This was by far one of the best customer service experience we have had. The manager and staff went over and above for us. We were able to check in early, cancel a non-refundable reservation (our mistake) the room was very and clean. Overall great staff and stay.

Good central location and great price. Free hot breakfast too!

The staff from beginning to check out was very good. Made to order breakfast, outstanding. Hot tub is just that, hot and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. The only challenge depends on time of arrival and departure, the entrance/exit are on one way streets and next to highway 12. Will we stay there again, yes.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was nice and clean although it had a funky smell, but not too bad. The workout room was tiny. I got a meal voucher for breakfast that said it would not be replaced if I lost it. I could order eggs (1 or 2), pancakes (1 or 2), hash browns, toast (1 slice), bacon, and/or sausage links. The food was then prepared by a cook, with the exception of the bacon the food was good. There was also oatmeal, yogurt, waffles and done other breakfast food available.

My favorite hotel in Helena I love the free breakfast in the morning cook to order rooms of always been nice and clean the staff is friendly and helpful.

Air conditioners don't work most of the time. Fitness room is out of date. Cable TV is ancient, and mattresses could be upgraded too. Wish they would invest in the place. People working there are great!

Very nice rooms, but I found a week old quarter pounder underneath my bed. (Packaged)

It's a motel. One cook ehh the other just fine. I would give 4 starts but I want my reviews I care about to have more value and this is a fancy motel basically. You get what you pay for no more no less.

The staff here is amazing! We had accidentally booked our stay for a Friday instead of the intended Saturday on a 3rd party website. While initially we were told we had to talk to the third party about the mix up, Mr Goodman the manager decided to refund the amount and charged us the same rate for our current stay. We are very thankfull for their hospitality! Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable, pretty good Wi-Fi as well. Thank You!

The staff was super friendly and breakfast was awesome. One thing was our pillows weren't the greatest of quality. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great hotel just off the interstate. Hot breakfast was made to order and was very good. Close to gas station and grocery store.

The staff was friendly and the room impeccably clean both times I was there. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't completely soundproof so I can hear the TV in the adjacent room or louder motorcycles on the road. The breakfast was really delicious, so I'd highly recommend this hotel.

It was easy to get to, right off the highway. There was a hot tub and fitness room. We had two queen rooms that were pretty good. We also go breakfast by the chef there for free and it was delicious.

My room was so clean I was impressed. After having to book a room, because we had to move from another hotel due to a dirty room. This was so great. I would recommend anyone looking for a clean room, friendly service and a great breakfast! Management is so friendly and awesome as well! This is great place all around!

There is decent Wi-Fi (for a hotel), a hot tub and the free breakfast includes eggs and bacon. There is an Albertson's, McDonald's and Wendy's across the street.

I was there for a work meeting front desk was helpful and showed me where to go and the housekeepers were friendly and smiled when I walked by. Conference room was clean and neat.

Pleasant. There is a full breaskfast with eggs cooked to order. It is right across the street from Albertson's and near the interstate.

The decor was fairly modern and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in town for a conference and the only bar within walking distance closed at 10, so I had to spend part of my evening in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work. Also, the TV was set at the wrong aspect ratio, so the reality stars on the basic cable package looked even fatter than they actually were. Good thing I brought a book (as if I'm ever without one. ) Would have been a great room if I didn't have to spend much time in it.

This is a very nice hotel at a great price. The staff is professional and friendly. The lobby, breakfast area, spa area and rooms are all nicely updated. The room was large and very clean with a good hot shower. There were snacks and coffee available 24/7 and you could choose a quick continental or a made to order breakfast. I was glad there was on site laundry as I wanted to get my wash done before heading to the National Parks. We have traveled across the country from the East and this is the nicest hotel.

No pool no sauna but has a hot tub. Smells all through out the hotel like smoke.

Kudos to the folks at the Helena Days Inn for returning the toothbrush charger that I left behind during my most recent visit! New chargers are expensive and hard to find — so their good service was doubly appreciated. Always enjoy my stay there — the breakfast is very good and the service friendly! They are currently remodeling — hence the "very good" ratings instead of "excellent" in those categories.
