We stayed here for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Outstanding service from the time we drove in to the time we left. ALL staff were super friendly and helpful. No matter what our request, the staff made it happen. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will be back!

My daughter had her prom there yesterday. The worst service possible. Had to wait three hours to be served the main course meal and when the meal was served it wasn’t even up to par. The meat was bloody red. What a bad experience. They didn’t even ask them how they want their meat cooked. They took away from their time and they only had an hour for dancing. At the end they didn’t even eat their dessert so they could dance at a size of a dance floor as big as a stamp. Pathetic if you ask me. Very disappointed as this was suppose to be one of the biggest venues from their high school memories.

Beautiful hotel with upscale rooms. The service is impeccable. Artisan is an excellent restaurant that is not to be missed. Highly recommend for staying if you are in the Hartford area. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Just spent 2 nights at the Delamar celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. As a 100 night a year business traveler I have to say the Delamar is right up there with the Ritz or Four Seasons in terms of luxury and service. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Needed my car a couple of times and the valet took no more than 5 minutes. Looking forward to coming back with the entire family soon.

Friendly service, turn down service so you don't have to roam around to find the ice machine, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Only criticism I have is there's almost no drawer storage for clothes, only the closet…

Positively wonderful! The entire staff gets a 5 star, thumbs up. I am so impressed with my stay. I grew up in Hartford, down prospect ave. What a joy to come back and stay at the Delamar.

Lovely interior. The room was nice and very clean (as you’d expect since it’s so new). I stayed for an event and the food was delicious. Continental breakfast was very casual but nice with fresh fruit and pastries. Everyone was very friendly including the valet and the attendant at breakfast. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Blue Back. Something to keep in mind if you enjoy spa experiences — it appears that the spa partners with surrounding businesses to fulfill certain service requests vs having an in-house staff. Having been to the Greenwich location, I much prefer this one!

I love The Delamar. Great service and location. Super comfortable beds. They great you at check in with chilled champagne or water. We have stayed here twice. On our most recent visit we brought our dog! Food is delicious and the Tesla courtesy car.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. The service is outstanding. I have to mention Alberto, our bellman (I guess that would be his title), made our trip special. From the moment we stepped out of our car until we got back in to leave we were well taken care of. Can't wait for our next visit!

Hotel exceeded my expectation. The staff were absolutely amazing / professional / and very informative. The level of customer service at this facility was elite. I would highly recommend it.
