Nice apartment style setup complete with stove and microwave. I'm a little disappointed with the short by window for complimentary breakfast and also they had no coffee. They need to step up their game a bit because the nearby competitors are more on point in that regard!

Nice warm easy to find people were helpful that work there but no ice machine.

Standard, no thrills accommodation. No daily room service. Room is cleam, but the place has a lingering smell. Good location. The free breakfast is a scam. Recommend paying a little more for a hotel.

The room was clean and quiet, and the people working the desk were very nice.

Smells nasty. Key cards bearly work. A granola bar isn't breakfast.

Quiet, decent pricing, plenty of old growth trees and foliage. Clean, great accommodation with wood floors and kitchenettes.

It is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are supplied with eating utensils and cooking equipment on request.

This hotel is nice. The bed is good and the pillows are ok. But we came with are own. No wash clothes in bathroom. I went to front desk to get them. Room and hall way has musk smell. Breakfast is granted and go. And that's what they mean. Breakfast is coffee and tea and a muffin and some breakfast bars. The room has a kitchen no coffee maker or coffee. The staff and front desk is very nice. Over all nice hotel. They are doing work.

This place is like my home thanks port making me feel like this.

Surprised that this hotel came to me through Pricelne. Tired and hungary, the bed was great. Menus provided a top dated pizza. Would stay again.

One of the best hotels around. The service is amazing AND they treat you with the Utmost respect. I would recommend them anytime to anyone because they can accomodate for everyone’s needs.

They kept my bathrobe in the lost and found and went to find it for me two days after our stay. Thanks so much!

Room was dirty, entire floor had horrendous smell, room that we reserved was not available when we showed up. We came here to have a warm place with water and electricity during a power outage but would have been better off staying in our house without power. Will never consider this hotel again.

Great room the workers were very nice and the maids did a great job cleaning.

The staff at extended stay america is very dedicated to serve it guest they go above there city's to help any way they can a applaud the from desk the manager make you feel like a family a now my head to salute the team may God bless you all amen.

One of the better hotels I've stayed in, the kitchen area in the room was a nice bonus.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Had a kitchen. Would go back. Prices were reasonable for new years eve.

I'm picky about pillows and they have weird square pillows here. Actually made it hard to sleep.

Not happy with this place… My air/heat unit was not working. Called 9 am Saturday morning to get maintenance to check the unit so the heat would work… It has been 21 degrees outside. Cold in the room. After I worked all day I thought it would be fixed. At 6 pm I was told at the front desk that maintenance does not work on the weekend, they come in on Monday so I have to wait… So all weekend my room will be cold… I have stayed here for 2 months and can not get an emergency service… Poor service and not even offered another room. Paying a lots of money and no comforts of being away from home.

Katrina at the front desk did an outstanding job making me feel welcome and comfortable. Five stars for the clean accommodations and the excellent customer service!

Sad that the 5$ Internet is slower than the free Internet, sadder that the "discount rate" is the exact same as a 2 bed room. But what's most sad is the ppl behind the desk will lie to your face and intentionally waste your time. Will not be coming back to any extended stay after this!

Feels very motel-ish but clean and safe.

They overbooked so I had to go to a different extended stay 17 miles away. That wouldn't be a problem if it didn't add distance I have to travel between my hotel room and my job. Very aggravating.

Doesn't have any amenities except guest laundry and Wi-Fi, maid service won't come until 7 days after you check in unless you specifically request it and they only come once a week, and you have to ask for platware and cooking items from the front desk as they're not in any of the rooms. If you are just looking for a place to sleep while on business then it'll work but I'd recommend some place else first.

Wasn't satisfied with the management team, a lot of confusion with my reservation. Found a couple of bugs in my room. Breakfast isn't really much. Room service isn't consistent either. Won't stay here again. Especially not for that price, for that price I can go to the Marriott.

Clean and quiet. Restaurants and grocery stores are only a mile away. No continental breakfast but you have a stove, refrigerator and microwave to cook your own.

I love this hotel! Although I do prefer hotels with SO many floors so that elevator rides would be longer, but that's unimportant. It has everything you need. A nice kitchen area. No pool, I don't think : (but that's okay. It kinda scares me that there was a fire on the first floor because someone left the stove on or something like that, but oh well. Clean hotel, nice location. Not far from grocery stores etc. Many places to ear nearby.

Interesting room. Lady at the front desk was a super nice awesome asian lady that hooked me up after the corporate office sent me their and they had no available rooms. Random kitchen in the room. But nice bed, comfy, like the mirror next to the bed that was awesome.

Very comfortable, pet friendly, attentive staff, an all around great place to stay.

First of all, both me and my husband feel like we home. Very clean and nice place to stay, and customer service was extremely excellent, one of the staff by the name Mameow was very nice and friendly to us and make us went back the second time just to spent four more days there, she was very helpful. All the other staff's were very nice too. Compare to the one in Warwick rhode, customer service was very poor and after all very smelly, people smoke all day in the building and in the rooms… I highly recommend extended stay in Shelton Connecticut.

I love it here. I stay here mon-Fri for work after work I will spend some quality time here with my girlfriend.

Manager onsite was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Location is great, but our room was very dirty. There were thick layers of grime on multiple surfaces of our room where clearly no cleaning had ever taken place, such as the bathroom door, fridge door and bathroom walls. The headboard had gooey spots where people had rested on it with hair gel and the bathroom has no functioning fan, which makes me wonder how much mold is lurking in it. The maid only comes once a week (if you are staying a week or more), otherwise you have to pay to have your room cleaned, which is kind of crazy, especially since so little cleaning even takes place. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and suggest you look elsewhere, especially if dirty rooms bother you.

Well yea mostly just ok almost went with the 2 stars but the staff are pretty nice so going with 3. The ac/heater even though it is off starts blowing very cold air every few minutes. Only way I got it to stop is by turning on the heat which definitely seems to be off set to 67° feels like 80°. The toilet leaks a lil every time its flushed. Lastly and its not a real big deal for most but I didn't bring my roku for no reason and the tvs HDMI ports only seem to work for a minute or two before cutting out without the TV or cords being touched. Also the TV turns off all together sometimes and its annoying. I hate regular TV because of all the adds and the TV not working properly is a big deal to me when choosing to stay somewhere. Good luck.

It was like a home away from home.

They kept a deposit from me even after I called within 24 hours to cancel a reservation, rooms at best are "basic", lobby is an embarrassment. For only 20 dollars a day more, Homeward Suits is like a nice hotel, and you get a "Full Breakfast" and dinner 4 days a week.

For the price, this is one of the best values in the area. They are consistently priced right, when the national website says they are booked, they have rooms. The staff is always very helpful and the rooms are perfectly adequate.

I handle travel arrangements for numerous physicians who work all over the country doing locum tenens shifts. I have connections through groups and hospitals and work with a great number of people in the hospitality business. NONE of them compare to the outstanding service and accomodations we receive through Extended Stay, Shelton. Katrina Corcino, the general manager, has, on a number of occassions, saved the day for us at KPS Physician Staffing. Our doctors always are treated with great respect, rooms are clean and modern. 5 stars is not enough. Thanks guys.
