This B&B is so well thought out. I love that it is so closely located in beautiful downtown Bozeman. You can walk to really nice restaurants and shopping. The breakfast that is provided in the morning is very nice! We hope to stay here again.

I stayed at the Lindley House this summer for a much needed get away and it was exactly what I needed. Restful, withing walking distance of downtown, and provided with everything I would need for a nice getaway. I will definitely stay again.

My husband and I had an awesome experience, Allison and Tammy are wonderful. Great location, beautifully decorated and they make you feel so welcomed!

We had a wonderful overnight at the Lindley House, a stay that felt way more like a little vacation than just a quick getaway from Missoula. This B&B, located in a really lovely, historic part of downtown, just off the main streets, was both elegant and welcoming. The Victorian home that's been redone at the level of "transformed" mixes vintage with a very updated feel. The rooms are spare and feel decoratively cool and European with their motif of gray and white and black throughout. Our host, Alison Udall, who actually lives at the B&B with her husband and youngest daughter, is warm and delightful and consistently welcoming. After a great dinner mere blocks away at Blackbird Kitchen, we had a great night's sleep in our quiet though full-house surroundings and woke to a sumptuous continental breakfast with our fellow guests. This was the best part of our stay, this time getting to know Alison — who it was clear really flourishes in these mornings she creates — and the neat couples we got to interact with, one from England, another taking a son to college. Check-out is an easy 11:00 am. I so look forward to sending others here. We will be back, for sure!

Stayed here twice at the beginning of our trip to see Yellowstone and again at the end. Beautiful historic house that has received an excellent modern remodel inside, everything very well done. It's a short walk to all that downtown Bozeman has to offer. I will be back to spend more time in Bozeman and I will be staying at The Lindley House.

My wife and I stayed at the Lindley House for three days when we were in town for a family wedding. It is nicely decorated, very clean, and the owners are very nice and friendly. It was nice to stay at a B&B that was nicely decorated and not cluttered with cutesy junk and lace like so many B&Bs seem to be. It was an easy walk to downtown restaurants and the bed was comfortable. We will try to stay there again when our travels take us to Bozeman.

This is truly a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The owners are so kind and welcoming. The rooms and common areas have been remodeled to perfection. This place is so clean and comfortable you almost never want to leave! The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the breakfast provided has many choices and is just perfect. What a fantastic place! In the heart of Bozeman, beautiful building, flower garden, deck, But most of all Allison the proprietor of this establishment is just great! The beds are soft and comfy, impeccably clean in every area, they truly take pride in their BnB! I’d recommend this place to everyone—couldn’t be more pleased.

The Lindley House was a B&B first-experience for both of us. Wonderfully renovated, awesome building. Two blocks from downtown. Rooms were great. We stayed in the Madison room. Check out the book they built documenting the renovation. Continental breakfast filled us up nicely. We'll be back next time we're in Bozeman.

I was in town for a high school reunion trip and stayed at The Lindley House for one night. It is an adorable B&B and the location is ideal. The Jefferson Room was lovely, especially with the claw foot tub and the world's comfiest bed. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and getting to know the owner Alison over breakfast was a really nice way to end my weekend away in Bozeman. The Lindley House was the perfect place for me to end the weekend and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bozeman — you won't want to leave!

Our room was very small — not even room for a chair. Wi-Fi touted throughout the beautiful, old Victorian house, but no place to sit and use the computer in our room which was 1st floor just off breakfast room. Open door to room made whoever is inside visible to whoever is in the breakfast room. Breakfast not a hot meal — unusual for a B & B. For the $120. + cost per night, I expected more. Inside the house (see photos) the old ambiance has been stripped away to gray, white & brick interior. Clean and trim, but the charm” is gone. Would not book here again.

The house is conveniently located close to all the action, but on a nice quiet street. The hosts are lovely, and exhibited a beautiful balance between accommodating our needs and respecting our space. Our room was clean and comfortable, very tastefully decorated and filled with all the amenities one could need. Breakfast was continental, but ample and tasty. The setup allowed for some nice flexibility to eat when it was convenient for us. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Cute B&B that is walking distance to the city and its many restaurants. We got the attic room and it is huge with great views. The water in the shower never got really warm though : (

We loved everything about the Lindley House! The home is about a block and a half from downtown and about a mile from Montana State. We were able to stay at this convenient location and tour the school and bop over to downtown without renting a car! We just took a taxi to/from the airport. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess was very accomodating. I let her know one of our family members was vegan and she made sure that breakfast always included soy milk with clearly marked vegan granola and dairy free yogurt with fresh fruit. My husband raved about the daily quiches. The house is decorated beautifully and the neighborhood itself is lots of beautifully restored old homes. We felt very safe there, The sidewalks were always cleared of snow. We loved our room as it was very large. Since we had two teens of different genders staying with us, having a room with a queen and two twin beds was ideal! Beautiful views from our window of the snow capped mountains.

Stayed for 3 days over new years. Tammy was a fantastic, wonderful, super friendly and knowledgeable host! Breakfast was on point, and Tammy even took the time to make everyone a good luck new years day dinner of pork & kraut! Very clean and quaint, minutes walk to food, drinks and shopping downtown. Exceptional place!

Our family stayed at the Lindley House over the Christmas Holiday and we were beyond impressed with the welcome and the accommodations. This house is amazingly comfortable (radiant heat in floors! ) and absolutely comfortable, from the beds to the couches. We stayed in the Bridger Suite and loved the little side tables next to the beds… what a great apartment! Breakfast was outstanding. Snickers, the family dog, was the cutest! We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was here — we'll never stay anywhere else in Bozeman!

Perfect stopover in Bozeman! Lovely hosts, gorgeous home, delightful breakfast. Walking distance to downtown and parks. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming place to stay! We’ll be back!

Very recently updated to include modern amenities while still maintaining the historical charm. Wonderful quality continental breakfast. Within easy walking distance of downtown Bozeman. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Lindley House! It’s nestled in a cute neighborhood, only a couple blocks from the downtown area making it very convenient for us to go out for drinks and dinner. The house is stunning and cozy… and so clean! Alison and her family are so welcoming, kind and considerate. I only wish we had more time to spend there!

Wonderful place right in the middle of downtown Bozeman. We stayed in the room on the very top. It was spectacular! Loved the decor and all the light!

We had a wonderful time at The Lindley House! Alison was warm, welcoming, and helpful without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet had many goodies to choose from and a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautiful. The rooms are relaxing, the beds are comfortable with luxurious linens, and the bathrooms are spacious. We have had the opportunity to travel extensively and this was one of the best B&B experiences we have had. We can highly recommend The Lindley House to anyone visiting Bozeman, MT.

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. It was obvious that it had been recently remodeled and furnished, and the owners had put lots of thought, effort, and love into the project. The owners were supper nice and we chatted over a lovely breakfast. The only reason I gave three stars was because we could hear absolutely everything from our room. We were on the first (main) floor so at night we could hear people walking around above us and in the morning we could hear every single word people were saying during breakfast (which was just on the other side of the wall), and people walking around outside on the sidewalk. The rooms and the people were all very nice, but I would really think about the noise part before staying there again. If you are a light sleeper this might not be your best option.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lindley House. Location is great, just a short walk to downtown with great restaurants and bars. The house was clean, other guests were very friendly, and there were great hosts. I would stay there again if I visited Bozeman.

We loved the Lindley House and would stay again when we are in Bozeman. We were in the Jefferson room but would recommend any and all of the rooms they have to offer. Great place, great people!

We had an awesome time for our one night stay at the Lindley House. Alison was a great host and her and and her husband Jordan have done an amazing job at the renovation of the house! The decor was so nice, the breakfast laid out by the time we woke up was incredible, and conversing with Alison as we ate and talked about our trip to Jackson later that day was wonderful. We stayed in the Gallatin room and it was so great! The house felt super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone either passing through Bozeman and needing a good nights rest or staying for a few days.

Incredible home! The renovations the new owners undertook look absolutely fantastic. Love the clawfoot tubs and balconies in the upstairs rooms. This would be an amazing place for a romantic getaway!

We stayed here 3 nights over the Christmas holidays, renting all 4 rooms for our family of 6. It was wonderful. The house is beautifully restored & decorated. It is a short walk to downtown, including numerous restaurants. The hosts Allison & Jordon were very helpful. They recommended a walk to a view overlooking the city, helped us find dinner for Christmas Eve, and even told us to call if we had any problems as we drove off to Yellowstone in a snowstorm. I would recommend the Lindley house and would stay there again.

The Lindley House is a beautiful, welcoming place. The historic home is wonderfully and thoughtfully restored; the rooms are large, beautifully appointed and clean as a whistle. Close to historic downtown Bozeman, shopping, dining (we had a short walk to an amazing Italian restaurant), and even hiking trails. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices. But best of all, the owners, Jordan and Allison made our stay there a real treat. Wonderful, welcoming people, who made us feel more like family than guests! In all honestly, this was our favorite B&B stay ever!
