This was an all around horrible experience. We got there, and our room smelled like rotten cigarettes. We decided to look at the beds, and they were disgusting, there were black flakes everywhere on the mattress, reddish brown splotches all over both mattresses from I don’t even want to know what. So we did not stay any longer. We got our money back, and the manager on duty at the time didn’t seem to care one bit that we were abruptly leaving and that the room was disgusting. Maybe you guys should care more about your customers and especially the rooms.

I booked with Motel 6 because of positive past experience elsewhere. This facility has serious drawbacks including location, clientele and cleanliness. Dirty clothes were on the walkway approaching the entrance. Inside the carpet was littered. The ice bucket was literally had black dirt/dust in the corners. It also leaked. When I asked ‘housekeeping’ for a replacement bucket I received quite the look and no ice bucket — clean or not. Starting about 11:00 several people congregated at their doorways and YELLED coarsely back and forth across the hallway. It continued to escalate. This lasted until 2AM. No one made a move to stop them. There was a big hole in the shower curtain and dirt on the walls. I could go on. This place is both dirty and frightening. The damage it is doing to the Motel 6 branding should have someone from corporate running.

Let me start by saying, I've stayed at a Motel 6 before. I'm not some spoiled, aristocrat, and I've never stayed at a fancy Hotel. That being said the best way to describe this place would be in three words: Dirty Dank Dingy Had I not been desperate for a room that night I would not have stayed. The bed sheets had cigarette burns, and looked like they could have used a heavy dose of Shout and Tide, or better yet lighter fluid and a match. Fortunately I had an exercise mat in my truck that I used to cover the bed. The tub was dirty, and had a black, grimy ring around the drain (which was clogged). I grew up in the inner city (the hood) and found the characters lurking outside of the building, some of them guest as well, to be… shady. This place was exactly how motels are depicted on TV, but since I've stayed at one before I expected a hell of a lot more. I booked two nights, but only stayed one. I'd NEVER consider this Motel 6 again. Oh yeah, the dead bolt for my room door didn't work.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this location. When you walk in, it immediately reeks of cigarettes and other unpleasant things. My room was a non-smoking room, and again, it reeked of cigarettes which is extremely frustrating to me as a non-smoker. The sheets on the bed had stains in different areas which was disgusting but when I noticed it, it was already 1 AM because I had attended a concert last night and was too tired to request new sheets. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell that lingered the whole time. Nothing really seemed clean in the room. It was loud all night. People were very loud in the hallway and in their rooms and didn’t seem to respect the fact that it was after 1AM. The noise went on all night. It didn’t help that the walls seemed paper thin. I could hear every move the people above me made. I also left with all of my clothes smelling like cigarettes. I have never had a hotel experience this horrendous and I’m a bit irritated I spent $115 at this Motel 6 when I could have spent it somewhere a lot better where they deserved my money.

Where do I begin? The Host was nasty, the room smelled like terrible smoking was taking place. Marijuana smell in the halls all night long. This was more like a crack house than a hotel. The room was filthy! the bottom of my white socks were black within 2 hours. Really wanted to sleep in my car. The worst hotel experience of my life. Oh there is more but just not worth my time to write it out. Look into this please.

The room was fine, bed was comfortable, but couldn't lock the conjoining room door. There were 3 raids that nights. Employees are the same as the Super 8, which I'd recommend that is your choice. I've been in way worse hotels tho.

Terrible, if possible I would give them less than a star. I stayed at Motel 6 before, I walked in here knowing what to expect. What I found was totally different, for the worst. From the main door, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and pot, for the three nights spent here, there was no room cleaning, no fresh towels delivered (to few towels to begin with), when I asked for the towels (the first time) I was told that the batch of clean towels are on their way from the cleaners and I will have some when they arrive. That never happened. When I asked the second time I received one towel (for three people) and was told that they will call me when clean ones are brought in from the neighboring hotel (apperently under same management) that never happened either. The third time I was told that the in-house laundry facility burned up the day before, an there are no towels. Meanwhile there was still no room service. And now I see critters crawling on the floors. Avoid this place if possible, pay the price for a better hotel.

Hello, I arrived at the parking lot and found a rock the size of a baseball in a parking spot surrounded by broken glass. I checked in to what was supposed to be a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. One of the bedspreads had a hole in it right around the middle of the bed and a large oval shaped stain. I left to head to my business dinner in Boston and decided not to return after dinner as the conditions did not feel comfortable. I decided to drive all the way back to Portland, Maine to go home and sleep in my own bed. This will be my last visit to any Motel 6.
