The parking is great, lots of spaces for guests and visitors. The location is perfect, near lots of stores and restaurants are close by. The rooms are very clean and have everything you'd need. The beds are nice but could have been a bit more firm. Overall it's a decent hotel and I would return.

Excellent Value as always at La Quinta. The room was clean and neat for the price. Good TV program choice. But the highlight is the staff. All folks are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, for being included. Astonishing, how LQ can keep up that quality throughout the US. We like them in California, in Florida and here in New England and can fully recommend LQ wherever you go.

Carpet was wet from a cleaning I assume. It smelled damp and moist! The bed was awful, and we had the creepy feeling the sheets weren't clean. Shower head pressure almost blew my nipples off! Like a prison fire hose!

Great place. Staff is very friendly. Rooms I had was larger then I expected. Which was great.

We like this hotel's location and price. Front desk people are nice and the rooms are kept pretty clean. We had no issues.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The building and features were somewhat out dated. But overall a comfortable place to rest your head after a long day!

When I stayed in this hotel for a business trip it wasn't the greats feeling it kind of reminded me of a really bad hotel you see in movies were theres killings drugs and stuff and it was really bad the hole building smelt really bad and it's just very Eerie feeling and I wasnt comfortable there at all I hope this hotel mit be better in future.

We would leavevevery morning with our door locked. Every night, we returned to our room UNLOCKED. Our room was only cleaned and stocked with towels ONCE in 5 days. We were left one day with no toilet paper. We had to go get towels and cups every night downstairs at the desk. Our neighbor across the hall was smoking (non smoking hotel) filling our area with smoke and possibly contributing to my dad suffering a heart attack during our stay. There were yapping dogs left alone in a room, a guy practicing his electric guitar next door, and a woman roaming from room to room asking for money. Well, breakfast was nice, but please… for your own safety… stay far away from this place.

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel. I checked into my room The Windows were wide open with no screens, dead bugs piled in the window track. Looked as though the bed had been laid in. The front desk gave me a new room This room was worse. I set my purse on the desk and it stuck to the desk, the window track again was piled with dead bugs. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. My colleague who was in room his room smelled of sweaty balls. There were patches of carpet missing on the floor and his matress pad was stained with giant yellow stains. Worst experience ever! We checked out and got a room else where. What's sad was we stayed at a La Quinta the night before in Springfield and that place was amazing. What a night and day difference.

1. Location was excellent. Supermarket across the street. Burger King and McDonalds right next door and a liquor store down the block. Everything a overnight guest needs. 2. Had a older hotel feel but the Room was a decent size. Clean and well made up. Hearing/ac unit was a little loud. 3. Breakfast was what you'd expect… loved the little fruit danishes … you could make pancakes or have a toasted bagel. 4. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze.

We didn't stay, but booked a conference room for our team during a tournament. The price was extremely reasonable, and the owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our players and parents got to spread out, relax, and refuel between games. If we were to stay over, this is a place I would want to patronize!

It really was not the best but not the worst. Just not sure if I would stay again. The rooms smelled. A little bit. But it was ok staff very nice.

Desk clerk gave wrong info. Shower wasn't getting hot. Sink drain backed up. Air vent was filthy. Room phone was intermittent and wake-up call never came. As a result we Got to breakfast just as it was ending and had to argue to get them to leave the food so we could eat. Which we rushed thru in 15 minutes, for their benefit. And the premade hard boiled eggs were spoiled.

Clean hotel for a good rate. Needs updating. Breakfast was simple. I'd stay at again.

I was recommended to stay here by a friend, who had good things to say about the hotel. However my stay was not so fantastic, the bathtub in my room (209) if I recall had the white costing chipping off which left the fiberglass tub exposed, the TV in the room couldn't be turned off and constantly had a moon over the water playing on it, so I had to unplug it. The wind whistling outside the window was very annoying. And the AC unit would start making a very disturbing noise randomly.

I've never stayed there but I'm a local who has enjoyed their continental breakfast (with a guest who was staying there). Their staff were kind and friendly and the food selection was fairly good. Can't comment on anything else.

Spoke with a "Nancy" when setting up an over night stay, she was very helpful, kind, and had an awesome personality to deal with. Upon check in it was a pleasure to find "Nancy" at the desk, and again just an awesome experience, she was welcoming and helpful through the process. You have an asset in this wonderful lady. It is due to Nancy I will sure be back next time I need to stay in the Milford area. Thank You for an enjoyable process.

I'm only giving one star because of the check in woman was very nice to my daughter and wife and had a conversation about her daughter and how smart she was. ANYWAY, when we got into our room the toilet was running and making the most annoying noise then took about 20 minutes to send someone up with a plunger to come check on the noise for us. Breakfast was very minimal which is fine but I've had better but for the price you pay for the room I guess it's what you should expect. My wife who is allergic to cream went downstairs at around 4pm to ask the gentleman at the front desk for some milk for her coffee that you are able to make along with hot cocoa in the area where breakfast is served in the morning. The man who's name was Alex told her no he couldn't give her milk as it was not breakfast time. This has NEVER happened to us at a hotel before she's ALLERGIC to cream as she proceeded to tell him again and he proceeded t repeat no she could not have milk so she instead had a cup of orange juice from the machine that was there that dispensed orange and apple juice. Which he later charged us $6 for. It was very crazy and later on he called the police on us in front of our 11 year old daughter because I called him a jerk. When the cops arrived they just laughed at him. This whole experience was just ridiculous and I can't believe it even happen. I will never stay at this or any La Quinta locals again.

Awesome place, nearby to highway and center of town. Good selection of places to eat and clean rooms.

Location is less than a minute off the highway. Next door to Burger King. Could use more parking so get there early if you want a space nearby. Rooms are quaint and clean. When I stepped into the room the TV was left on with a scene of the ocean and the sound of waves coming ashore which was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

I made a reservation for one overnight. When I called the morning of our arrival to ask for an early check-in, the staff member at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating. Everyone was friendly throughout our stay… service was great. However, the hotel itself was rather run down and not the cleanest. The building is definitely in need of a renovation. All in all, our experience was above average and I would stay there again.

I read the reviews and I had no complaints. My room was clean, stocked with Clean towels and didn't have a smoke smell to it. For the price the hotel was in great Condition and management and housekeeping was very nice and made sure our stay was comfortable. However I noticed that it say smoke feee hotel and we were awaken my the smell of cigarette smoke assuming from the guest next door. Once we were walking in the hallways to check out, we smelled of cigarettes was very strong.

Not pleased to find out of the broken elevator that's BEEN broken for weeks and won't be fixed for weeks until arriving. Breakfast room is filthy and the selection is sparse. Nothing like having to wait for the employees to eat before you. Hotel is pretty dated and dirty. Room seemed clean until I looked at what used to be a new pair of socks. I would have left before checking in if everything in the area was not sold out.

Great place breakfast is free clean and tidy. Free Wi-Fi.

Clean enough, located close to gas and food, but price was much higher than most La Quinta Inns and Suites, and this one has no suites. But, cheaper than La Quintas in Boston. Part of 5th floor are smoking rooms, ours was not, but had lots of cigarette burns in carpet. Pet friendly, no extra charge for pets, as are all La Quintas. No frills, but only La Quinta in immediate area.

This was my third stay at a La Quinta Inn for leisure. I always maintain get what you pay for expectations, when staying at hotels. This was our first and last time staying at this La Quinta Inn — Milford, MA. We chose this location based on affordability in the Boston area for the Marathon weekend and proximity to the start in Hopkinton. Your run of the mill breakfast options. Staff was friendly even upon our 3am check-in. Reservation accurate and check-in/out process smooth and quick. The King bed has outlived its life expectancy with several spots of bad springs. Our heat/ac unit would not entirely shut off, room was on the 3rd floor facing west. We opened the window and gave it time to cool-off which didn't happen so I called the front desk. Maintenance would not be in till the next morning and at that time we were checking out. The employee stated he could not locate a fan for us to utilize either. Last but not least we discovered dried blood on the carpet near the sink area and shower plumbing had rust around the faucet/head where it was separating from the wall. Lesson learned, unfortunately.

It seems the hotel is in disrepair. My room has no blackout curtain (it was clearly ripped down by a previous guest), was missing several light bulbs, the chairs and floor were stained, and there was hair in the bathtub. The staff was nice, though.

Multiple rooms used for our family during our stay. Some rooms without hear out working TV, hotel personnel fixed or has other rooms available to move us… Appropriate responses from staff.

I had never heard of this chain before, let alone stayed in one. I was unsure of my choice after reading the reviews, but we had a very good experience. The room was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We requested our room be cleaned early the first morning, which they were able to do. We were happy to discover the second morning that the breakfast buffet was ready 1/2 hour early so we could grab a bite before checking out. I would definitely stay again!

Want to give 0. I have requested several time 1st floor non smoking room for next rent. But front dask arrangements was lavish. They sent me 5 floors smoking room.

I wish I can give 0 star. We stayed for one night there. I paid cash there, but after, they charged my credit card again. Be very very careful, they just want to steal money. The front desk was very rude. Do not give them your credit card. We will never come back again. Avoid them with any cost.

This hotel isn't worth paying more than a hundred a night. It's dated, rundown somewhat and just fairly clean. It's the type of place where you say to yourself, "Ok, it's just one night. Just sleep and get out of here in the AM. " Ummm. There was hair in the bathroom and towels. Neat.

I you plan to stay few day or weekly rate, Don't expect Microwave nor Fridge available.

Staying there as we speak. What I Got: Twin bed room w/ microwave and fridge for ~530/wk incl taxes. Room service shows up promptly at 10am every day. Cute girl. Very nice. Breakfast is a little early for my taste but you'll drag your ass out of bed if you're hungry enough. Breakfast consists of what you'd think it would, eggs, cereal, meat, muffins, etc. Not going to win any awards for originality, HOWEVER, It's good, hot, and free so quiet up your bitching please. Front desk people (Disclaimer: I've only met Domingos and an older lady whose name escapes me) are great. Never rude, always accomodating. That being said, they are not 'fake happy'. You know what I mean — — When you go to some chain restaurant and the waiter/waitress shows up at your table with a completely fake smile and attitude. These guys seem like they genuinely *want* to be here and help you. It's a quality not found much lately. The beds are pretty darn comfortable. For some reason getting two beds is cheaper than one, not sure why but you can push em together and make a super bed. (I did). Sheets are clean, you can smell the clean in 'em. In closing, My stay here (still ongoing as I write this) has been quite pleasurable. The staff has found a perfect balance between being helpful and leaving you the hell alone. Which, in my opinion, is worth more than anything.

Stayed here a few times before and had a great stay every time. . But now I don't know what happened. Rooms are very clean but the price sky rocketed and the morning front desk guy is the worst. I paid for 5 nights cash in the morning I decided to just stay somewhere else so I said I was going to check out. He laughed at me and said well you can't get your money now we have to mail you a check. After 10 minutes of I need to speak to the head of the hotel he finally gave me my money. I use to love this place but now I won't ever go back. If the change the staff I highly recommend.

It was amazing to stay here at la Quinta. What a $10 or $20 diference can do for your experience and confort!. Will deffectly stay here again n recomend anyone. The best service for your money. Booking was super ez on their web n thru Orbitz Glad a made the wright choice.

Not a nice place. In the first room I was given, the TV wasn't working, and it looked as if they were in the process of fixing it (wires, etc. All over the place) and gave up and just left it as it was. I asked if I could get it fixed or move, and they moved me to a "non-smoking" room, and I got light headed 30 seconds after being in the room which wreaked of smoke. Front desk made it seem as if I was being a pain and despite them giving me a different room, were not very courteous in the process. Also I couldn't control the temperature in my room. I would not recommend La Quinta Inn in Milford MA. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express the night before for the same price and the difference in quality was night and day, try that instead.

Love this hotel, quality service from an amazing staff.

Got a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The front desk offered to give us a can of Lysol. I told them we wanted a new room they said they were booked up. I told them I knew they had rooms (some available on their website) and they wouldn't talk to me anymore. Worst help I've ever encountered in a hotel.
