If you have a choice between a different hotel and this one, choose this one. Hands down, the staff at this hotel is the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. They go out of their way for their clients and do their best to make the service as personable as possible. I was known on a first name basis and greeted each morning and evening. The rooms are spacious and clean. Sleek and beautiful. The location is perfect as there is a target literally situated beside/behind the hotel, and there is a large shopping area just across the street. Close proximity to the highway as well. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you all so much!

Perfect location to the office and not too many distraction around which I find good when your focus is on business. Great hotel.

Excellent management, top notch hospitality by all staff, desk attendants (who are also very knowledgeable about Boston and tourist interests), kitchen staff (very kind, efficient, competent in managing the large number of guests at breakfast), shuttle drivers (very courteous and kind), housekeeping staff (very polite, hard working), The hotel manager is also very hospitable, answers all questions. Generous free buffet breakfast as well as a free light dinner Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday is often food truck fare for $5. There's a laundry room, exercise equipment, and an indoor swimming pool. Behind the hotel is an enormous Target, which includes a CVS, groceries, clothing, and all household goods. The suites are large; mine has a kitchenette, large bathroom (wonderful shower), parlor with a couch, telephone, large desk, TV, and bureau, a bedroom with a king size bed, nightstands, large closet, and TV. Plenty of free TV channels including free partial HBO. Provided is free shuttle service (up to 2 miles distance) and free corporate uber taxi service (up to 2 miles distance). The hotel is pet friendly. The 70 bus stops in front of the hotel and across the street a block away if you're heading in the opposite direction.

One of my favorite Marriott to stay at. Clean rooms with full kitchens. Great breakfast included and incredible selection of coffee with free flavor shots. Theres a target just across the street also to get your food at for the room. Highly reccomended for the price!

The walls in the room were covered in artwork and that might be my favorite part of my room. Modern and fun lobby and rooms as far as design and furniture. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the location.

Conveniently located in Watertown. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great for extended stays. There is adequate room to stock the refrigerator and cupboards with whatever you'll need.

Always a pleasant place to stay. Rooms are her clean, and breakfast is top notch. First time I have seen iced coffee offered with various choices for flavor like vanilla and hazelnut. Love it.

I went there for a bachelorette party so I was only in the room for a couple hours but it was very clean and very well kept. The lobby had a beautiful fireplace in it and we could listen to music on YouTube on the TV I was able to connect my account it was so easy and nice to put on music. The people in the front lobby called us immediately when we came up to the room and asked us if I Room suited us which I thought was nice of them to make sure that we got in the room and we liked it! But I did not check out I only stay for a few hours but other than that it was a very nice hotel. I love the fireplace in the lobby.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and can't say enough good things about it! The hotel is new and very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The mattress is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on! The hotel staff are always so warm, welcoming and friendly, they are a pleasure to work with. They are all top-notch. We worked with Vanessa multiple times, and every time she goes above and beyond! She is so kind, professional and polite, she really goes out of her way to provide the best customer service. She treats every guest as a VIP. We love this hotel, and will definitely be back!

One of my favorite hotels to stay with. The buffet has a good variety and starts early enough for people getting off to work. Their shuttle service is great; free transportation to/from the hotel. They even provide a taxi service, free of charge, for those who cannot fit on the shuttle. They offer free dinners on certain days of the week, social hours, and have an on-site food truck (not sure of the schedule). The rooms are nice and have updated amenities The full kitchen is nice to have, especially when traveling for work and the target behind the hotel makes grocery shopping easy and fast, and it’s open until midnight. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and goes above and beyond. Wendy, who works for the hotel and drives the shuttle, will make sure guests have the best overall experience. She deserves recognition for her service and exemplifies what Marriott strives for in all of their employees. I have yet to be disappointed and needless to say, I will be staying here for my next trip to Boston.

My husband and I recently got married and used this Residence Inn as the hotel block for our out of town family and friends to stay close to our venue. Emily Mandeville, who was our contact as we planned months ahead, was incredibly helpful, kind and prompt from the moment we met her through to our wedding. We LOVED the staff at the hotel! They made us feel so special! Emily kept us informed of our guests, shuttle reservation, and even proposals for rehearsal dinner caterers when we were still picking out where we would have ours. Although we did not use the hotel as the location of our rehearsal dinner, they have a lovely room that can be made out of the side walls next to the breakfast room with TV and music as well. Our family was able to stay close together mostly on the same floors during our weekend. Additionally, the night of our wedding we were able to spend time downstairs in the relaxing lobby after our wedding as well. What a comfortable place to be! They also LOVED that Target is right across the street! We also chartered the shuttle for the night of our wedding and we loved our shuttle driver, Wessen. She was so kind and fun. Our family raved about her! The staff was very accommodating to our guests as they used the shuttle to get around to different places during the day (which is free 7am-7pm within 2 miles of the hotel). We thought that was such a cool and rare service.

The rooms and lobby are nice. The hotel provided a complimentary hot breakfast which is great considering there isn't much in the immediate vicinity. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

When I arrived at 10pm with a 45 foot motor coach, staff rode with me to find proper parking. To me that is above! The room did not have a door right next door so you didnt hear your neighbor. Having a fridge with ice is a very good amenity for someone who travels ALOT! The gym had up to date equipment with free headphones. The shuttle driver lady was rude when dropping the group off. I enjoyed my 2 night stay!

This is a great hotel. I've stayed there twice now, it's so new, clean and the people are so nice. Rooms are huge and the prices are great!

The room we stayed in was like a studio apartment. The staff were wonderful. There was always fruit infused water available. There's a Target across the street and a lot more places to shop or eat within a mile or so. I enjoyed staying here more than the 4 seasons.

I really loved the hotel because it was very spacious and big. The hotel is very good because it is near a variety of shopping areas like Target and friendly's. The hotel is very near Boston the city which is very good. It is like a 10 minute commute to Boston. Finally, the hotel has very good food options around the area like Article 24.

We had 15 rooms for my daughter's wedding and the rooms were all incredible. Built in the last two years each room includes a kitchen with full refridgerator, 2 burner stove and a dishwasher. There is shuttle that took us out where ever we needed to go. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Terrific! We are local, and we had visiting family stay at the Newton Marriott for decades. No more! This Marriott on Arsenal St is amazing! Pool, great breakfast, amazing attention to detail throughout. New favorite local hotel.

The rooms are spacious and modern, and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The large walk in shower is just fantastic. Prices can vary wildly depending on when you want to stay though. The location is right near a mall, a Target, and a number of restaurants.

The hotel staff are very upbeat, energetic, and have a positive attitude. They are eager to help out guests to make sure guests have a tremendous stay. The hotel still has the new hotel smell and our room had a kitchen with all utensils. The continental breakfast is a great way to start your morning and it is more than a continental breakfast. It has oatmeal, eggs, fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, and coffee. The hotel has a pool and fitness center as well. The hotel is an excellent place to stay and is a tremendous value.

Very nice rooms, sofa, large bed. Cool set up with the TV that can swivel so you can watch from anywhere in the room which is nice. The bathroom and shower was huge, one of the best I've had. If you need to pick up anything to fill up the fridge in the room there is a fridge across the street. Probably the worst part of the hotel is that there isn't really a bar to speak of and they only sell one beer (Sam Adams).

Room was very clean and up to date. It's what you'd expect for the price. Breakfast is awesome. The maids seem to ignore the environmentally-friendly bath towel and linen instructions to have these things washed only when you need them to be washed. Front staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

Incredibly helpful staff. The room was really nice and large in size, with the only exception being the shower which I didn't love. The hotel offered a shuttle to get our friends around. There are are few restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself is right next to a Target department store. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in a suite. Very reasonably priced. The room was beautiful — very sleek and modern. King size bed and a pull out couch. Two large flat screen TVs. Kitchen had the necessities (plates, cups, flatware), a large fridge/freezer, 2-burner stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom was huge and had a heating lamp/ fan combo that was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, professional, and prompt. Very clean all around. The complimentary breakfast had a large selection (including hot and iced coffee) and was very good. I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect place, suite has got every room, very good service, friendly and always a smile. Up to 2 miles far from the hotel the shuttle bus is included. Very quiet rooms. Target is 3 minutes far from the hotel.

My family of 5 and I had a wonderful stay in a large room with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed that was suitable for our family size. There was a full kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Location was near ideal being close to all the sights of Boston. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We'll stay again.

Room was very modern and clean. Gym looked solid and the pool was nice. Very nice hotel, good front desk staff. Only recommendation would be to display the sign with the breakfast times outside the room so that it can be seen when closed. Good location as well. Very pleased with my stay. Would recommend.

Great location, great and personable front desk associates (Chantel, I think her name is, was awesome), and the room was so nice! I wish we stayed there longer than 1 night so we could enjoy everything. The free breakfast was very delicious. We got there early and they held our bags and leftovers for us (as we had plans) which they later put in our room and leftovers in the fridge.

We have loved our stay here. Hotel room design is unique and decor is upscale with an open floor plan and a good-sized fully equipped kitchen. The suite attendants are kind and responsive and Eunice was exceptional. We have stayed many times at a more expensive hotel in Cambridge and have been disappointed with its pool cleanliness. This pool area is immaculate and so is the fitness room. The breakfast is wonderful with a nice variety of choices. Location is convenient with a Super Target and other stores in the next block.

Wow! Very modern and comfortable. The check-in was smooth. I receptionist was wonderful and very helpful to update my room to a double bed, when I didnt see any available online. The room was huge with a full kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and a ton of options with so many toppings in each section. Definitely would book here again when I'm back in Boston.
