Comfortable king size bed and nice rooms! Outdoor hot tub so you can have snow fall on your head! Recommend they have it open 24 hours a day! Breakfast too!

Beautiful lobby, good breakfast choices, comfy bed and Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful to us with directions and suggestions. The only thing we didn’t like was the room was extremely dry.

Hotel offers great accommodations including pool and large hot tub. Extra points for having Kleenex in the bathroom! Cozy hotel and great location for Whitefish, Kalispell, Glacier Park visitors!

Always our go-to lodging when we're in their area! Very clean, bright, and updated. The staff is professional and accommodating, the beds and rooms are comfortable and quiet. Lighting and shower is excellent. Beautiful decor with pool and fitness area. The breakfast is outstanding with attentive servers. Wonderful, friendly, clean!

I was looking for a hotel to stay at for two nights and all my research landed on Best Western. To start off, the breakfast was fantastic and room service did a really good job of keeping it clean. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with no weird discoloration or peeling paint. This hotel is well-maintained and I will definitely stay again.

Great location 30 mins from one of the Glacier entrances. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is environmentally conscious, which is a big perk for me. There's also plenty of cute little downtown areas in the surrounding towns. I definitely plan to return to this location.

The hotel stay was great. We had a clean room and a nice breakfast. There is a shuttle that can take you to the downtown area. It is closed to the lake and some nice hiking trails. The staff is super nice and helpful.

I've stayed at Best Westerns before so I skeptical about this one before arriving. However, I pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They all know the area very well and are very helpful when it comes to finding activities to do if you haven't planned anything. Our room was comfortable and big enough not to feel crowded. The bed was much more comfortable than I had expected as well. :-) The stay included a continental breakfast which also includes a hot meal — — eggs and a meat side, typically. The waffle maker was pretty popular. In the afternoons, you can walk by the front desk and grab a cookie. They have coffee available all day (and pretty late into the evening) as well. The location is about a mile south of downtown Whitefish which is convenient if you have a car. The hotel has free parking as well as a shuttle that will run you back and forth to downtown if you need a lift. Once you're done with all of your Glacier National Park activities, you can relax in the heated pool or recover in the hot tub.

This is a fantastic hotel. It was in a very convenient location to all of the places we visited. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. We are looking forward to coming back soon and we will be staying here for sure.

I had a great stay here! My room was clean and comfortable. However, it was the helpful and friendly staff that took things up a notch from good to great. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Whitefish!

Our new go to place for lodging in Whitefish! Accommodating staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. We have stayed in several locations in the Whitefish area when traveling from the Pacific northwest and have found that The Rocky Mountain Lodge is not only the most accomdating and most comfortable, it is also affordably priced for an extended stay.

My stay here has been stupendous! Friendly and very helpful staff. They recommended hikes, free rental bikes, kayaks and Tes who makes the breakfast was encouraging about what to do around here. Rooms and run service has been clean and comfortable during my week stay. I'd love to return and highly recommend this Best Western. Thank you!

The Rocky Mountain Lodge in Whitefish is great. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the staff outstanding and the breakfast nicely presented! I recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very pleasant stay while heading north on our "snowbird migration". Great value, very pleasant and helpful staff. Appreciate the breakfast and internet. I would definitely stay here again.

We were pleased with our choice. We were here for a family emergency, so were not looking for resort facilities. This hotel is clean, the staff professional and caring. Internet excellent. Rooms specious and comfortable. Recommend.

I stayed here for my last snowboard trip in Feb 2018 at White Fish. Excellent service all the way around and the rooms are very comfortable. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Love this hotel. Van service is excellent to/from Airport, Amtrak and downtown. The employees are very nice and go out of their way to make you feel at "home". Looking forward to another visit sometime in the future!

I love this hotel because the staff and management are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This hotel had a very homey feel to it. They not only allow pets but seem to truly enjoy a visit from us and our dog. Wonderful hotel.

An excellent place to stay. Very friendly, outgoing, and cheerful staff always available to accommodate any requests. A very modern, welcoming place to stay. Close to all amenities, very accessible, with spacious parking. Facility was very clean including the outdoor pool. Breakfast and coffee was always hot and fresh. Excellent value. Very certain I will stay here on my next visit.

Loved the hotel, so pretty at Christmas, and our room was very clean and comfy. It’s rare to find a hotel where every staff member is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful — this is a great staff. No complaints at all. Five stars!

This hotel was great for our ski vacay. Although we prefer one bedroom suites when traveling with our children, the large king room worked well with the cot and extra mattress. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We have gone to Whitefish numerous times and have stayed at the Rocky Mountain lodge almost every time. The staff are friendly and curteous, amenities great and the location is perfect. I would recommend this hotel highly.

This was my base while exploring Glacier NP. The pictures in the lobby are outstanding. Complimentary breakfast is second to none. The Safeway is a short walk down the street. Walking through town or down by the river is an added treat.

Wonderful hotel and accommodations. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I am gluten free and they had gluten free bread for toast. The front desk was great, the breakfast was great, the room was great. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again. Highly recommend this motel.

Beautiful lobby space in this hotel! The free shuttle to and from the airport is a really great perk! The front desk was helpful and let us borrow bear spray for our hike to Glacier National Park. The breakfast was good and it changed each day. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable! My husband and I will come back again!

This is a lovely hotel and the staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely pet friendly! The breakfast has many selections including gluten-free items on request. It is a bit of a walk to town; however, you can drive the mile to town since there is parking available. There was a little bit of noise from the second floor but overall a perfect location near Glacier National Park.

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed! The staff was so friendly, asking every day what we done, and if we had a good time, if we needed anything. The cleaning staff was amazing, my pillow that I brought accidentally got taken when they changed the sheets so we asked them if they found it to let us know and the next morning there it was on the bed. Brie was super sweet and so was her dog. The breakfast was the best I have ever had, great variety! Great place overall and I will definitely be staying there when I return summer 2018.

Nice place to stay. The property is well-maintained and staff was friendly. Can't comment on the pool as I didn't have a chance to use it. The breakfast was much better than most included "continental" breakfasts. Price for this type of hotel was really high though. If there weren't four of us to share the cost, we probably would have looked elsewhere.

I have found these hotel to be clean, comfortable and friendly. In the past I always choose Holiday Inn Express now Best Western has become my favorite for my frequent trips. I have already booked 2 more for my trip to the east coast. The breakfast was well above average and the all day coffee in the lobby was great as well as the cookies. Oh yes the guest laundry was free. We had a great 3 day stay. Thanks Best Western.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming, kind and had a good sense of humor. Our room was very comfortable, clean, roomy and perfect for our multi day visit. We enjoyed the pool, spa and morning breakfast. I highly recommend this lodge for a comfortable stay.

Spectacular value. This feels like a HOTEL — and NOT a motel. The accommodations and amenities are wonderful. Most important, the rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are fabulous. Free ample breakfast included. Service and attitude of staff are a fantastic plus vs. What I am used to at similar mid-priced properties. Three star hotel with five star treatment and cleanliness. Will absolutely stay here again. ZERO complaints, everyone on staff incredibly helpful and super friendly. Late check-out for no extra charge is a plus on an availability basis — but only if you let them know on the day of your departure, not before, subject to census / occupancy status at this property, which changes daily. (We stayed June 22-23, 2017. ) Sidebar note — this property is a Best Western — but is operated by the Delaware North hospitality group — which stresses service-service-service and is better known for its first class properties around the world. Last month stayed at the upscale Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite for $$$ and was not disappointed. This property in Whitefish has daily rates that are a fraction of those at a four-star hotel. We paid under $200 a night but a good portion of that was padded by hotel taxes over which it has no control. This rate is by no means cheap but I stress again — what we got was a great value.

If you're in Whitefish, this is the place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Ms. Brie and the breakfast. Room was large and roomy with tasteful furnishings and very comfy beds. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend this place.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best service I have ever recieived and I have stayed in hotels of over $600 per night.

We were there to visit friends who were fuests. The lodge is very clean and homey. The front desk clerk was exceptionally welcoming and very helpful.

The short experience we had there was pleasant. The staff was great and the place was beautiful. The rooms were above average but the beds were awfully stiff. The main lights in the room provided very little light, but the lamps helped. The bathroom was great, sort of cramped, but there wasn't a fan in it. The soaps smelled great. The free breakfast was exactly what we paid for, but it was still nice to have.

Rooms are clean. Wifi is decent. Breakfast is ok. Cable works. No complaints. Tons of mint chocolates!

Stayed 1 Night there when we were in town for a bachelor party. Rooms were clean, and service was good. Had a great experience and would stay there again if I came through Whitefish. It was a bit far away from the downtown shopping area, but they had a free shuttle which makes it very convenient.

I have 1 thing to say "PHENOMENAL"= Kim Freeman front desk manager. My wife and I stayed 3 days here. We were taken care of as soon as we walked in the front door. My wife and I have never met a more friendly, out going person ever. We left a credit card down in Lakeside on our way to hotel that we used to book our room with. Kim went out of her way to go pick it up for us do to the fact we had our day planned and she didn't want us to cancel and it was there for us at the front desk on our return. We also had a day planned to go to glacier park for the whole day and Kim asked us if we had back packs to take we didn't and she offered to go to her house and get her own personal packs for us to use, We will not stay anywhere but here-the rooms are clean, awesome friendly staff, great breakfast. If only ALL Best Westerns had a Kim Freeman Managing their Front desk. :) Thanks Again KIM!

Super gut Swimmingpool super.

Considered to be even more attractive for the following three reasons: the excellent cuisine the tremendous staff and the rich surroundings. Prepared for the temptation? from james michael and vivianne chapeskie.

Just flew out to Whitefish for a meeting. I had to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and these guys were on top of it. Then I had to get a shuttle to a different hotel in the morning and they were on top of it again. THEN, after my meeting, I was somewhat stranded there and had to get to the airport, well I decided to call back the Best Western and told them what was going on and the same driver, Mike, came over right away, picked me up and drove me to the airport, something they never ever do, but for some reason they did for me. The hotel my meeting at, Lodge at Whitefish, at some of the worst service I've been a part of, but that's a different story. Mike from Best Western truly saved my day and I'm forever grateful. The hotel as a whole had great service, great breakfast and very clean rooms, not to mention a lot cheaper in price. Thanks again Mike, I appreciate it and hope you see this.

We booked a section of rooms here for our wedding in Whitefish, having only seen the outside of the hotel. Even before staying there, there was MAJOR confusion with the front desk staff about our reservations. Everytime we talked to someone different we received a different answer. The rooms were nice and a good size, but when we got to our room after our wedding (our honeymoon suite) there were crumbs in the bed from the kids that had eaten breakfast there the morning before. I also wouldn't recommend taking the elevator, as I was stuck in it for 45 minutes and had to have the fire department come rescue me on the wedding night, and instead of an apology from the night manager our party was YELLED at in the lobby. Terrible service! It's a good thing the price was affordable, and the group sales rep, Mary, was so great to work with.
