Had a blast. Food was amazing and the vibe was fabulous!

Best environment your staff is always friendly.

Decent place, nothing spectacular. $50 to check in before 3pm, bathtub dirty and sheets dirty upon check in. No housekeeping unless you request it daily. The restaurants close early and the breakfast at the Saltgrass restaurant was the absolute pits! There is a buffet at Main st hotel and casino that I recommend. The casino and Sportsbook area were nice. We will probably stay somewhere else next trip.

Everything was great for my sisters wedding. The staff was extremely nice.

Absolutely loved staying at the golden nugget. The pools were fun and the entertainment options were great and staff was friendly. The only thing I could recommend is that the hotel make ALL entrances handicap accessible. I’m not sure which side it was, but a elderly couple in wheelchair fell down the stairs trying to carry their own wheelchair to try and enter and my friends rushed to help the poor gentleman as he collapsed on the floor. Also the staff at the time did not rush to help this man. We were very upset about this specific situation and when I was checking out the lady who witnessed it and checking us out didn’t care that it happened.

Always love staying at Golden Nugget on Fremont street. Great poker action and promotions, friendly staff, excellent food and nice rooms (upgrade from Carson tower). Plenty of table games and fun slots. Our overall favorite place to stay off strip.

Food was excellent at the Cadillac Mexican Bar. Gordie Brown is a very talented, versatile, very funny and engaging entertainer. He made us laugh so much!

Rude table workers And I would not go back. Asking a question about how the free voucher works the lady act like she was having a bad day and told me that was her table, because I asked if it’s $10 free play and $10 bet minimum do I get two plays? If someone doesn’t understand the game isn’t that what they are paid for, to explain to you not to be rude and nasty? I’m just saying….

Beautiful room and great staff.

We saw a concert in the showroom. The entire was excellent. Very friendly from security to usher to bar staff: they made it a great experience all around. Would definitely recommend the venue.

Extremely disappointed by in our stay this past week. It was our first time staying. The many of the staff were rude and not helpful especially the casino host and pool attendant. Many of the restaurants aren’t open and never once was I able to get the attention of a drink attendant. We won’t be back.

The pool manager was a complete jerk! I went in the hotel and when I returned I was told the pool was over capacity! Really all my stuff and my boyfriend were at the pool and we had 2 chairs we were sitting on. No wrist band nothing! To top it off he had security escort me to my stuff and we had to leave the pool! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my Life and I have worked in the hotel/ bar industry for over 30 years do not recommend this place to anyone we will never go back to that place with horrific employees thanks.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Great location. Feels like everything I used to love about going to Vegas.

They have great rates on suites and are close but off the strip. If you drive here it is close to Costco and liquor stores that aren't packed.

The only drawback so far is the smell of marijuana in the halls of the hotel, it makes me sick! I called and asked the house keeping staff if they could fix it and they said they would spray air freshener. And it was a non smoking floor!

The Nugget is a pretty cool hotel. The restaurants are good and the rooms are nice. The Fremont Experience is a must see. The sharks are cool to watch out by the pool.

So huge and upgraded that you can go over and over again and see something new! Saw the Frankie Moreno show 3 times now! Better show than most on the strip by far! I think you can get the buffet or a 2 for one coupon online. Get in drink line very early as it is long and extremely slow. Pick up tickets downstairs and get your parking validated at the same time! We live by SouthPoint and if we don't leave an hour before show time, we miss the beginning. Go early! Exploring Fremont after is awesome! Beyond happy we found this.

This is the nicest hotel and casino in the downtown strip. I've stayed here numerous times including the new Rush Tower and personally think that the Carson Tower is the better value. The casinos nice but the action is usually a little higher priced. The nice thing about it is you have access to a number of other casinos and restaurants so you can easily walk next door. Of course you have to check out the pool the very cool slide that goes through a shark tank.

The shark tank pool slide won me over. Without that, the Golden Nugget would only get three stars because the Wi-Fi was not always reliable, and there was no refrigerator and no ice. Our left-overs were ruined. The atmosphere is very relaxed and happy as a casino hotel should be. The guest crowd is very diverse and friendly, The rooms did not smell quite 100% fresh but they were clean and well maintained. The room styles do not say 2016 however.

Stayed in the Rush Tower last week, for 4 nights. I was very pleased with the clean and comfortable room. The staff was extremely nice and the buffet was the best I have had anywhere. I reserved a poolside lounger at the adult pool which was awesome. The waitress brought us a huge bucket of iced down liter size bottles of water along with cocktails. The temperature was over the century mark but the mountain view and breeze were enlightening. The casino was clean and comfortable, the slots were hot and I had a wonderful time. I will be returning this fall for the NFR and highly recommend the Golden Nugget for everyone looking for a wonderful place to stay and play. Always book directly through the Golden Nugget for best rates and no lost booking confusion.

Had a great time. If you dont have kids or just want to escape them for a bit try the Hideaway 21+ pool located up the stairs next to the pool slide entrance. Great atmosphere. You do not need to pay to stand in the pool… but if you want a seat its gonna cost you. Big thanks to Dan in the front entrance with all the help and assistant he provided. Also big thanks to the girls and guys at the main pool, they work hard.

We enjoyed our stay. Initially, we were put in a room with piping outside of our window which was blocking any view we may have had. The desk clerk informed us they had no other rooms available. However, we talked to a manager, K. C. And he made it right for us immediately by switching us to another room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed being close to the Fremont experience. But be aware there are live bands playing on the street so don't expect to go to bed early. We did not feel we got much for the resort fee. They advertise that it includes 2 free bottles of water per day but what they don't tell you is you need to request them everyday. If you don't request them, they don't bring them. Also, it's nearly impossible to find an open lounge chair at the pool during the day.

The remodel is great! We stayed in Rush tower and absolutely loved the price. We dined at the Grotto one night, I give that place 5 stars. The Cadillac bar was awesome! Their fajitas are great also. Best of all, both places conveniently located inside the hotel. The pool area, 21+ top level, great people to talk to there and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of parents and kids enjoying the slides. One of which goes through a shark tank. That's awesome to see at night time. (Google it if you haven't already) Best of all, it's backed up to Fremont St as we all know has plenty to see and do every day or night of the week. I'd go back to the Golden Nugget for sure.

After the long flight a boon, the breakfast was impressive!

The Golden Nugget was really cool. The entire Fremont Street experience was great! It has a Burbon Street vibe. There were live cover bands every few blocks, go-go dancers dancing on top of street side bars, cheap food and drink options abound. There were a multitude of street performers and an eclectic cast of people out enjoying themselves. If you are going Vegas and looking to save some coin on your hotel cost and you have access to a rental car the Nugget is a good option.

Love this location and the food at the hotel was wonderful everywhere. The rooms were very spacious and clean. If I had one complaint it would be that the bartenders in the casino in the morning and afternoon are not friendly at all! they are grumpy old men! We like to have a coffee and baileys at the bar in the morning but after the second day with this group of non friendly grouches we went down to the D and sat at their bar in the morning. They were so pleasant and friendly! Time to change your bartenders at the casino bar I think. We would have spent a lot more money at time at the bar.

Check in was a little slow, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurants were great, good food and great service. Would definitely recommend this casino and hotel.

A 4 Star Hotel it is not. First not advised of Resort fees prior to booking, King Bedroom. At check in rude clerk advised me, I was getting queen bed instead of what I reserved, and gave wrong directions to room, spent 45 minutes trying to find room 120, no such animal at the GN. Entered the mildewy smelling room, when bathroom fan turned on it started clicking, exhaust cover hanging (probably from all the dust on it, and I have photos). Requested to speak to Manager 4 times, twice via email, 16 hours after 1st request and after I had checked out, managers helper called. Later I was Informed my complaint was not important enough to escalate to Managers attention (have email). I Worked 25+ years in Travel industry, I know a 4 Star hotel when I see one, gave one stars, because Zero stars was not an option.

Cool Fremont Street Casino. Visit to see the giant aquarium in the pool area. Or maybe to check out the largest gold nugget ever found, which is in a rotating display near the casino floor — good for pictures with the nugget. How about a wonderful high-end steak dinner at Vic and Anthony's? Awesome place to dine while in the Fremont area. Parking is inexpensive (yes, you have to pay to park in the Fremont Street area…). Great access to the Fremont Street Experience, with the casino being the far west end of Fremont, where it all starts. I have not stayed at the hotel, preferring to stay center strip, but you could do worse than the Golden Nugget.

One of the first hotels in Las Vegas on Fremont Street. Highlight is the legendary nuggets of gold, indicating the name of the hotel. A water slide that goes directly through a shark tank is still worth a visit!

Other hotel & Casino of the Fremont St. With years of tradition, this hotel and casino is a bit more large than others of the same street, has several bars and restaurant to choose. This hotel with the Gold Nugget mas grande del mundo.

A casino with good machines and price accessible.

4 you see that we take in this hotel and casino and for my is one of the best service and the cleanliness is spectacular I every time I fall and would always return.

I've not used it first time and I will try to.

The hotel itself is not bad and one of the oldest in Las Vegas. What bugs are partly local guests. Drunk, their people, men shirtless in restaurants, etc. Hard to say: sorry, this hotel literally attracts the "White Trash" (with all due respect).
