Reviews of Circle R Motel
My husband made reservations for 2 rooms for tonight and tomorrow night. He even called a few days ago to double check the reservation. He was given a confirmation number. Upon arriving, we were told we only had 1 room. They had overbooked and our other room had been given away. I asked if they thought we were not coming and if the other couple was already in the room. The manager said that they were not there yet but they were on their way. I told him that we were here and we have a confirmation number. He responded that the CONFIRMATION NUMBER MEANS NOTHING and the other couple is staying 5 nights. Then he told my husband that he had called and cancelled the room. That’s when, in his native language, I expressed my dissatisfaction.
