This is our go-to hotel when in the area. It is quiet yet convenient and the staff is always very helpful. The restaurant has great food for times when we just want to stay in.

Nice rooms. Hotel is close to I495. Small pool very clean. Complimentary coffee (tea, cocoa) and cookies, muffins. Friendly helpful front desk staff.

Overnight traveler heading east to the Cape. Great place to lay your head. Cozy rooms with very clean bathrooms and beds. They had DirectTV, which I was surprised by; I guess I'm old-fashioned when I say that I almost miss those cheesy welcome messages hotels would run on Channel 0. Oh yea. Price was good too.

New place with nice rooms and staff but still has some construction going on. Daughter left something in the room and they found it for her. This is really a business rather than a family hotel as there really isn't anything to do in the area but there are plenty of nice places to go grab a bite to eat nearby. Very close to the ice skating centre for the hockey crowd.

We live in down and occasionally my spouse and I go on a date night we have tried almost all hotels around town and this by far is our favorite one. Very clean, speedy check in, rooms are great! Bed is spectacular, bathroom is a charm and very quiet! All offered by same Price if not cheaper! Can’t go wrong :)

Great place to stay for business. Rooms are spacious and accommodations are more than adequate. The restaurant is very convenient for those who want a quite night.

Good location, comfortable bed. Everything esle sucked. The pool was warm and murky nasty water, we didn't have enough clean towels in our room. We got a wake up call after we told the desk we didn't need one. And down fall no bathtub for a child for a bath…

Stayed here after a wedding at tower hill. The staff was very pleasant and even gave us a travel crib for our baby! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.

Good place, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good service. Hotel is near and clean with lots of parking space and very convenient location. Food is tasty, hygienic and well presented. Service is quick and effective. Overall great value for money.

Very accommodating. We stayed here when the power went out in Marlborough. They gave us 6 hours after normal checkout in case the power came back on after. Nice rooms comfy beds.

The bed of this hotel is so good I didn't want to go back to Okc loll. Rams is the best chef I ever met. He's funny and he's food is.

We had visited many hotel but never see so much love in our plates, good food, good presentation. 1/6/2018 I will never forget that day. Brand new hotel. The best garden inn Hilton I have stayed at so far. The newest and most modern rooms as well. Very nice decor and bathroom designs. The restaurant has good food as well.

The room was very spacious and had a lot of power outlets for my computer needs. The internet was also very fast and the staff was very nice.

Seems like a very new building. Well maintained. Nice views. Close to a lot of places to eat!

Awesome hotel. Spent the night there for my job. And it was amazing. The beds are so huge. I slept for hours. The the room was amazing. I highly recommend it.

Location was convenient. Set up was pleasurable. Coffee in lobby well set up. Room was well kept and comfortable. Only struggle was hearing people in the hallway quite easily.

Its a nice clean hotel with attractive rooms. I do wish they had room service and a better selection of late night snacks (especially since kitchen is not 24 hours). I can deal with that but wish they would turn the music down in the lobby and work out a better flow for breakfast as it is confusing where to go what to do, what is covered, etc.

Here's what you need to know… You are staying away from the city, it's nice and quiet. It's also very very clean. It may cost quite a bit but I like to feel well rested.

If you plan on staying here for a quiet night ask if there is a sports event happening. If so, and you don't like screaming kids, you should stay somewhere else.

The hotel was very updated and nice. The bed was very soft and a bit difficult to sleep on. There was absolutely no water pressure it was nearly impossible to shower.

We had a wonderful stay. We would have LOVED it if coffee was available all day in the lobby, not just during early am. Place was spotless, friendly, new, well kept, easy to get to. Well recommended to anyone. We had a junior suite for us and a regular room for my daughter and her husband. Place was quiet. Spacious, good beds. Even the sofa bed was comfy! Pool was great too.

This property was built in 2016, and is now in it's "sweet spot": all the kinks any new property has have been ironed out, while the interiors are all still fresh. Even the architecture is modern, and the room layouts are what you would expect… But with little modern touches that surprise you. Clearly a step up from what you might expect from this chain.

Internet is 5down 5up for free and 15 by 15 for premium. Rooms are nice. Restaurant is expensive but there are food establishments close by.

The inn is very clean and still looks very new. There are many rooms with double Queen beds and single Kings. There are also suites available. The prices are a upwards of $170 but the rooms are very nice. The restaurant downstairs is very good but the service can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is and how big your party is.

Rooms are nice. Restaurant on the premise was terrible — food was over cooked and felt to have sat in the window and died! Meal not eaten and not one question! Nice selection of beers on tap.

They are situated in close proximity to a large hockey arena and they hosted a number of teams during a tournament weekend. Prior to arriving I spoke with Mike at the front desk who assured me that they would do everything they could to put the team together. Instead our team was distributed throughout the hotel. As were all the other teams. I'm assuming this was intentional and not the result of the hotel's poor organization skills. Either way, it's inexcusable. Additionally, the wait staff was ridiculously slow and forgot our drink orders, even after being reminded multiple times. In frustration, I reached over the bar to grab the beverage "gun" and fill an empty glass with water (no one was behind the bar) and was scolded by a waiter who suddenly appeared (most of the time we had no idea where he was). This was after reminding him he had forgotten to bring me a glass of water and watching him serve other tables. On a positive note, the rooms were nice, but I would not want to stay here with a group of people for an event, and they are definitely not hockey team friendly.

Pretty much a brand new hotel. Very clean and staff is relatively friendly. Would be a good hotel for "normal people" but unfortunately that's not what we are. We are here with our hockey team and other hockey teams across the state for a Christmas tournament. This hotel advertises on the hockey website and directly called the head coach saying they are accommodating for hockey families, but that's far from the truth. Management was up on the hockey teams floor every 15 minutes yelling at the kids for playing floor hockey, and being to loud. Very hard to keep 15 — 7/8 year olds busy just sitting in a room for 3 days. We asked to rent a conference room so the kids can play and not bother people but they said that wasn't possible. Like I said, nice hotel for regular folks and families but not at all accommodating for hockey teams.

The customer service here was outstanding, from the housekeeping, to the restaurant and staff at the front desk! We truly enjoyed ourselves and would certainly come back. Thank you to the entire staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Marlborough!
