I made reservations for 2 rooms and 2 nights on Wednesday and my check in date was today, so I go and try to check in today but The man that was at front desk (new owner) was very rude as soon as we walked in. I had asked him kindly not to charge the 2nd room to my credit card, because my other family member would pay for their room. He did not acknowledge what I had said, I thought to myself maybe he didn’t hear me. After going through the rooms I wanted, basically making another reservation, I had told him again not to charge me both rooms, and again no acknowledgement. Ok, so he asked for me card so he can swipe it, I told him again please don’t charge me both rooms. Then he started yelling at me 😬 “ You told me 3 times already about this” waving his 3 fingers at me. I told him “ how rude?! ” Can I have my card back?! I asked twice. He finally hands it over. And tells me “ Get Lost “ He left the desk area. My family members also came in before he started yelling at me, to check in, and when he saw them he said “they’re all staying here!? ” In a loud voice and pointed at them. He was also not happy about the fact my daughter had her dog, but when these reservations were made on Wednesday I specifically asked for a pet friendly room. I also have the email to show that I made these reservations, the amount of people staying, and a pet friendly room. We did not deserve that rudeness. Never going to stay there again and we didn’t even get to stay, we left and went to a hotel that has kind people working.
