We opened the refrigerator and the smell of sour milk nearly made me sick. Needless to say we couldn't use it. Breakfast was good though.

Clean comfortable hotel to stay. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was good to start the day.

Comfort inn is never disappointing. Clean & cozy. Relaxing hot tub and pool. Breakfast has a lot to choose from.

Nice rooms and the hotel is right next to food and gas.

Honestly the room I don't think is worth the price some of the newer hotels charge, which it was the same. The room showed its age but was clean. I give this 5 stars though for the service and friendliness of the staff. The young woman at the front desk, not sure her name was super helpful and courteous. I honestly don't think I've ever had a better hotel experience. She was there late and even back early the next morning. This hotel would do well to keep her around! Also the breakfast was a great selection. Thank you for a good stay!

Rooms were ok. They need a little TLC cosmetically. My room was unlocked when I went to access for the first time. Cottonwood trees were not ideal.

Everything was great. Breakfast choices good. Only complaint, bed was a little hard. Going back again, will see if next one is same way.

Got here the evening of the 20th and the gentleman at the front desk gave me a nice room with a jacuzzi tub after I asked about it, having had one at another comfort inn in the past. Room was very clean and very comfortable.

Nice employees, nice warm pool, good pool hours, clean rooms, close to eateries, feels safe. Good price.

My dog locked us out of our car and the woman at the front desk had her husband make us a spare AND my 1 year old is lactose intolerant and the store was far away (and we were locked out) so an employee who happened to live across the way, ran home and got almond milk! Everyone was SO helpful and friendly.

Was only here for a family get together considering the size of Glendive its a pretty decent establishment.

Great hotel! Recently remodeled, nice/friendly staff, and an extensive and variant breakfast. Room was amazing. A friend and I stayed here on our way home to Minnesota from Glacier NP — checked in at 1:45am and there were no issues with that!

This hotel was a clean, comfortable, and had friendly employees. The pool area was also relaxing. Breakfast, was the normal offerings and was kept tended. Location was easy to find off the freeway.

Awesome place! We loved the water slide and omg the rooms are amazing!

We stayed here for a night and enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and everyone was so nice. Penny at the front desk went out of her way to help us — she is so sweet! All staff is friendly and welcomed us to town. The pool and hot tub area were great for kids and adults. A great place!

Perfect hotel for my family of four while driving through MT. Pool and hot tub working. Hotel, pool, and rooms very clean and smoke free! Nicely updated with new furniture in spacious rooms. Coffee/hot cocoa/infused water at entrance, and friendly front desk staff. Located right off interstate, quiet, and next to a few local restaurants. No need to stay at holiday inn across street for more money. Wish room was slightly cheaper, we paid $99 for 2 dbl beds. Perfect stay with free breakfast. Will stay here again.

There king suites are fire hazards, you will have to block the front door of your room to use the sofa bed. Went to front desk to ask for an extra blanket and was told "we actually don't have any" which tells you, chances are they do not clean them. Spend 20.00 more and stay and the Holiday Inn express across the street!

Rooms were updated recently to include more modern furnishings and decor. A few drawbacks were that the pool was out of order when we visited and there is no elevator in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of hot food. Excelent value for the price I paid, would recommend.

We stay at Comfort Inn several nights a week. They are a great value for us.

This hotel is well laid out with nice rooms. I wasn't expecting much considering it's Comfort Inn, but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. My only critique would be the chairs next to the bed for watching TV. Not the most comfortable chairs out there.

Bed was comfy, stains on bedspread were kind of gross, dirt in corners on carpet.

I had a difficult time with this hotel. I had got double charged for my one night stay, and then when I finally got a hold of a manager, she was very rude! She refunded me the amount that got double charged and then right after our phone call, I checked my account and another charge was made to hotel, and it was all I had left in my account. I then called back and spoke to Anne the manager and she was again very rude and told me, "I do not know what that charge was for. " I explained I have called my bank and have verified that it indeed was being charged. She then told me, "I don't know what to tell you. " Again, that was all the money I had in my account. The next day I recieved a call from Anne, saying that she figured it out and my card just kept getting charged, and she did not know why. I got my bank and her on a 3-way call, to get the charge dropped off my account and Comfort Inn, then could not give my bank all the information they needed to have the charge dropped right away. I now have to wait days, til both get refunded to my account, meanwhile I have $0.00 in my account. I have never had worse customer service, anywhere. I could not believe that I was speaking with a manager of this hotel. Needless to say, be aware of the your charges with this hotel.

Great customer service, decent pool, and great complementary breakfast.

Nicely appointed rooms, clean and organized. Did not eat breakfast there because we had already chosen another place to eat. South entry door did not work which caused some inconvenience.

Small snafu at check-in that was finally resolved. Nice sized room and very clean. Hot tub at hotel has been out of order for a long time, no elevator, average breakfast with no plain waffles and gross hockey puck egg looking things. At least they had biscuits and gravy. When they are fully booked they need to plan ahead for more desk staff across the 4-8 pm hours and plan ahead do they don't run out of breakfast items, not everyone likes blueberry or cinnamon waffles, I would have had a plain one if they'd had them. All in all adequate for the price, and the daytime manager was interested in hearing my saga from the night before… teachable moments for her and her staff.

Pretty nice place. The pool is plenty warm and clean. The hot tub was broken up fortunately but they recently had crazy stop that knocked out all kinds of services. AC unit worked awesome in room but the shower was a tiny bit cold and the water pressure was pathetic. Continental breakfast was pretty dang good. And the staff was very friendly. Price was awesome for how nice the place was. Room was spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable… Will be stopping on the way back from my trip with pleasure.

Beds decent, decent price, but one downside Wi-Fi keeps cutting out every 3-5mins.

Don't call with q southern accent! Called, was told no vacancies. Called back a few minutes later with a Northern voice, and they have plenty of rooms available. $89 discounted rate on Christmas Eve.
