Comfortable beds/pillows. Friendly staff. Clean. My toilet wobbled a bit. Great shower! Super close to everything.

Spacious rooms for a great price. Everything was super clean and you could smell the bleach which was reassuring to the covid anxious mind. Fire pit, heated pool… all great 10/10 would recommend.

Large, clean room with a king size bed. Nice pool and outside spaces to relax. Only a 15 minute walk to town and 10 minute drive to beaches. Very affordable and a great value for the cost.

High quality and great value. Basic amenities, but a cut way above others. Newly-renovated, super-clean rooms with nice bedding, comfy pillows and a dresser with big, deep drawers that provided more than enough room for everyone’s stuff. Beautiful, huge pool, fire pit that’s lit each night, really good, included continental breakfast—lots of options, including boiled eggs, and make-your-own — (delicious) waffles station—indoor/outdoor eating area, and other extras, make this place a fantastic value. Location is a little far from town center, but it’s an easy, lovely walk. The only thing I can think to improve would be to get new TVs (they’re a bit old/small). But that’s a minor quibble compared to all the positives this place has to offer.

The Inn was nice and clean the only problem was check in it took close to 30 min to check in with just one person at the desk.

All the people who work here are very nice. Well kept property, Excellent bed in a clean and recently renovated motel. Clean outdoor pool is heated with very comfortable seating. Fun conversations at pool. Breakfast every morning, hardboiled eggs, variety of bread and fruit. Close to center of town on bike or using the bus. Wish this rating 4.5.

It's right next to the shuttle stop that takes you down to the wharf. The rooms are clean and pretty big but the bathroom is a little tight. The front desk is very nice and helpful. They have a lot of good local deals at the front desk.

This place is great and a very good value. Clean spacious rooms. Parking. Heated pool. And close to town, walk or bike everywhere. The continental breakfast was great. Staff accommodating and friendly. Very happy and will come back as well as recommend.

First time staying at Cape Colony Inn and really loved it. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Loved the heated pool and used it often but my favorite thing that will bring me back was that the WHOLE staff was so super friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping make our trip great!

I’ve stayed here twice in the past year and both times I have found this establishment to be one of the best on the Cape! Clean rooms, nice outside area with a fire pit and shuffleboard, good coffee and the service is great! Can’t wait for my next visit.

100% recommended! Very clean and updated. It feels very home like, I'm shocked by the outdoor fire place and fun activities that go on. There's a volleyball net, shuffle board section, a pool, and very close to the main place in Ptown. I'm definitely coming back!

Breakfast is very good but kind of far away from town.

Awesome place. A little off the grid but if you are renting a bike, you wouldn't mind it so much. They have a laundry, a swimming pool, a great bonfire and an awesome complimentary breakfast. Very economical. Staff is very courteous.

Jen made the difference between a 4 star and a 5 star rating! Good clean room at a decent rate… and WAFFLES! Easy enough of a walk to everything you'd want in P-Town! We'll be back!

All around a great experience. Office staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, nice variety of choices. Heated pool temperature was nice, not too warm. Inn location was close to shopping.

Great location-one block from Commercial St. With it's restaurants, shops and more shops! No need to drive. The beaches off Commercial St. Were great also. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and staff was attentive. Will definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay. The fire pit and other amenities are nice. Only negative was no place for us to eat our breakfast. The seating for eating is outside and is limited. If the hotel was only about half full, I would hate to think how difficult it would be to have a seat in the summer at full capacity.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful! The room was big, comfortable and housekeeping was done early everyday. The fire pit and heated pool are a nice addition. Breakfast was good too. I loved they're close to everything but still not in the middle of it, so it's not loud or crazy at night.

When we arrived our room was not ready, but we we were early, they got us into a king, but it was on the first floor. My advice if you have sensitive ears, do the second floor, much quieter, otherwise you can hear every step. Staff was great, got our whale trip reserved, great housekeeping and office staff. Breakfast was a great to have each day. Pool was perfect. Only complaint is manager appeared rude and condescending to us at times as well as his staff.

I absolutely love this Inn. Our room was huge, and decorated beautifully. I can't explain how comfortable the bed and bedding was; to die for! I actually wrote down the brand of the bedding and plan on purchasing for home. P-town is gorgeous and I cannot wait to come back and stay at Cape Colony again. The breakfast was great, and the lady overseeing was a gem! Stay here.

I have stayed here twice this season and will be back several more times this year. CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL remodeled rooms, nice pool area as well as a BBQ grill for guests to use. The staff was amazing, including Steven, Sheila and Louise! The property is well kept and is pet and kid friendly. Its a short, easy walk to commercial Street. Go check it out for yourself. You won't be dissapointed.

This place is disgusting, smelly and I found bugs.

I have been going to the Cape Colony Inn for the past 6 years. It is not the Trump Towers but you are also not paying $500 a night to stay there. It is a little dated, but it is clean and who stays in the room when they are in P-Town? The walk to town is a nice streatch of the legs and helps walk off the coffee and donuts or cerael you had at the inn. Jack the owner could not be nicer and you are given a discount (That he DOES NOT have to do) if you are a returning guest. That is a sign of loyalty and appreciation. There is also the Holiday greeting card you receive in December. If that is not trying then what is. Some reviewers sound like they are just never happy, and that is too bad ; (.
