YIKES! I booked two rooms here for my sisters bachelorette party and the first room they gave me was not clean; it hadn’t been seen by house keeping yet which is totally fine, but the second room we went into appeared to be clean, but was not. I lifted back the made up bed and a cock roach ran down the bed. When I told the front desk they said “there’s no cockroaches” despite there being s cockroach on the bottom of my shoe. Luckily they refunded the entire reservation. Be sure to CHECK YOUR SHEETS if you stay here.

Horrible hotel, gross garbage outside all over, parking lot is horrible, carpets were not vaccummed, bathrooms was gross, hole in wall, pee on back of bathroom door, tub drain broken, 2 plug ins in whole room and both lights plugged and TV so no where to charge electronics, there is no pool or hot tub, rooms do not have microwaves, continental breakfast turned out to be coffee. The lobby has a microwave if you dare to use it it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month it had newspaper over the grossest part but newspaper was gross too. Checking in lobby is the nicest part of the whole hotel. No laundru facilities. They gave us 2 towels for a party of 4 and when we ask for a few more we were informed request have to be made by 3pm (check in time is 3pm) we asked for a refund but because we had been in the room already they said no. (we checked in got the key then went out before we really looked around, we didn't get back till 630) contacted expedia for a refund because these guys said no. All in all was horrible.

This is th biggest s*** hole I have ever stayed in. Staff very unfriendly. Looks like hotel from horror movie dirty and run down used needles laying all around property pure gehto hotel.

When we arrived at the motel, one of the cars in the lot had all of its tires slashed. We walked inside and were met with the smell of pee and stale cigarettes. Our room was dirty, white stains on the comforter, dark hair all over the pillows, the bathroom door did not close properly. We were woken up at four in the morning by car alarms, a baby crying, and a man yelling outside of our door. In the morning there were condom wrappers all over in the lobby. Feral cats and police everywhere. We got out of there as fast as we could.

Certainly not a place l will return to. Even though it is cheap, this place still does not offer value for money. Don't be fooled by their free breakfast and internet: Wi-Fi is only useful in the reception area, which was so dirty l did not want to spend time there. Free breakfast? Forget it! The management must wake up!

This hotel isn't the best but for a budget, it's fairly quiet, clean, safe and has hot water. It's dated "obviously" but for the price it's acceptable. Nothing to sing about but it's a decent place to lay your head.

The little inn where a continental breakfast is a broken toaster, four pieces of toast, honey Combs and hot water. Hold the milk. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

You get what you pay for, is not my choice but it works for a place to stay and sleep, little scary looking, but there is nice service.

Room is $350 a week or $65 a night there's no pool they closed it down. The beds are uncomfortable and it isn't very clean. The people that work there are nice and they do the best they can they also allow pets for $50 a week or $10 a day. It's not the worst room I've stayed in. And it's pretty big.

The worst. Dirty. Very dirty. Welfare and section 8 housing. Look nothing like pucs on website.

Wow. This staff is a family! We booked through Expedia and ended up having a mixup where this inn was actually sold out. It was not The New Haven Inn's problem but they went ABOVE and beyond to help me get transferred… I'm talking a 3 1/2 hour process that he painstakingly helped me call other hotels to find a place last minute for our price range. We didn't actually get to see beyond the lobby but I honestly wish that they had rooms available so we could have stayed. Phenomenal staff. The lobby had a rustic feel to it. Hoping business brings me back to the area so I can book with the New Haven Inn! (But this time I'll call directly)

This was the worst hotel I have stepped foot in. The front desk attendants very good people and helped me with a refund but the entire facility needs to be torn down. When you first pull in it reminds me of the house from Money Pit. The main office looks as if it was under construction for the last 20 years. Driving around to the building our room was in, I started to notice the neglect and lack of upkeep of the entire facility. The lot is trashed and curbs are broken all around it, cars that are beyond repair sitting in the lot. If you are ok staying in low income housing I guess you will not mind it because people are live in these rooms on the first floor. As a musician stopping in for a night, I did not feel safe parking my vehicle in that lot with an entire PA system and instruments filling it. And one more factor that set me off is that the door only locks with a chain.

I came to Connecticut for my son's graduation. I had a very nice room above the lobby. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and homey. They had complimentary breakfast at 6 in the morning. The Wi-Fi was also easy to access and use. Would recommend for anyone that is near the area and needs affordable rooms.

I came here because of the good prices. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were very nice. I plan to return there again if I am in town.

Excellent Condition. The security, the hospitality, the food places and restaurants accessible as pharmacies care medical are first.

I would give them 0 stars but I can't. This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The pictures online are extremely misleading. I would never ever ever ever ever ever stay here again. I rather sleep in my car on the side of a highway than give a cent to these people. It stinks, it's dirty, it's moldy, and it makes my skin crawl.

Good price, nice survice.

This is the most run down place I have ever seen. I'm surprised it is still allowed to operate.

This hotel was so gross, I would have slept in my car if I couldn't find another place to go. Seriously if you don't wanna get shanked by a crack head, stay away.
