Location was great, safe neighborhood and right off the highway. Rooms were big and very clean. Had a full kitchen, stove top, oven, freezer/refrigerator, and sink. Service was great, Tina helped me at check in and answered all my questions!

Is very clean the staff is wonderful people's and the rooms is very good, nice view.

Nice enough rooms; although cleaning staff did a terrible job, cleaning little to nothing. Pet friendly with batterson park just around the corner.

Very easy location to get to, right off the highway exit. Modern looking hotel with really clean rooms.

Great location right off I-84 exit 37.15 minutes from downtown. Mall nearby. Scenic pond and park near. Staff is friendly and helpful. Laundry also.

Not giving this place any stars, rude cleaning staff that are very inconsiderate. They do not respect the do not disturb sign in the door. They knock rudely. The housekeeper that I am referring to is an old bitter darker woman. We have been staying here for months due to my boyfriend’s traveling schedule, they said we didn’t have to get our room serviced weekly, then went back and said we did and have given us an attitude since then. Do not waste your money staying at such an insensitive hotel.

I stayed at the Hartford-Farmington location and it was a delight. All hallways, lobby, fitness, and laundry rooms were very clean. Let's have a simple chat about it: — Exterior. Well lit, clean, nice sized lot for parking. — Front desk/check in. Friendly greeting, simple and quick check in. I did not feel rushed or treated as if they were doing me a favor by having a room available. The lobby was clean and comfortable. — Room. I've been to hotels that have a mini version of a kitchenette. The first places I look at are the kitchen and bathroom. This has a kitchen, NOT kitchenette. That means there is a full size refrigerator, range/stove and sink with just enough counter space. Many places have broken sink knobs with crud (old food) around the base of it — a sign that they barely pay attention to the cleanliness because most assume guests don't care about that level of cleanliness. But some of us DO. The area around the knobs, the entire sink, and counter top were clean as I'd expect my kitchen to be. And I like it clean. Why not? All cabinets were very clean which shows housekeeping took the time to make sure there were no hairs and debris remaining on the surfaces which I've seen in many places. I even took the chance to look at the storage under the counter and still, it was clean. There was no leftover garbage, toys, or food. Again, this shows that someone physically looks at all the areas.

This place feels right at home. It has different cozy feeling that regular hotels don't have. Highly recommended.

I only stayed one night, but staff are welcoming and helpful; room and public areas were tidy, clean, and well maintained; breakfast is a grab and go but plenty of options; coffee doesn’t taste burnt and bitter so you don’t have to load it down with sugar. If I am ever back in this area, I will certainly look to stay here.

The hotel looks modern from the outside and front desk, but when you get to the rooms it Is very old and dated. IT is time for a remodel.

We moved here after a very bad experience at a hotel a couple towns over. It has been like night and day! This place is so clean and nice. The staff is incredible. The woman at the desk (Destiny) was so friendly and helpful. She even carried something to my room to help me. One of the housekeepers helped me too when she saw me struggling with grocery bags and my toddler. The room is clean and spacious for my family of 3. I honestly feel like this is almost as good as home. I can't say enough good things! No complaints at all.

Absolutely the best hotel experience I've ever had. Destiny at the front counter is amazing. These people definitely have their head in the game in terms of hospitality. Clean, quiet rooms, excellent amenities and a very safe location. Love this place.

The room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast enough to check email/Facebook but not fast enough to stream videos.

Very large and clean room. Impressively quiet for its proximity to I-84. Extremely easy highway access, and perfect location — 10 minutes from pretty much anywhere in central CT.

Really nice area, but the hotel was lackluster. The rooms are suites, and contained a microwave, stove and fridge, but no silverware or plates/glasses. The linens also were pretty poor quality. I had to use two towels after a shower because they didn't soak up much water) and the blankets were thin with rough embroidery. Also, be aware if you're searching with a criteria based search engine, the breakfast is grab and go with only hot beverage beverage options available and muffins/granola bars for the meal. Overall, didn't hate it, but there was plenty of blown potential compared to other suites I've visited.

Comfortable, accommodating very pleasant staff, rooms are nice and big.

So far our first stay has been great. Checked in with ease at 1am. Front staff was pleasent. Has small room with gym equipment. Vending machine and laundry next door. We are staying in the queen suite with pullout bed couch. This place is a wonderful amount of space! Especially since we will be here for the next 36 days.

Hotel staff Tina was outstanding. Rooms were clean and quiet. Very nice stay.

We came in very late and got a good night's sleep. What more could you ask for?
