It appears that the outside landscape has also been tastefully updated. My main concern when I stay a night or two is the cleanliness of the room and the ability to feel safe and at ease. Regency made me feel at home. Front desk staff was very accommodating when I needed a few toiletries an extremely pleasant at check-in and check-out. I feel staying at Regency was so exceptional value and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this well appointed hotel. Thank you!

Dishonest and rude management. Stay away from this place. Absolutely dishonest and rude manager at the front desk. Beware unexpected charges! He charged my credit card upfront at check-in for a full anticipated duration of my stay. When I checked out one day earlier he refused and argued to issue the refund for that day claiming that I did not provide so called “Three-day advance cancellation notice”. I was wondering if anyone heard about such “new” hotel rules. Another point. If you are on business trip and normally have to be at your work place at 7 AM you will be missing your hotel breakfast which starts exactly at 7 AM.

The service was terrible. All of the employees are very rude. The sink in my bedroom was closed and the phone lines do not work. The hotel manager cursed and told me and my family to get out. Also, other customers were telling me about their bad experiences in the hotel. I do not recommend to anyone. Never going back to that hotel again.

Customer service was very very very bad. The front desk person is very rude, he yelled at us to get out after we had already reserved a room. He swore and yelled at all of us. In the breakfast area, the breakfast lady told us to leave after 9:30 to clean after we were still eating. The phone in the rooms are disconnected and only for looks. Bad experience, NEVER GO THERE!

It was just ok. I really didn't like the smell of the rooms, even though they were updating to new furniture and such they don't have microwaves in the rooms, but they did have updated televisions and was a spare of the moment place to stay they are around a lot of places to eat they didn't offer a swimming pool it was one outside but there was no water in it.

Bad experience. At check in the clerk was mumbling, not welcoming and seemed put out by our arrival. He was not wearing a uniform or name tag. At bed time we found dirty sheets on the bed. We tried to call from the room but the phones were unplugged. After plugging them in we found they wont dial out. (Good thing we did not have an emergency). We could not contact the front desk. My wife walked down and when we brought it to the night clerks attention he acted as if its not his problem. He told us the sheets were laundered off site. We got a new set and installed them ourselves but we did not need the attitude. No apologies and no concern. After she came back he calls the room to give her some lip. I tried to call back but the phones would not dial out. If it was not so late and I was not so tired I would have made a big stink. The next morning upon check out no one inquired as to "how was your stay". This clerk had no uniform or name tag. She too made minimal eye contact. We then asked to speak w/ or how to contact the manager. We were not given any info other than call to back and ask for CJ. There were no business cards on the counter. They offered no transparency they were secretive. They are unaware that they are in the hospitality industry. I was unaware that there was a Marriott across the parking lot or I would have stayed there.

Book the room and payed for it. Even got a confirmation number. Got there and they Said I never paid. The front deck yelled and swore at me to get out. Worst place I've ever tryed to stay at. Do not recommend to anyone!
