Room was great and so was breakfast. Hotel and room clean and well designed. Breakfast was good quality buffet materials with lots of variety. Very good value with hotel coupon.

Room was very clean and the temperature was great. Check in was smooth and the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Decent hotel, had last minute availability for our cape code getaway although a bit far. The bathrooms could be upgraded but no complaints.

Holiday in express locations are usually of a high and consistent quality, but this one is exceptional. The entire hotel is fresh and clean, looking to have been of recently renovated. Even the standard rooms are of above average size. A hotel I couldn't hesitate to recommend.

Upon arrival we needed to use the luggage rack, the tires needed air so badly we could barely push/pull it. Our room looked inviting, however, the sheets were scratchy and itchy. Breakfast was very nice and, as always, yummy coffee.

Very nice place! Very nice employees! Kara was so nice and helpful! A++++ I’ve been to many hotels but this one is definitely one of the better ones I’ve seen. Very clean the pool and hot tub were perfect! Just what I needed after a long drive!

Everything was great — spacious room and bathroom with enough towels and toiletries. Breakfast was good with several types of eggs, fresh fruits and sausages. At the other side, strong cigarette smell on the floor (4th) even our room was not smoking room, smell from the corridor were reaching inside the room. Tiny pool.

We will NEVER stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Middleboro, Massachusettes. They charged my card for a full room claiming it was for a security on incidentals that they would refund at the end of our stay. I ordered the hotel room through a benefit at my job using ADP's Tickets at Work. I waited 45 minutes on hold to speak to a manager regarding the $160 fraudulent charge on my card when the incidental would have only temporarily charged me $50. The manager claimed he was on the other line and apparently couldn't be bothered. I paid $204 for the room through my job. So angry. We are at a restaurant in Maine with Wi-Fi and cell reception, otherwise we are unable to call/access internet during this part of our trip. Time to call corporate.

Rooms and service is really awesome.

Overall the stay was not horrible I live in Wareham with some family but my fiancé and I were looking to take a night out of the house with our 22 month old son. We needed to stay local for work. I was pleased they accepted cash deposits and cash payment. I was however very upset with the fact I had requested a king size bed, and I’m almost certain I had paid more money for it, to arrive to the room and have to queen size beds. It may sound silly but that was what ruined the night for me. However the staff, especially Caroline (sp? ) were great. Except for The lady at checkout when I had brought up the bed thing. I didn’t bring it up prior because we had such a limited time frame there. She was very snappy and basically said it’s too late now. One room key didn’t work. But the room was nice and clean and well set up even though we didn’t get the king size bed. I’d love to stay there again for a one to two night get away again if I could get my king sized bed.

Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Our room had some repairs needed — the bathroom door handle stuck and later fell off. The kitchenette table's leg was loose.

Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was always fresh and filled. Room was clean. Pool area was clean.

Great everything, except the hotel Wi-Fi was garbage in my opinion. Just stayed 2 nights so not a big deal but if you need to get work done connect by ethernet in your room as it's faster and the Wi-Fi is spotty at best.

These people helped us out with hot showers when the power went out. So they are good in my opinion.

Holiday Inn Express Hotels are awesome but this one is rundown and the they don't stop people from smoking. I can't take the smoke so I checked out early and went next door. Staff is nice.

Great little base for visiting New England, Cape Cod etc. Clean and fresh, with helpful staff and local amenities.

We love staying in this hotel, clean beds, fairly update rooms, nice and cozy. They should improve the internet. Very difficult to connect and very very slow. So if you are working from the hotel. Bring your personal hotspot.

Called and asked if the pool was open before I booked it and they told me yes, I was super excited to spend my anniversary in a hot tub and when we get there it was closed for maintenance, I get that things happen but that was the reason I booked the hotel not even a week before. And the breakfast was not that good no flavor. There was also a little blood mark on our sheet and the bed was not that comfortable and the TV was to dark with no way to change the settings so we had to sit with the lights off to watch the TV. Idk if I will be going back to this location. I expected more for the price I paid.

A gem of a hotel. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. The free buffet breakfast is the best I have experienced in a hotel of this price range.

The room was extremely clean. Very basic, but well stocked. Front desk staff was new and having some difficulty with accomodating the large wedding party as they arrived, but was workung.

The room was pretty nice. The water pressure in the shower was weird. The water pretty much stopped coming out a few times while I was trying to take a shower. Also, the towels were in the actual shower, which I thought was pretty odd. The bed, on the other hand, worked just fine.

Horrible customer service! We booked a suite on a wedding block in early August for Labor Day wknd with the understanding that we would pay the wedding block discount offered to those who were part of the wedding party. When we went to check in we were told by a very nice young lady Emily that there were no more suites available in the wedding block because THEY OVERBOOKED but that we would still get the wedding block discount and an additional room free of charge, so we were placed in 2 standard adjoining rooms one of which had a non working shower and were told that we would get another discount because of this additional INCONVENIENCE; However when we went to check out we were charged the regular nightly rate for both rooms and the lady at the front desk KARA was extremely rude to us and had a very bad attitude. When we called to inquire about our discount the following day we were again helped by a very rude woman who informed us our discount would only be 30 dollars. We expressed how we felt about that discount and said that it wasn't fair we asked for the young ladies name and she proceeded to yell and scream the spelling and hang up the phone. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint because we were treated very poorly and unprofessionally with the exception of Emily.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was very nice to return to our room each day to find it clean and fully stocked. I would go back there again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice, clean rooms. Daughters loved the pool and hot tub. Would've given 5 stars but the pool room reeked of chlorine so bad it burned my eyes and made me feel sick.

Pretty typical of a holiday in. Experience. Rooms of a ok size. Breakfast could have been better. We had some room charge errors we are hoping will be corrected soon.

We booked this hotel based on the recommendation of the theme park we were traveling to visit and on previous stays at this chain. For a single overnight stay we got locked out of our room 4 times by keys that didn't work more than once, had to go retrieve the linens ourselves for our pullout bed, the carpet around and under the pullout didn't look like it had been vacuumed any time recently AND were woken up at 4:30 AM by a wake up call that we did not request which ruined our day as our autistic five year old we were unable to get back to sleep. His day started 4 hours early because of this event (the answer to which when I asked the front desk why it happened was "I don't know"). We've never had an experience this bad at this chain but unfortunately once is enough. We won't be staying here again when we travel back to redo the trip that we were unable to complete due to the wake up call nor will we recommend them.

It's a nice hotel and the front desk staff were very polite. It's clean also. It has your typical Holiday Inn breakfast. I thought it was pricy for a Holiday Inn at $178 for one night. But the location is close to Boston so I guess they can get away with that rate!

A little outdated. Mostly clean. Staff is great.

Very nice and employees were very nice. Rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed when she arrived. Good selection of channels on the TV and beds were clean and so comfortable. Very good location too. Service was awesome.

Nice updated building. Room went from freezing to too hot changing the thermostat 1degree. Nice breakfast area.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms are clean and the staff was polite.

No smoking room smells of stale smoke as did the 4th floor corridor. I could smell it as soon as the elevator doors opened. Pillows stink of it and the non smoking room comes with 2 ashtrays! Go figure!

Absolutely the rudest front staff ever! Even after I called the hotel twice prior to check in to confirm our reservation, I got stuck in a room that was too small with a broken AC. Cut my trip short. Never again!

Booked a reservation before I arrived and of course was told to leave by noon. Had little to no sleep. As I was already checked out I was notified I couldve stayed longer. And was already charged for the additional stay with no notification whatsoever. Miscommunication.

Stayed here on Friday, August 22, 2014. Hotel very clean, modern and in good condition. Enjoyed coffee after our check in at 3:30 pm. Very spacious and comfortable breakfast area with television and sofas. Fresh cookies were available for guests later. Looked yummy! Room was nice and had a desk large enough to work on with laptop. Bathroom spotless (always VERY important). Beds and pillows a little soft for my liking but no one in my family minded. Fridge was handy, too! Breakfast very good. Well stocked. Tables clean. Easy to enjoy. Woman attending breakfast bar very friendly and doing a great job! Tim, at the Hotel Desk was very very nice. (And easy on the eyes! ;) ) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Bill under door in the morning. Nice! Plenty of ice from machines to keep our fish cold. We had just arrived to this hotel after a fishing charter in Hyannis. Highly recommend " Predatuna " if you are looking for such an experience. Fitness room has one treadmill, one bike, and one elliptical machine. My daughter and I made it work, even though we would have liked to both use a treadmill simultaneously. Not a deal breaker for us. One suggestion for management … the fitness room lacks "cleaner" and paper towels to wipe down equipment after use. Stay here. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.

Front desk staff were very polite when we checked in. When we arrived in our room I turned on the heat and only cold air came out. I waited for about an hour and the heating situation never changed temp 65 degrees. I went down to the desk and told them about the problem. They came up to the room to see if they could fix it. Needless to say she couldn't. She told us that she would change us to another room. About 10 minutes later she returned with a key to a room a few doors down. We were upgraded from our standard two queen beds to a two queen bed suite. With working heat. The only down side is the heating unit is a little loud but isn't in most hotels with standard wall unit heaters. The fresh baked cookies in the lobby is a nice treat for after dinner. We used the hot tub and that certainly can take the chill out of you during this unseasonable cold spell. This HIE has a great location to 495 and a short distance to places to eat, shopping and Duncan Donuts is next door. We would stay her again.
