The rooms were very small and horribly decorated which I could tolerate. But the second night we stayed our room was not cleaned. We had no towels. I reported that our room was not clean and asked to have it cleaned and to have our towels replenished. No one cared. When we got back to the room, the room was not clean, no towels in the hallways were filthy. I watched the housekeeping supervisor walk right past trash in the middle of the hallway and didn’t even bother to pick it up. We practically had to beg for towels the next morning so that we could take a shower. Hey, I’m on vacation I shouldn’t have to have a dirty room, and unmade bed and no clean towels I would never stay here again.
