Very clean hotel & all the staff was very kind. Front desk girl that was there the evening of 11/12 was very nice. Breakfast area was kept very clean.

Staff very nice. Fantastic breakfast. Very clean. Would recommend.

This place is the best we stayed here for my daughter bday and enjoyed dthe pool and the suites are affordable and big and very clean and spacious and so beautiful and all of the staff at front desk was professional and helpful and kind. Thank you all Jim and torick, toric, and herlyne so professional and just nice. We will be back. Family getaway go here.

The most disgusting hotel I have seen, the staff did not clean the room, not professional, coffee machine is broken.

When my house was under construction due to an emergency, I had to stay here for a week. It was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and friendly. I have autism and special needs and they were very helpful. I would totally come back and recommend other people to come here. And there nice stores and restaurants nearby,

When I arrived at my room the air conditioner wasn’t working properly but someone did come up and fix the issue. Found sewer fly in my bathroom, killed it and went to flush it down the toilet and the toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance had to come back to my room to fix it. When he fixed it the toilet wouldn’t stop running unless you took the lid off. When I complained at the front counter they apologized but it wasn’t to sincere. First and last time for me at this location. Stay across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn, rooms and staff there are excellent. I normally stay there but they were booked.

BED BUGS! We complained, manager left, and wouldn’t give us a refund on the 2 rooms we had, pool was cold, found a hair in my bed, and some stains on the bed.

Coordinated a group stay for this past weekend. Chuck Franke was very helpful in setting up the block and the staff was very nice during our stay. Pool was fun for the kids and breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

I am there for work meetings all week. The space is fine they quickly changed the temp to the room when asked, the woman vat the front desk yesterday was informative about meeting location upon entrance without even having to ask. The breakfast spread was decent the cinnamons were pretty darn good! And biscuits and gravy always get me.

My room had a single king size bed that is slightly above average on the comfort level. Walk in shower instead of a tub, a first for me in a hotel. Mini fridge and microwave included. If you're here on the weekend ask for an even numbered room since there's a restaurant/bar next to the hotel that plays live music very loudly until midnight or so. Odd numbered rooms (my room this stay) are on the restaurant side. Service has been great at the desk.

It's an easy to access hotel with a well lit and groomed parking area. Friendly staff at the front desk, decent air conditioning and very clean rooms. I would have their door contractor return and adjust the door closing mechanisms. The pressure can be adjusted so it still closes firmly but with less noise. Yup, that is my one big complaint. Great place to stay overall and will again.

Excellent location, right off I-95, near restaurants& shopping. Breakfast Buffett had wide variety of foods, choices I've never seen at other HIE. Staff very kind& helpful. Several HBO channels. Bed very comfortable. Parking lot had many flood lights, felt secure. Hotel not very clean, seems like staff, tho kind, do not take pride in their work. Hallways had debris, elevators dirty, bathroom in hotel room not sanitary. Thankfully had Lysol wipes. Some pride and elbow grease would make this hotel 5stars.

This is one of the nicer hotels. The rooms are really nice. The staff is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here. I will be staying there again soon. Have you pay a little more than the cheaper hotels but it's worth it. Five stars for this place.

I stayed on Saturday June 9th I have to say very clean friendly would stay there anytime great place pool was warm clean and sanitary food was great the cook was greeting all the customers she was awesome. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The Hotel was okay, and had everything that you would need in the area. The only problem I had was that we had a Suite and payed a lot of money for the room, only to not have a television in the Living room. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

The hotel looked very clean and the staff we came in contact with was helpful. I was in a conference type room and it was very nice. We didn't stay the entire event, but the time we were there was perfectly fine.

I've never stayed here, but I deliver here all the time. I give it 4 stars because it's not the best hotel in town, but it is respectable, and it's one of the better options in the area. A lot of other places are real low on the totem pole compared to this one. I can say decent people stay here and I've never heard any loud or obnoxious guests. Which is a lot more then I can say for some of the others. The staff is helpful also.

I've stayed at multiple hotels on the East coast for a recent college trip from cheap to expensive and this one ranked near the top. One of the "nicer" ones was more of a let down and had no breakfast plus expensive parking. Great job.

Fantastic and super friendly staff, the cool was nice, and I was upgraded for free to a huge room. I'm not sure how old this hotel is but it's either quite new or was upgraded. Great place.

Please Proceed With Caution My best friend left his wallet (unintentionally, like many of us do) in the hotel room on the day he checked out, later realizing it in the day, only to find out that someone in the staff went into his wallet and stole a significant amount of money from you. Now the hotel must be breeding this toxic culture because when he eventually spoke with the General Manager, Jennifer, she was neglectful and combative instead of being helpful and courteous. Furthermore, what makes this situation even more unfortunate is the fact that his company gives the hotel frequent business, so it's a shame that they'll treat their prospects and "cherished guests" like that. The hotel's general manager basically denoted that it wasn't in her best interests to refund my friend even though her company provides frequent business there. So my question is, if they'd do that to a frequent and "cherished guest", what would they do to a person who is staying there for the first time? My advise would be in order to avoid this happening to you would be either to book elsewhere if you can, or if you absolutely have to, proceed with caution!

Comfortable rooms, helpful desk staff. (They helped me prepare a signature scan when the Business Center equipment was under repair. ) A great place to vacation when your work has to follow you.

If your in the area stay here! Doesn't matter if you have to pay the extra 50, most likely you won't but its worth it. I was recently there and the people I was with had plans all day. I didn't have anything to do so I thought it would be nice to stay in my room until 6pm. I asked john at guest services and to to my surprise he made accommodations to fit my needs. For those of you who know how hotels work that would mean this room would be unavailable till the following day because of housekeeping. Best service and hospitality out of any 5 star I've ever stayed at!

Bathrooms need help. But service was good, and was clean, breakfast was great. Lil over priced … but get what u pay for! No matter what don't go to Howard Johnson around the corner. I left there to come here. This place felt like paradise! ✌

Absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed at. Great staff, great rooms, comfortable beds.

The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. My only complaint is that I asked for a late checkout of an extra 1/2 hour, I was told "No, we no longer do late checkouts". There are times when this allowance is needed and for me it was one of those times. In all my years of staying in hotels, I've never been denied a late check-out. Unfortunately, this will make me think twice before staying here again when as a guest, you never know when that allowance may be needed during your travels.

Had my Daughter's first baby shower on 09/23/17; the hotel was meticulously clean, staff was impressively helpful beginning with the general manager Jennifer, Vontress, Mathew and many more! This was a stressful event for me to plan as my creativity hat was on off, the team made it a de stressful planning event, I can't explain how grateful I am as well as pleased. The hotel presents as inviting and clean; I didn't rent a room but I am sure they would also be well kept, since Holiday Inn has a good reputation for their up keep. Keep up the work everyone! Thank you! I would recommend to anyone!

I was there for a Mary Kay Party. We stayed in room 512. It fits six people but the pull out bed is uncomfortable. Over all it was a nice room. It did seem to be understaffed for a Saturday night. Reason being the girl who was working the front desk had to bring us towels on the fifth floor.

Nice location. Easily accessible. Very friendly staff. Nice ammenities. On the downside, there are no restaurants close by.

I witnessed the black girl talking "professional" to a white guest and when it was my turn, she turned ghetto. She also wasn't very friendly. Hotel was good, no issues. There was a hotel evacuation from the pool steam and the black girl actually was talking to guests and was more "relaxed" with the African American people. She also was very relaxed with her coworkers. The other staff I encountered were nice. I'm originally from CT and I understand trying to assimilate to fit in, but she was trying too hard, it was offensive… the room was ok. The shower was walk-in, which wasn't the best for my 2 year old, but I made it work.

Great staff and service! Very clean and comfortable… and there's a pancake machine that'll make you a fresh pancake for breakfast at the push of a button!

Staff made the visit pleasant enjoyable enough breakfast has some nice quality options the pool leaves a little bit to be desired otherwise fairly decent stay housekeeping above average.

After I read other reviews online, my expectations raised. But in reality my stay didn't reach my expectations. I don't say it is bad or good, it is 'okay'. Bathroom is small in standard room. Good part is, my room has a good sun raise view.

We only stayed one night but it was pleasant. There was a good breakfast spread and some of the most friendly and courteous staff we have seen at hotels. The king bed we slept in was very comfortable and our floor was very quiet both in the late evening and in the morning. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This lady at front desk sounded a little robotic when speaking to guests. On the night we checked in, the pool water looked, well, not clean, and stuffs can be seen floating on surface, and they did not know it until I told them. There is only one elevator and it is slow. On the bright side, room is clean.

Contrary to what was written previously by one elite member they not only acknowledged my husband as a top tier member but upgraded us to a king suite without us even mentioning it. The upgrade was done before we even got there. Great friendly staff and a clean comfortable room.

The hotel is well kept and the rooms were very clean. The A/C seemed to be on a timer, it would run 15 mins or so the shut off. So I woke up several times to turn it back home because it got warm quick. That would be my only complaint. The hotel was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast is a plus, basic breakfast foods to get you started (pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, biscuits/gravy, fruit, oatmeal, bagels… etc). The pool area didn't have towels for our morning swim but the front desk associate brought some right away. It was my first time in the area but I will definitely stay again. Location: directly off highway, close to mall, Walmart, gas stations and fast food across the street.

Room was OK, sheets were a little funky. Food was left in the fridge. Trash was left outside of people's rooms. Can easily hear people from other rooms.

My family and I stayed for 4 days the staff was very accommodating, Friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool was very nice and the complimentary Breakfast was AMAZING! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

The hotel staff was very friendly and although I used my IHG Rewards Club points to pay for my stay, I received a complimentary upgrade to a higher category room without even asking for it. The room was clean and new and everything worked well. What I found notable was the pancake maker machine that was available at the complimentary breakfast buffet. This finally gave me a breakfast option that I enjoyed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel. I hope more Holiday Inn Express hotels will offer these pancake maker machines soon.

Decent room, clean, many places nearby to get food, friendly staff, free breakfast was hot and there were several options. Overall pleasant experience.

The staff was poorly trained. They charged us for a room after stating that we could use rewards points for our room. Very frustrating.

The MOST comfortable beds I have slept on in a long time in my hotel stays. I stay in hotels once a week and do so at W locals also. I don't know where these beds come from but Holiday Inn Express has the best out of all the hotels I visited. The premises is new and clean with a great amount of parking. The gym is top notch and the staff is always, always welcoming and tentative. I feel at home here. It doesn't hurt that its centrally located near mall and 95.

Has many more amenities than your typical HIE. The only caveat is despite IHG status, you're unlikely to be upgraded upon check-in. So, those who have attained "SPIRE" status get the same benefit as someone who booked a cheaper rate through a third-party site. All the hard work to gain such status is for naught. Other than that, you'll have a pleasant stay.
