We visited the mountain adventure park. We had a great time. Rode the mountain coaster, alpine slide, soaring eagle zip ride and giant swing. Our kids also did the trampolines and kid climb. Great value, friendly staff and no long lines. We will definitely go again.

Fair price for a day of alpine slides and an amazing mountain coaster. All staff are polite and care about the well being of their customers. The lady inside the gift shop was the best she was so sweet and people here actually make an effort to try to talk to you. 10/10 reccomend coming here and next time I'll stay l longer than a day. Clean park too.

Great places to stay if you're up golfing. Also looks like a good ski resort in the winter.

We took our boys skiing for the first time to jiminy and signed them up for a class to teach them the ropes. My wife who had never been before as well attended the class. The one issue with the classes is there was not much 1 on 1 available in the adult class so learning was hard for my wife. The kids had a blast however.

Mid — sized mountain with an eco friendly operation and modern tech. Reusable ski tickets that scan automatically through the chairlift. The view of the windmill as the sunsets is breathtaking. One of my favorite resort-bars for the northeast region too.

Love that they try to replicate the look and feel of the resorts out west with the "village feel". Slopes are well maintained, all the areas are clean. Wish they had more and better food choices.

Multiple lodges, large pub, several shops and a large plaza. It felt more welcoming compared to resorts in the Catskills. It gets crowded so ski early and eat early. It's a resort with condos so many folks come up for the week. For my double black nephew, it wasn't the most challenging but he enjoyed the mountain. The layout is good and efficient and let's you get in anlots of skiing.

Rentals and lift tickets were fairly priced (about average for the area). Rental equipment was in decent condition, nothing fantastic but in good shape and clean. Food was delicious and (as expected) a bit overpriced. Slopes themselves were absolutely great, lots of options for both beginners and intermediate skiiers/snowboarders, all of which was well marked. Myself and my 9 friends had a fantastic time there.

Jiminy is very close and convenient. We have twilight ski passes and ski here a few time per week. Their operations and amenities are very nice and the grounds look great. Weekends and holidays are impossible to enjoy however because of the crowds. The configuration of the lift line is frustrating during peak times. They also make tons of snow and seem to be able to get the most out of tough seasons.

We stayed in the thatcher house. Very convenient spot and cute condo, clean. Only thing I would improve was the shower head it was awful. But I would definitely go back and recommend it. We go at least once a year. I would love to see the coffee house open more as it's never open when we are there. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Been coming to JP since I was a kid. It’s a decent east coast ski resort and far enough from NYC not to be overcrowded with buses from NYC day tippers. Lodging is a bit dated but good for families, and the ski lessons (GET program) is a value for the amount of instruction over a 3 day weekend. Good place to bring the kids to learn to ski.

It's a nice mountain with decent facilities. Good for kids because they can't get too lost. But after a day or two the same runs get boring. And they really need to upgrade another lift to higher speed. The one high speed that they have gets crowded and becomes zoo like but most runs wind up at that lift so you don't have much choice unless you stay on the slower lifts (if they're open). It's great that you have the night skiing option here and don't have to stop at 4 pm like most mountains in Vermont. They do a good job lighting up most of the slopes.

For the money a great value. Enough skiing variety to please all but the best skiers. They need to get on planes. Almost never a lift line if you know how to choose your lift. Only issue is conditions require lots of snow. The wind will clean the top off to shear ice which makes for lots of fun. Otherwise my fav place to do a 1 day event. PS I've been skiing here since it was one double chair up the front with a few slopes (how many years ago what that? Like wow! they put in a new triple chair! awsome. ) so I have the experience to back up my statement. Best value in the northeast.

Great place for night skiing/riding. Been going hear for years the 4 hour ticket is great for quick turns mid to late afternoon or whenever u get the time to hit it. Fun times all the time.

The pricing it too reasonable to not go. Snow conditions have been good for the beginning of the season. I've gotten the value card the last 2 years. I really enjoy it here. Except I had to pay ¢25 for an empty cup at the cafeteria.

Christiansen's tavern. The fish is super fresh and delicious. We went while the haunted house/mountain experience was happening. 13 nights or something. It was a good time and worth the wait and price. A lot of opportunities to delight that special someone. ;)

We arrived yesterday late afternoon. The place is so gorgeous! We have snow today and the mountain is just awe inspiring to see the beautiful snowflakes falling down and sticking on trees and pine trees. The staff at Jiminy Peak are so friendly and helpful. We went to one of their restaurant (John Harvard), and boy — the food was excellent! Friendly waiters and waitresses. I would highly recommend this place to eat. Price of foods are reasonable. We stayed at Bentley Brook resort and this resort is fantastic. These are in one area. Love it all the way!

Early in the season so they weren’t 100% open but the place was still humming along nicely. Employees were friendly and warm which is always nice. Great mountain, def will be back!

Has skiing during the winter, alpine sledding, alpine roller coaster, bungee jumping and many more. Best place for kids. They have restaurants around the resort too.

Fun for a whole day. We had a blast on the 2 different coasters. The ride to the top of the highest mountain gave us spectacular views.

Great mountain slopes and amenities. Loved walking up the gravel roads by the ski trails in September.

Wait staff was good. The flight of wine was good. Calamari was a bit overcooked, potato leek soup was good.

Room had a lot of amenities like kitchen and cook ware, dishwasher. But it's in desperate need of an update. The ceiling and floors are so thin you can hear people moving and walking above you clear as Day. Has great potential but over priced and noisy.

The staff are courteous though some are very rude. I stay only in the Country Inn and only during the summer, there is a strong order from the John Harvard restaurant which lingers out into the hall of the Country Inn. This is not a clean hotel. I stayed for a few days, the hallways were dirty when I arrived and remained dirty throughout my stay. Check out time is 10:30 am which is too early while on vacation especially with children.

We stayed in a condo on the property within walking distance of the park. The park is fantastic for kids, I'd say from the ages of 4 to 15. (Depending on the kid) We stayed for 3 days and the cost was moderate. Well be back!

Reasonable pricing considering a resort. Winter has good skiing, summer has plenty of action still, golf, playground area that entertaining for youngsters while more adventurous for older kids like the aerial adventure area, alpine slide and an alpine coaster as well. Scenic views, mountain biking with a chair lift to take you to the top to ride down.

Finding a room was quite an adventure since there are 3 different places to stay. 2/3 of the rooms were really creepy, one room had hospital beds! So we stayed in the lodge rooms. I did enjoy the rides and I like how there were shops and other buildings to explore and shop at. The food was decent but I recommend going out to eat.

Everything is fun — fantastic there! All employees are friendly, helpful & take great care of you! It's like a Disney World atmosphere on top of a beautiful mountain! Lots to do for the babies up to the Grandparents.

Nice people and a nice resort. Just upgrade the shower heads.

I went to Christensen's Tavern for a 30th birthday party. Staff was AWESOME and accommodating to all dietary restrictions.

Affordable rooms that can house large groups. Lots of attractions and things to do. Beautiful views. Negatives: nit a lot of food options, especially for breakfast. Not dog friendly.

The location wasn't difficult to find, the facility was great despite the coditions of the ski/snowboard season have been this winter. Faculty was great and very friendly, especially the repair shop. Food prices are a bit overpriced, entertainment was nice though. I would happily return every year.

Jiminy does a great job on many levels. Their grooming is excellent and better than most in the northeast. The lodge, food and service is a step up from many of the alternatives and worth it. They've got plenty of extras from the mountain coaster, in door / outdoor pool and some accommodations right on the mountain if you need them.

Very pleasant, staff very helpful, lines minimal but quality was excellent. Would absolutely come back!

Came here for skiing but no snow in sight. Good thing is the weather is so warm that the summer activities are open. Kids like the mountain coaster and aerial park. It's a little overpriced but fun. Not exactly a place I'd drive 200 miles to go to next time.

I went here two summers ago, and I loved it. The room was very nice, loved the pool and Mount Greylock was as advertised. Would go back here again.

We had our wedding at Jiminy Peak on 9.26.15 and saying it was incredible feels like an understatement. The location is gorgeous, the country inn and condos are beautiful and cozy, every staff member we met was friendly and went out of their way for us, the food was delicious… our wedding was perfect in every way! Tracy Grant and her team were absolutely amazing! I know that Jiminy is known as a ski resort but I know it as the greatest place to have a wedding and we will be back for years to come to celebrate our anniversary!

Just stayed here in July. Room was clean, staff was friendly, nice and helpful. We had a ton of fun at the Mountain and Aerial Adventure Parks. Place was empty so there were little to no lines for the rides, which was awesome! We wish there was more stuff to do at night, like activities for kids or something.

Walk out the door to the lift, nice place! Trails were a bit icy at first, next couple days were better.

If you go only by the words of the man in charge, this place is world class. However. And that's a big however, this place is Western Massachusetts class at best. Don't get me wrong, Western Massachusetts class is not bad. I grew up there and lived there for a portion of my adult life. This is a classic case of not making it out to more than it is. This is 44 trails (juiced stats just like Bousquet) of decent terrain with an insane amount of infrastructure piled on at the bottom. I like the village, it is appropriate. My challenge really is not with the facilities, as they have some decent offerings. My challenge is that I have never really gotten decent service from any of the employees there. The lift operators can usually be found talking to each other, and not the skiers. The food and beverage folks are inconvenienced by you and will just choose to treat you like an enemy. The ticket counter workers are indifferent whether you are there or not. Once again, this is not a world class feel. This is a Western Massachusetts feel. I feel like if they just embraced what they were, they would be far better off. You are small resort, very family friendly, just far enough that the Long Islanders will call it a vacation but not too far that they won't come. The terrain is nice and they, somehow, always have a great base of snow. I will attribute that to Brian. Which if you have ever met the man, you know he is obsessed with snow making.

Came up to Jiminy a few winters ago and loved it. Unfortunately my wife took a bad spill and couldn't ski after couple of hours, but the kids and I enjoyed 2 days of skiing so we decided to go back this winter break. I called them Christmas eve to check what the condition will be like for the 26th and 27th since we were driving up from 5 hours away. Was told they would have more trails open and conditions will be good since their team will get everything ready for the holiday weekend. Drove up Christmas night. Came to the mountain on the 26th and found lot of trails were closed and base was very thin with lots of dirt showing all over the place. We had asked about the tickets we had purchased and were told they will refund our money if we weren't happy. Made 2 runs, 1 on each side the mountain and found the conditions were icy and terrible for 2 days of skiing so I asked for a refund. Initially they gave me back 4 x 2 days worth of tickets in gift card form. I found that unacceptable considering they were charging holiday rates ($77 for adult tickets) and refused. Anotherlady (I presume a supervisor) came and was very rude and offered to refund it to my credit card but deducted $60 since said we used the lifts to make 2 runs. UNREAL! We didn't even get to keep the deactivated cards (for future reloading). Wasted 2 days of driving, paid for hotel and ruined family ski trip.

I love coming here and the kids love it, too! The staff here are all well trained; kids learned to ski within one day at the Kids Rule ski camp, the kids loved the instructor. In particular, FedEx. In my opinion, it is worth the four hour drive every year because it's relaxing and enjoyable. Prices are a little high, but it's all worth it in the end.

Great family mountain. The kids love coming here.

Mountain Adventure: Overpriced. Unfriendly service. Only two rides worthwhile and both have insufferable long lines.

It has a few rides to enjoy. The rides for itself are pretty awesome but the staff, the waiting times, the attitude stinks.

Ski school for kids is fantastic. Very nice intermediate mountain.
