After six weeks on the road and staying at both top notch and not so top notch hotels/motels, this one was exceptional. We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman at the front desk. He found us a room on the first floor where we could park our bike right by the room. He offered us a very refreshing drink while he checked us in. We enjoyed the Chili in the lobby for dinner. He even made sure we got our BW points that I had forgotten. The room was very clean and well appointed. One of the best night of our journey accross Canada and the USA this summer.

The location was nice, right off the freeway but the main road it is on is pretty loud. The room was clean, just a little run down. The breakfast was very good in the morning and the service in general was good. Overall, a nice place!

It was clear from the second I walked into my room that they wanted a good review, and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that. There were snacks provided, beverages, the room was nice and clean, the internet was good, the breakfast was decent, they had cookies and soup in the evening. This was the first stay of my trip so far (about a week) that was good, and it was beyond good. I wish all Best Westerns could be like this.

Clean, front desk was so nice. Breakfast is better than expected and they also have free soup! You have to go outside to get to the pool but that wasn't a problem.

No News: I must apologize, the recollection of my stay at your location is vague at best, and I take pride in my memory. Please suffice it to say no memory of an encounter by far and away exceeds a "bad experience" memory. Barring some traumatic event, I suppose, that needed to be blocked entirely, (grin, wink) and I'm 100% certain the my stay was not of that nature (full on smile). I can only guess, but it (the stay) must have been completely uneventful leaving me with nothing to really lock onto. It maybe that I'd been on the road for neigh unto a month and had visited several other BW facilities before yours, that may have created the blur. Again, I apologize for not being able to give a specific complement unless you consider "no news" to be "good news".

Hotel stay exceeded our expectations for motor lodge type of hotel. Good location, near restaurants. Very clean and quiet room on the second floor. Breakfast was very good. Courteous staff.

Nothing fancy but clean. Friendly staff. Ground floor rooms you enter from the outside. Plug ins for vehicles for in the winter time.

Dated but clean and comfortable. Upon arrival to my room I had a personalized greeting. Showing they took the time to make us feel welcome :)

The property looks very nice and well maintained. The check is was smooth and fresh cookies are provided. The room was clean, moderned and exactly what we expected. Breakfast was nicely done with many options both cold and warm. I will stay there again.

These people were so kind to us. We had a huge mishap, drove from Spokane to Miles City. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning and they let us sleep in late. Thanks so very much. This little family needed the extra couple hours.

Natives staying at a place called war bonnet should be offensive but the staff was amazing and they took us in at 1am and let us check out late. A family emergency had us traveling un planned and this Best Western saved us as we're were too tired to continue.

This place is honestly going down. There is a big difference from two years ago to date. Step up your game. You're being left behind.

This hotel has a perfect price and a pretty clean room. Not many complaints.

This Best Western front desk tried to charge me 40 bucks above list price. Didn't even want to match the program rate till I threatened to call customer service line. Room is clean, beds are good. Breakfast is a C plus. Parkijng lot is tiny. No trailers or RVs will fit. Located right next to main road, noisy.

This hotel is a good place to stay. Priced right and even has complimentary soups or chili for supper. We've stayed twice and enjoyed our stay both times.

Good spot for traveler with decent breakfast and soup and cookies for check in supper. Room was clean but dated and the heater is noisy as usual. Outside our door the sidewalk really needed cleaning.

Check in time was longer than anticipated due to rate issue discount, it was resolved. The king bed was too hard, did not sleep well. A pillow top would help. Overall everything else was good.

Found hair in my bathtub a lot of it and it wasn't mine as I hadn't used it yet. My top sheet on my bed was on top of the blanket! Who does that? Not very clean. Needs some TCL. Wouldn't stay there again.

This was an excellent value for our family of 5. The suite slept 6 and was very reasonably priced and included a separate bedroom. It was HUGE. The breakfast was wonderful, complete with many good choices and the sitting area was large enough so it wasn't frantic. The hotel even offered cookies and soup at 4pm but we arrived late so missed that bonus. Over all it was an excellent value, clean and comfortable.

The best thing I can say about this motel is that our room was reasonably clean. Other than that, we encountered several problems: an uncomfortable bed, curtains that did not block the morning light, a broken exercise bike, an ant infestation in our relatives' room, and a mix-up at check-in. We also came back for our 2nd night there around 5 pm and the room had not been serviced. This motel is not up to Best Western standards.

A good spot if you can get a good rate, the exterior and bathrooms were dated but the amenities were all upgraded. It could use more insulation — light sleepers definitely need the top floor! Staff was super friendly, and they had both breakfast and light supper which is great. Also toiletries on hand in case you forget! Wifi was good and strong, always important nowadays!

The office staff were extremely helpful and very "nice. " The room, while dated was clean and it had a really great shower head, comparable to our rain showerhead at home. It was quieter than I anticipated so that was a plus. Soup and cookies were available in the evening and the breakfast was good albeit "motel breakfast fare. "

You may be off put by the exterior, and the immediate area isn't bursting with beauty, but don't let that fool you. It's very conveniently located, the town is really cute if you take the time to look, theres a cool art installation 9 miles east on the west bound 94, The interior is everything you want, and the staff here is INCREDIBLE. Good food walking distance, too. My 3 year old and I enjoyed our overnight in Miles city.

We stayed here and were very pleased. Loved the hot soup and cookies in the evening, perfect little dinner at end of the day! Bed comfortable, room were clean and staff really nice. I would recommend it!

Room was clean, and resonant priced. Beds were comfortable. Pool was the perfect temp, and hot tub was great. Will stay thier again as it is the best motel when you compare price to quality, clenliness, and amenities.

Top notch — room was clean and excellent, waiting for us to step in. Staff was veyr helpful. While we had to stay in other hotels, due to Best Western not being at the location, we were MOST happy to be back in a Best Western. Fantastic breakfast! jk.

We had a very enjoyable stay while on a road trip. We had a suite and it was very clean, spacious and well appointed. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and breakfast. It is very convenient to the highway. The only complaint I can think of is the parking lot could be a little bigger, but we would definitely stay here again.

Looks like it was recently up grade to avoid the feel of the "motor inn" feel. However they really fell short in a couple areas. The worst bed I have ever slept in. I peeled back the sheet and I found out why. They have bought the worst cheapest mattress possible. The kind one might see in a jail house, the black and white strips and visible springs. The second is not as vital but still missed during the renos. The bathroom plumbing fixture are still of the "motor inn " selection.

It was a great stay and we really liked the room (clean and newly remodeled). It was quiet and the lady at the front office was friendly, honest and speedy. We liked our stay and will be back.
