The manager is unresponsive. There is no communication whatsoever regarding extra charges. The only good part to this hotel was the spa.

Our room was extremely dusty. The staff was rude and the manager was not accommodating. We really had high hopes but it was poor service. The elevator got stuck twice. This is Not a place I would take my children back to or invite family to with young children. The restaurant is not family friendly and does not accommodate children. My fiancé woke up with what looks like bug bites on him from the bed. Not a place we will be returning to, unfortunately.

Just had an amazing massage at “The D Spa” with my friend for her birthday! The space was really cozy, clean, and smelled so nice. They even spoiled us with a salt bath foot soak after, with a mimosa of course! Looking forward to a Couples massage soon with my husband to celebrate our Anniversary 💕

Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was hard & uncomfortable though. Spa was excellent and a definite place to check out. Delaney house & the Mick… service & food was excellent… our server Kevin was very attentive without being intrusive. All around definitely an awesome stay & will stay again.

Do not hesitate to stay here! It is so clean and the staff so friendly. Small breakfast but every item on it is perfect. Staff always cleaning the area. We ate at The Mick for dinner and the food was wonderful. It is a lovely place to stay.

Haven't stayed at the hotel although it looks great. Beautiful lobby! The pool area could use an update bit the hot tub was great. The spa, skin catering is hands down the best in the area. I'm a total spa junkie and love this place. Amazing and talented staff, high quality products for facials and massages, and awesome membership deals and specials.

I stayed in a Deluxe King room, the room was small, but the bed was nice. No refrigerator in the room unfortunately. Hot breakfast in the morning was included with the stay, It was better than the usual continental. Pool was nice and the Jacuzzi. Restaurant on campus although I did not dine there. Staff was professional and friendly.

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean — with comfy beds. Lovely lobby, good breakfast, and the pool and hot tub are heavenly! Always a treat to stay here!

I am sitting here with one hour left at this wonderful hotel. Everything about this place is excellent beginning with the woman that checked me to the very clean room and ending with a delicious breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel. One day was just a tease. Hoping to be back soon and I will remember my bathing suit!

Ive always wanted to dtay here but it was too pricey for me… found a deal online and am glad I came! Rooms arent exactly what Id call homey. But they are clean and comfortable. Staff is great. Delancey house next door is worth going to and only a few minutes away from northampton.

Attended a wedding here. The venue outside was beautiful. The area inside for the reception was incredible as well with a little lounge area right outside. The food was incredible.

Great place to stay! They have upscale and casual dining. Both are excellent. We were serenaded to "Friends" in Italian. How could is that?

We came to this place to celebrate our 30th anniversary started with a massage following with dinner and later on staying at the hotel which offers to jacuzzi, pool, exercise room, laundry room and some other things. We did not get to enjoy all of it but, what we did get to enjoy was absolutely amazing from beginning to end especially the beautiful room with strawberries and champagne. Can't wait to stay there again service was wonderful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Although we had a little problem with the room when we checked in the staff and hotel immediately responded to our needs and upgraded us. They are friendly, courteous, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I give this hotel a great resting and recommend to anyone to stay here. Close to Northampton too a very lovely and picturesque town.

I'm impressed. Lots of little details that can be forgotten are remembered here. The rooms are functional and comfortable. The restaurant has a broad menu with all the comfort food you're looking for, plus some imaginative twists. Comfortable all around.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Sound proofing didn't seem to match the rest of the quality of the hotel (noisy little ones next door). Nice amenities and staff. Would recommend. Spa options are intriguing. Plan to visit again.

My dish was lacking flavor, so I asked for more of the sauce. Its great they make it fresh to order but it was a slightly different taste. My tomato gorgonzola bisque soup was delicious, so much flavor, I did not need to add a thing. One of the best I've had. The deserts were so delicious, I could have order a sampler. Maybe a different dish would be a better choice for my palate. I'll have to go back.

We visited the D. Hotel's restaurant "Delaney's Grill" recently. Seated next to a warm fireplace, we were impressed with the linen tablecloths, pleasant ambiance and attentive service. While relaxing over adult beverages a basket of some of the largest popovers was delivered piping hot to the table. Everyone chose different dishes so I had the opportunity to sample several dishes. I chose the Mt. Tom Sirloin with a wine reduction sauce with mushrooms, a Caesar salad and a mixed veggie medley. Delaney's clearly has a very talented chef and supporting staff but I suspect management is watching food cost because my sirloin was more like a flank steak. That said, it was still very tasty. I sampled the baked stuffed scrod, a vegetarian Mediterranean salad and a petit filet. All were very good but not outstanding as was the sum of our total experience here.

Hotel area is quiet and room is clean, breakfast also good. Price range is good. Staffs were kind and nice. What else I can say?

This was the only Hotel available within a 30 mile radius from where we went and spent the day in Salem. It was very clean our room was Immaculate as well as the bathroom the kitchen I was really surprised it was just so nice. The staff was also very helpful I would definitely go there again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, we were there for a wedding and had a few questions about there ceremony and they helped figure things out that were well beyond their jobs.

Would not recommend this hotel. Stayed here for my daughter's wedding and I along with other guests were treated very rudely by the staff. I was only looking for a simple I'm sorry from the owner and instead was given many excuses and basically told that we should understand because the staff is stressed when a wedding is going on. Still no apologies.

Staff was so helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed is comfortable! Stayed here in our college visit to Mt. Holyoke, wonderful hotel. Highly recommend!

First off, this hotel is visually beautiful. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly, and helpful. We were greeted with warm smiles and a quick check in. The room was cozy and your typical size. The amenities were bath and bodyworks stress relief collection (one of my favorites) and my husband loved the smell. We were here for a wedding, and the on-site venue was beautiful. The setting was perfect and we were blessed with amazing weather. I can only imagine what this place looks like further into autumn. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator. Granted they have stairs, but with bad knees, it hurts to walk up them, and the elevator was extremely slow. Other than this, the hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Second time here. Rooms are nice and spacious. Employees are wonderful, always looking to assist you with anything you might need. The breakfast food is cheap but we'll managed.

Spent one night at the hotel after a wedding with the rehearsal dinner there the night before. It was a short stay but great staff with updated rooms with all of the basics you'll need. Breakfast in the morning was beyond the basic quick hotel breakfast but small eating area for a colder weekended morning. Would stay again.

Very clean and well accommodated. Down alternative pillows are in rooms as a standard. Wireless is average speed although disconnects are often (15-20min) even for simple tasks. Staff are professional and the check in/out process wasn't complicated.

My husband and I ate at the Delaney Grill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was very pleasant and Barbara (our server) was awesome! Very attentive and super friendly. We can't wait to go back, and would 100% recommend the Delaney Grill as a place to eat.

Really great meeting space upstairs. Bathrooms were clean and oddly inviting. They have a bar downstairs that I was not able to take in while there. Menu is small, so everything they make, they do it well. Staff was helpful in choosing beer. Garden salad had too much dressing but it was so good. I'll definitely be back.

My mother was using the D hotel suites as her room for her wedding. Very nice staff and beautiful room. Only complaint for the suits is the ice machine isn't on the ground or 1st floor.

It's not part of chain (Hilton, Marriott) but it gives off the impression of being part of an upscale chain hotel. Was pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

Lovely location, with a fine restaurant nextdoor. Nice amenities (hot tub, pool, exercise room, full breakfast). Rooms are large and comfortable, though mine overlooked the interstate. Good climate control, beds feel good. Nice location, close to both Holyoke proper and Northampton. Mt. Tom Reservation is walking distance, or a really short drive. Good value for the money. Not luxurious, but an easy place to stay.

FANTASTIC! Spent a week and loved every minute of it. Very clean rooms, top of the line toiletries, and breakfast bar to write home about. Staff was great especially the ladies working the breakfast area (a. M. Superstars). Cant wait to get back and stay again. You can't go wrong here. The only problem we had was our room key kept having to be reset. AAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++

Hotel is privately owned, which is a good thing. Hotel staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. Room quality was very good. Nice free hot breakfast and premium toiletries in the rooms as well. Slightly inconvenient check in process if booking for large group, but staff worked us through it. Hotel's workout room has nice equipment, but small. Overall very nice hotel though.

The hotel is a bed and breakfast. It reminds me of European bed and breakfast but with a spacious room. The room is nice and clean. The bathroom is very clean but dated. The hotel has two restaurants. They are pretty busy. You can check my review of them.

Stayed here overnight after a wedding, clean rooms, ours had a fireplace, very comfortable bed, firm king, breakfast was better than the usual continental plus a waffle iron, free Wi-Fi, comfortable lobby with a business center, decent size indoor pool, small but up to date gym, easy transaction, pleasant stay.

Great hotel for reasonable price. Very clean, comfortable, spacious room, included fridge and microwave. Pool was a hit with the kids, though a little chilly. Breakfast tasty, warm (eggs, potato, etc) and not just generic packaged carbs. Will stay here again!

This is a great hotel with a homey feel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and service is very good. Easy to find, lots of free parking, pool for the kids and great restaurant attached. If I'm anywhere in the area — that's where I would stay.

Nice, reasonably priced. Close to North Hampton but a bit out of the way. Good free breakfast, especially the hot waffles.

Very cozy and tasteful, not too expensive but with nice touches like Starbucks coffee pods for in-room use. Nice front porch area and fast Wi-Fi too. This hotel doesn't skimp on details and is far better than the chain hotels going for the same price.

We took a mini vacation here during the winter. This hotel has been recently well remodeled, kids loved the pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room. The room itself was very tastefully decorated and spacious. Take their Google tour to see for yourself. Staff was very helpful and professional. We also walked next door for dinner at the Delaney house which was also excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was very good as well. Kids are asking already when we are going to go back! I would highly recommend.

Visiting the colleges in the area, stumbled on the D hotel, easy to access and close to both Northampton and not far from Amherst. Our room was 5th floor overlooking the freeway but was great, no noise, clean and as expected. Front desk were helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the lobby had an inviting appeal. Breakfast was excellent some of the best sausages I have had, clean, good service and a well presented complimentary breakfast, every hotel should look at how they do a breakfast and copy it. Fine hotel great pricing, we will return if our son is admitted to A.
