Very polite front desk staff. Rooms are very comfy.

Stayed the night my SUV parked rite confront of the door and camera pointing at my SUV got broken into the management was not helpful at all said their security cameras are 14 years old I asked it they sent the video to the police. They said no their was nothing there when I asked to see video they refused. I dont think they even work.

Very cozy. Lots of pillows, soft beds, ok TV channel line up. There's a Chilli's and Pizza Hut access the street that you can walk to. And I was pleased to find out that both Uber and Lift are available in town.

Very nice, like almost all Hampton Inn’s. Bummer it was the 4th, almost all restaurants closed.

Very nice and clean. I was there attending a meeting and am a nursing mother. When I went and asked the ladies at the front desk if there was a place a could pump, they went above and beyond to find me a clean, comfortable, and private place to go. The lunch they provided was also good.

Lovely hotel. Nice pool. Ample parking. Near lots of food and shopping. Easy to access also.

This was our 3rd hotel in 4 days. The first two couldn’t care less about our stay or whether we were comfortable or getting what we were paying for. Those were the Comfort Inn on Market Place Drive and The Crystal Inn. We loved our stay at Hampton Inn and will be back! The people are friendly, accommodating and quick to answer questions or help with issues. The only issue we had was a broken flush handle on the toilet and it was fixed by the end of our 1st day! Thank you! The facilities are beautiful and there’s even a community of prairie dogs living out behind the pool/breakfast area!

This is the this is simply the best Hampton Inn Great Falls. I really enjoyed the breakfast here. I thought it was kind of tacky how they recycled the stickers from the true hotels. You know the hipster cheap hotels that they're trying to market to the kids or you don't get a swimming pool or hot tub but akasha few bucks less. The food seems to be about the same. The bed was good. The housekeeping was good. It was nice and clean.

Handicapped room has short toilet and really narrow room. Front desk were not the nicest.

I would never stay here again. Hot tub had some kind of slim floating in it and the pool had hair everywhere. My friends room was only cleaned where he requested it. Desk staff (young girl) rolled her eyes when asked why. Manager was no where to be found and my friend was told no one there could fix the problem or discount his stay. He is an Elite member of the Hampton Inn and was treated rudely. I would not stay there again. The Lady that set up the breakfast room was very nice and the food areas were clean and well kept up. Only nice thing about this stay.

We were given a room with an adjoining door — why, I don't know — it wasn't a busy night. We had noisey neighbours, the door didn't stop any noise. Outside the bedroom window was a generator — for what, I don't know. We had to ask to be moved room, which when you have already moved in is a pain. When we complained/raised the issues, there was no response. How rude is that. When I emailed the issues to customer care, there was no reply either. So much for customer care — I won't use Hampton Inn again, there is plenty of better competion out there at lower prices too.

We are fulI Hilton Honnors members and have stayed all over the country. We Can not believe this was a Hampton Inn. Rooms not cleaned, beds not changed until I personally removed all bedding and place in the bathroom. No Management on premises to hear a complaint. The young lady at the counter choose to roll her eyes instead of helping to resolve the complaint. I will say the girl that was in the breakfast room was very nice and kept the area cleaner than the room we stayed in. We expect fill compensation for these issues.

My favorite hotel in Great Falls. Great rooms, wonderful breakfast, and kind staff.

The elevators sound like they are going to fail! I thought I was going to be trapped inside every time I used them. The rooms were nice. Beds are not very comfy. Seemed like old mattresses.

We had a terrible night. Air conditioning seemed to be on all night. We changed beds hoping to get away from draft, did not help. Then at 5 :30 furnace started screeching like crazy. Thankfully it did quit after a few minutes. Otherwise the hotel is great, nice and clean.

Standard Hampton Inn. Nice that the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours for adults. Close to airport with free shuttle available.

I just finished a continuing education course here. The hotel made a good venue.

The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful, especially with my kids. They really enjoyed getting coloring postcards and crayons.

Plenty of parking, large and comfortable back patio. Really cozy bed with great pillos. However, the TV has a poorly designed channel guide. So finding something on TV means surfing one channel at a time.

Beautiful hotel, just renovated. In fact they are still not quite finished so there were a few things not working. No ice machine on the main floor for now but they would get you ice. Lovely breakfast. Like that it started at 6:30 for early travellers. Some the staff were super friendly and helpful, others not so much. Great location. Pizza hut right across the street will deliver until midnight.

Absolutely hands down a great place to stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved our stay there.

My stay was excellent. 4th floor looked brand new, room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh in the AM, nice area to sit and start morning. Nice indoor pool, saw some kids having fun while I was checking in. Its under renovation, but will be that much nicer. I'd drive 100 out of my way to stay here. I drive about 6k per month and average about 5 nights per month at Hilton hotels. I'm people who care operate this establishment.

Pros: Check in was great, room was clean, large tub, quiet, hot showers, nice bed. Cons: thin/small pillows, stained carpet, coffee maker only good for one cup, tub water temp was hard to control, poor Wi-Fi.

ERCK Hotel group is always on top of their game! From Rubys in Missoula, to Hampton Inn Great Falls, to Homewood Suites in billings they always treat me proper!

A decent hotel to stay at if you're in the area. Friendly staff, clean nice room, and good parking.

Our second floor view was the back of the small connected building and a large filthy sheet sitting in a portion of the roof between the buildings. We asked the staff to at least remove it. We were ignored. As a member we're entitled to free soda. They were reluctant to give it to us claiming because it was warm. Paper thin walls. Room next to the stairs. Dark and depressing. Worried someone on the roof could get in the window. Claimed all rooms with two queens have connecting doors. Won't be back.

Theres a very comfortable lounge with tv, leather chairs. Pleasant staff.

Other than being assigned a non-smoking room on a floor predominantly with smoking rooms, the stay was good.

One of the best Hampton Inn's I've been to.

I have stayed at the Hampton for years. It is perfect and I know what to expect every time. Staff is professional yet friendly. Clean an comfortable.

Picked because it was pet friendly (nice area out back to run dog). Stayed two nights and was clean but on night two we found a conduit cap between the sheets of the bed. Other notables… room had no plug for tub and tough to control temperature. Husbands fav was coffee in room.

Mt room was infested with bed bugs.
