The best improvement this hotel could possibly make would be to get rid of the unproffesional management that is a plague to this establishment as well as our community.

Love the heated pool, the rooms, the shower, the work out room and costumer service was good, but I like grits with my breakfast.

We liked it. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and so was the exercise room. Good location for Plymouth area sites. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Nice pool, although to warm for our tastes. Breakfast was very good.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days recently while in town visiting relatives. Very clean and quiet. I love how modern everything is. If I'm ever in town again I'll be staying here again.

The price was reasonable and the staff was nice. Had discounted tickets for Edaville amusement park which was great since that was the whole reason we drove up there. Customer service A+

This place is pretty decent it was cheapest I could find in the area for a family of 5. Took my twins to Thomas Land for their birthday this Hotel even have discount tickets for Thomas Land, the rooms are clean and spacious key card is needed too enter each building to access your room. The staff was friendly and helpful pool area was clean and well kept, great value for money.

I'm kind of disappointed. Coming in, we were pleasantly surprised at the presentation of our room and how neat it was. The breakfast was good for a wyndham. But what disappointed my family and I was the presence of bed bugs. We had found 2 right as we were leaving.

Just did a long weekend here with our baseball team. Hotel staff was exceptional. Nice/ clean accommodations with recently updated rooms, super pool and really good complimentary breakfast. Great location and outdoor gathering space. Perfect fit for families.

The rooms are very good and the one I got also had a kitchen which was a good surprise. Everything was very hygienic, bedsheets were nice, toiletteries were good, there was hot water, the room was centrally AC. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, a gym, a small TV room. The room service was very good and quick. There is a nice Mexican restaurant next to the hotel so getting the food was not a problem.

Nice hotel. Older hotel that owners put a lot of effort to remodel. Adequate if you need a place to sleep and very clean.

Service is good most of the time. Its not the best deal as far as hotels go. The water changes temperature constantly. The heat shuts off automaticall after about 20 min and I had to keep turning it on. The lighting is bright white fluorescent which is obnoxious under any circumstance. The rooms are obviously renovated but it seems like they didnt hire anyone to help them pick the designs. I always price check the area and they are usually about the cheapest but I still feel like I overpaid.

The restaurant was good. The drinks were awesome but it closed at 10 and they kicked us out right at 10 we didn't even finish our drinks.

Three stars for a three star hotel. When we arrived the toilet was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. The toilet appeared as if someone had thrown up on it, the vomit dried, and had been wiped very quickly with a dry cloth or possibly not at all. Only staying one night so I can handle hovering over it, but that level of cleanliness in the bathroom is not ok. The hot water in the shower was room temperature at best. I get that you don't want guests scalded, but it was barely warm at the hottest setting. Everything else looks decent enough. Has a good TV in the room.

Super nice room! Almost everything was just right. Breakfast dining area has only three tables. Very small. No room for me.

They had a couple of ants in our room but u see I still gave them 4 stars because they came right away and sprayed a little and I did not see the ants the rest of the week. They took good care of us. Id go here again.

The area is clean. Staff are good. Just a suggestion about the lobby and breakfast area if they can be separated. Becomes crowded if we have coming guests. Thank you for the good service.

Marvelous hotel experience. Beyond the lobby, which hearkens back to a hotel of decades past, are newly and thoroughly renovated rooms. Good breakfast in the classic lobby. Fantastic staff, too.

It was right of the highway, easy to find. Service from the hotel was very good. Rooms were decorated nicely, and clean. Pool was open later than other hotels.

Place was really nice. Great comfortable beds. Front desk employees were really nice and helpful. Very friendly. Price is good and location is close to downtown Plymouth almost Down street you can site see. They also have a restaurant up the hill Cancun's very tasty. We would come back again.

Rooms are very nice… mattress is very comfortable. Nice tv… the only complaint would be the very thin door as you can easily hear people in the hallway. Customer service was incredible! :)

Nice, comfortable rooms, very clean. Very friendly staff. Our girls basketball team enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is freshly renovated, the room is huge with a jacuzzi. Everything is new and works beautifully. Excellent value for money.

Really nice refurbished hotel just off the highway. Don't expect 5 star but perfect when your on the road. Really nice and clean. Some refurbishment still ongoing so expect a couple of things not finished in communal areas short term but rooms are very comfortable.

The cleaning service is very good and super nice. They make sure anything that is your stays where it is and if they have to clean something near it they place it back. The pool is nice and clean. Beds are super comfortable. Overall great place to stay!

Under new management very rude ignorant staff and owner they say you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.

This is still open. Lol! I remember it smelled really bad and the blankets had pubic hairs.

There are many awful things I could say about this place (the rooms and hallways smell like 50 years of cigarettes, the staff have no understanding of what customer service means), but really the most important thing is that they have bedbugs. I spent one night here while visiting friends in Kingston, and woke up covered in bites, with one on my eyelid that was so swollen that I couldn't fully open that eye. We even saw one of the bugs crawling around on the bed while we were getting ready to check out. When my boyfriend and I went to the front desk to complain, the staff member we spoke to was neither surprised nor helpful. It seems the hotel management is fully aware of the problem, and simply doesn't care. I would recommend that you drive the extra 5/10/15/20 miles (or whatever it may be) to NOT stay here!

This hotel is by far the nastiest place I've ever stayed. If you like filthy amenities, disgusting 40 year old bug infested carpets, mold, and bedding that is riddled with pubes and cigaret burns, then this place is for you.

Very outdated room, bugs on carpet, actually checked the bed for bugs too. Walked with my shoes on in the room. Beds very old and uncomf. Had to stay as it was late.
