We stayed at this location over a weekend for a family wedding. The staff was extremely accommodating and gracious. There is a grocery store and family dollar across the street with places to eat & shop. If you do NOT require a car you can easily get by though it's setting is pretty far out. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, bathroom was clean. What else you expect from a budget motel. Front desk person was really friendly. I'd stay there again if they keep up this level of service and I am a bit picky about where I stay and why.

This absolutely the worst motel I've ever stayed in. I booked it on a night the power was out, looked decent for a cheap price. When entering the room, it was likely 45 degrees. The heater was an A/C combo that took forever to work. The bed sheets had blood stains on them. The room smelled like Ricola caugh drops mixed with Lysol. Very distinct smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever!

I had stayed here last week during my trip at Boston. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, I think they recently renovated the rooms. I also read some bad reviews about the property, but my experience was quite different. Front desk staff was really friendly and check in was quick. From outside, the property looks little old but the rooms are really nice. Bed was amazingly comfortable and on the top nice, clean linens. this place is really worth the price they are offering. I had really enjoyed the stay and will stay again. I recommend this place, if you don't wanna spend $160 — $170 in hotels which are just a mile away and want a nice clean and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed at this motel on March 20th. The room was so cold we had to go to bed with our clothes on including winter jackets. The Wi-Fi did not work. Terrible motel.

I had been staying there for a month, third week in one oh my boys spilled a cup of coffee on the carpet, I used a towel to clean it up, in return I got kicked out, but for others to do damage that cost alot of money to fix are still living there, no pets, but yet there's a LG black poodle in room 200, there's a motercicle 2 doors from front office in a room, and a drug addict that I have pics of passed out at 2am outside her door, again I get kicked out for a damn dirty towel, housekeeping sucks, attuids, and not checking on guests if they need anything, you have to chase them down, then get a nasty attuid for asking for stuff, I was once a housekeeper, I know how it works, but to be kicked out for a damn towel, and I offered to replace it, OSHA will be getting a call… BOARD of Heath will be getting a call,, you just put my twin 2 year olds and myself out on the street, karma is a Bitch. Just saying.

I stayed there a few months ago. WORST PLACE EVER! Do not recommend to anyone. Yes it cheap but I was staying there with my daughter who, at the time, was under a year old. The room had bed bugs and my daughter was constantly having red bumps of which I had to bring her to the hospital numerous times for. The rooms were redone but clearly not cleaned properly seeing as how there still bed bugs. The room had a musty mildew smell to it. The owners and staff are very rude don't care about anything but their money. Again I would never recommend this to anyone. My daughter was constantly missing daycare due to the fact that she was always sick from being in that room.

Very poor service. Lack of customer services. Everyone had shitty attitudes. The rooms were unsanitary. You have multiple people living there doing drugs and having men in and out of their rooms. But “your not allowed visitors”. Gave me a hard time about my children’s father coming to see them. Their furniture is falling apart. And not to mention there is a no pet policy but yet others had very large dogs. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. There staff gives you a hard time when you ask for towels or toilet paper. Asked the office about and they tell you it’s not there job to check the room if you need anything, it’s your responsibility to chase the house keeper down and ask for things you need. But then get shit for it. The rooms smelled like a cat box/musky nasty smell. I am beyond disgusted… over priced for what you get. Please spend your money else where!

We had a room with a kitchenette. We never received room service, the floor in the room was disgusting that my twins take a shower to clean their feet, but it a fail. Someone here spilled coffee in our room we used a towel to wipe it up. And the “management” is kicking 2 adults and twins 2 years, out tomorrow when we payed our rent till Friday. And finally you can only a guest for an half hour to an hr. That’s not how to get good reviews.

Very clean room with great linens. A bit shabby in the public areas but great value.

Nothing special. Needed a place for overnight. Didn't have high expectations. Had "visitors" in the walls and ceiling running around all night. Was woken up by staff at 830am asking us to move our car so that they could plow THEIR parking lot. I drove 8.5 hrs in the snow and got there at midnight. Didn't fall asleep til 1am. I have never been woken up by a hotel to be asked to move my car. Only needed a bed and shower for the night. This place had what I needed.

Obstriticulously delightful toilets were suprisingly clean and the paper was exceptionally absorbent.

Good rooms for the price, but there's an odor of smoke in them despite being nonsmoking.

Would have been better sleeping in my car. Staff was the worst I ever met. Got in at 3am to bed at 4 paid for a night and slept till noon Threated to call the cops on me Hahahahahhaha. Quite ridiculous and also got bug bites and water never got hot and never drained fast and went up too your feet. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff : 0 Room: 0 Price : 1 if your homeless it's an upgrade. Don't support this establishment just keep driving to the motel 6 … Way better and that's saying something.

There was an oder of smoke and chemicals that made it difficult to sleep. Also the curtains didn't cover the window enough so there was a constant light from outside that came into the room. The bathroom was peppered with black hairs and not clean. Definitely not worth $90 a night.

I just stayed there last night… not only was the room way over priced, it had an odd smell to it … the TV picture barely came in. The air conditioner didn't work. And the amount of TV channels you get is ridiculous … even though you can barely see a picture anyways. When I went to check out this morning I stood at the front desk for close to 20 minutes hoping to speak with someone and ended up being Late for work because nobody came in to the office and it was after 9am… I had to leave a note station g I was checking out and how horrible my stay was and they never called to apologize or see if they could make amends of any kind… I will never stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone… go to the Caza manor motel. Twice as nice, they have a very clean pool and is about 30$ a night cheaper …

To start this comment off, I would like to say that I don't ever want to come here again and I don't suggest this to anyone! So I walked in to the motel without any high expectations but this was worse than horrible! I waited at the counter so someone could come and rang the bell 3 times before someone just came to escort us to the room. The room wasn't to to bad considering it was a motel but the bathroom was just horrible! I didn't even want to step foot in there after I saw how dirty the floors were. When I came back home, I realized I had bed bug bites all over my arm! That's right, bed bug bites! So I basically payed to get shity service and bed bug bites!

This was a horrible experience! I've already stayed in other motels and I can clearly say that this was the worst one yet! I stayed for two nights and got many bug bites. I only realized that I had bed bug bites until after I left. When I called them saying what had happend and simply asked for a refund, they denied my offer. On top of that they were clearly aware of the situation and didn't seem to have an interest in inspecting the situation. This is in violation of the health code. If you are reading this, beware of this motel and pay close attention. Not only did my room/bed have bed bugs in it, but the service stunk and bathrooms were filthy! I rated this motel a 1 star, not because it is what it deserves but because I had no choice to put a 0 star or better yet a negative number.

Heat was full blast and the room was still 50 degrees. It was 35 degrees outside. The room is very basic. Tube TV, plain walls, coat hanger, table, night stand, and bed. Not inviting at all. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were washed but stained. The bed was kind of comfortable and decently warm. I could barely maintain my body temperature when the whole room is cold. The toilet was also loud. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Also there was no breakfast, so I'm not sure where people are seeing that. Also no kitchen. Just a minifridge (no freezer) and a microwave.

Disgusting bathroom, the mirror was hanging off the wall. Dirty. The deadbolt doesn't work, the chain lock has nothing to latch onto and the door is rusting all over. The room smells like must and cigarette smoke despite the no smoking signs. The table, bathroom sink, and dresser had ants crawling on them. Maybe its just room 207, but I highly doubt it. Will never be back, don't stay here.

I love it. People are friendly managers are great. Houekeeping is nice. I've been here for a little over two years and never had a problem. For an older motel its clean and kept up with whatever needs to be fixed. Ed woodward does the maintenance here he does a good job doing it.

Well the first room we got was pretty subpar. The a/c didn't work and it was 90 degrees out. We asked for a new room and they gave it to us with a working a/c. Beds are 6/10 at best.

Pretty nice hotel in a pretty nice town.

I had a great experience. The food was mouth watering. Customer satisfaction is there goal. Thank you Ayer Motor Inn for making my stay pleasant and comforting.

Filled with loud illegals from Mexico and Brazil. Unless you want to awake to loud horrible rap at 3 am I suggest you avoid. The place is used as low incomr housing for various nefarious folk.

Rooms were decent, but my first room had a giant damp spot that made the whole room humid. Staff tried to fix it via vaccuum but it wasnt perfect place was too full to switch rooms. Weak internet signal in low 100 room numbers. Other than those two things, good value for a room at $51 a night.

It is not only a dive but a pick up point for scammers of Craigslist. Watch out for S-A 14 Samuel Peterson.

Way better than expected. Stayed in a jacuzzi room and not only was it beautiful, it was extremely CLEAN.
