Rooms have always been really clean every time we've stayed. Kids love the indoor pool. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Their continental breakfast is better than any other. Its a fun place for a little weekend getaway.

Stayed for 2 nights during fishing competition in Warsaw MO. Staff was very nice room was nice and clean. We had 8 in our party, and rented a loft room! It's awesome. 1 king bed downstairs and 2 full size upstairs, and fold out couch. It also had little kitchenette. Sink, microwave, little refridge. And some cabinets for storage of snacks etc. Whirlpool tub in bathroom also. Very nice room! Enjoyed our stay! Definitely will return!

Came into town for a funeral! The pool was down for the day we were there but it still was a great stay! We will be back down for sure and this is where we will stay!

Normally, I stay at another chain hotel, but there wasn't one around. This hotel rivaled that chain — cleanliness, service, up to date, better breakfast, great location. Definitely recommend.

Such a shame. We had hoped, based on other reviews that this would be a great place to stay. We checked early in the day, after driving over 8 hours straight expecting to stay two nights. After a lot of monkeying around we were assigned a room. We discovered these “worms” all through the room. Some alive, some dead. Went back up front and checked back out with a different attendant at the front who clearly is usually a housekeeper, she was very sweet and explained she needed to call a manager. The manager walked her through refunding the second night, but not the first. So at 2pm the same Tuesday we checked in we are charged for Tuesday night and still needed a hotel for Tuesday night. Worth the extra drive to stay where we ended up.

Very clean employees helpful and kind. Hot tub pool excellent breakfast. Spent 2 days there nice town good fishing or just relaxing. Will go back.

The employees were very rude!

This hotel was an absolute God send after my family had a house fire. Stayed 2 days longer than intended because of the homey feel. The staff is AMAZING! Kelly and Dana went above and beyond to make sure we had anything and everything we needed. The pool is awesome, the beds are clean and comfy. I will be back for sure.

They acussed me of smoking in room when that did not happen. 100 dolkars will never stay there again.

Love it here! My family has been staying in this hotel for years. Coming to Warsaw is a yearly trip to visit other family. The staff at Parkfield Inn recognize us and they are wonderful. We have never had a bad experience here. Absolutely love it!

I just had my second stay at Parkfield Inn (Warsaw) and I love this hotel! Kay is the nicest, sweetest person. All of the staff are wonderful and the location is so convenient. I had the two floor suite this time and it was so spacious and comfortable. When I first visited in June from St. Louis it was really nice, but I didnt explore the area too much. This time it made it nicer to explore and have my family with me. I can't wait to go again. Great rooms, great staff, great breakfast and amazing hot tub and pool!

Great accommodation! The room was great! Clean and well kept. Breakfast was always hot and the staff was always friendly! We traveled from Florida and stayed for 5 nights. Wish they had a restaurant but would stay again!

We are staying in the loft room. Very clean, comfortable, and nice. Very reasonably priced for the size and amount of sleeping space. The pool and hot tub also very nice. I really love this area. Beautiful Lake and fishing, swimming, and summer fun. Great Mexican Restaurant right next door also. I would highly recommend the Parkfield Inn to anyone. We will definitely return in the future.

Staying in their lofted room. Room is very large and spacious service is great cleaning service is superb. There continental breakfast is vast with lots of options always fresh and hot. Pool and hot tub are very clean and perfect temperature.

Very large clean rooms! I'm blown away impressed with the way the staff called us before it was anywhere near check in time to tell us our room was ready to check in, they knew we have a disabled child who had been travelling all day in a car and needed his medical treatments they were so thoughtful to allow us to check in early to care for our son. Very good kindhearted people! If there was a 10 star rating option I would absolutely not hesitate to rate this hotel as a 10!

If you pay cash, the older lady at the front desk will invent a reason to take your deposit, no matter what. She took our deposit because we had a diffuser in our room. The room had smelled disgusting and I am allergic to all the synthetic ingredients in commercial air freshener. I was also 8 months pregnant at the time and dealing with nausea. A diffuser is a small machine that releases a small amount of water vapor with 100% natural essences of plants. It in no way damages a room and is more harmless than the gallons of Lysol they spray to cover up the smoke smell and other nastiness. It would be like losing your deposit for using a small humidifier. This woman also harassed my husband for bringing a tray of food upstairs from the buffet for me when I wasn't well enough to go downstairs. She also treated us with complete disrespect upon checkout. We were running 15 minutes behind when checking out. We called before checkout time and my husband let her know that I was not feeling well and he was loading our truck by himself, just in case we ran a few minutes late (not a problem at holiday inn or any reputable hotel chain). Even though the hotel was empty, she said this was unacceptable and actually came upstairs to stand over us glowering the whole time as my husband took our bags down. Then she smelled the air and said it smelled like essential oils and that she was taking our $100 cash deposit.

Nice clean hotel, staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because of ther lack of "extras". They could use some fluffier towels and some little lotions, but I will stay again!

My 6 year old loved the loft suite. Breakfast in the morning was great, so many options.

Clean, large rooms. Quiet. Fair price. Well run. Good staff & we especially appreciated Kay. Keep up the good work.

Very family friendly place with a great indoor pool, the Parkfield made my holiday visit to my family's lake place quite pleasant. After opening gifts on Christmas Day and stuffing ourselves with Christmas dinner, I collected up the kids and took them to my hotel for the indoor swim. It was very chilly outside, and the three-year-old did say, "don't forget the sunscreen. " She's well trained with swimming protocol. We laughed pretty hard at that one.

This is our choice of place to stay in Warsaw! Clean rooms, great service, yummy breakfast (2” tall waffle)! Good pool and hot tub!

They were clean and comfortable. We stayed in handicapped room. The bed is too high ad I had hard time climbing into it. The shower was made for wheelchairs and worked perfectly for us. Enjoyed the excellent choice of channels on their TV's.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful staff, amazing hot tub and pool, spacious room in jacuzzi suits. The room was perfect and clean. We all slepted great. Only complaint/suggestion would be to put a step the goes into the jacuzzi. Its a long ways to the floor going in and out of it. Definitely will be back!

Stay here multiple times each year when visiting family. Great service. Clean rooms. Breakfast is always wonderful. Wish more places were like this.

We have stayed at this motel several times over the years and have always had excellent service. Rooms are clean and roomy and staff is very attentive. The free breakfast is great.

This hotel is awesome we brought 5 girls to have a birthday party sleepover an they let us use the dining area for the party portion! The staff was very nice and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending this place an stay here again!

Great loft rooms. They can sleep at least 7 people and for a reasonable price.

The rooms are very clean and well kept. The service is wonderful and all the employees are very kind and helpful.

Very clean, friendly staff and huge jacuzzi in the room! Loved it.
The only thing is we were on the very end on the bottom floor and we would get woke up from ppl using the stairs. Other than that, definitely coming back!

We stayed 2 nights this time and stayed a couple other times. Always very well taken care of pool is nice and rooms are well kept. With that being said we stayed two nights and when we checked in we told them we wanted to pay with cash instead of with our card the lady ran our card anyways so we were like no biggy if it went thru so after two whole days of being there we checked out and got a reciept and left we got an hour away and they had called and lwft a mesaage saying we owed money because our card was declined so manager was rude with my husband on the phone. Husband drove ovwr an hour back down there to pay they first apologised but when we asked if they would make it right since it was a a 3 hr round trip and she became rude and threatened to call rhe cops. Very very bad costumer service…

Very clean, comfy bed and pillows, quiet. Nice little hot breakfast with fresh fruit! Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about area.

Extremely poor customer service. The woman at the front desk continually harassed us about noise complaints however we were barely making any noise, except for a couple kids and adults walking acrossed the room. There were many other kids in the hall running up and down the hall that were not apart of our room but because the crazy complaining woman below us in particular was upset, the front desk felt the need to harass us. She even went as far as to threaten to call the cops and have us escorted off, because of people walking in the room. How does that seem right? The worst part was later that night I was hit with a wall of weed smoke in the room next to the front desk. It had been lingering for awhile, but nothing was done until I called the front desk and threatened to call the cops for allowing such a thing to take place. The absolute worst experience I have ever had and do not recommend families stay here because of the treatment you are given. The older blonde woman working that night was incredibly rude and has no business working in customer service.

One of the worst experiences. DO NOT bring your children or the front desk will threaten to call the cops. Someone below us said we were being too loud (children talking to their parents and walking around) at 9:30 pm and we are called by front desk to tell us they will call the cops… walk down the hall and smell weed that's okay but bringing children to this hotel is apparently unlawful.

Excellent rooms, very clean, perfect housekeeping. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Excellent TV programming and very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is always very good. Always stay at Parkfield when working in the area. Did I mention the great beds? …

Very clean rooms and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was over the top for a hotel! We were extremely impressed and the price was very reasonable.

The staff has been very friendly and has been eager to help, able to give directions when we needed them. And they made sure that we didn't leave without something to remind us of them. We have no complaints just high praises.

My family and I go on a spoonbill fishing trip every year. This is our go to place to stay every time. The price is very reasonable, the service is fantastic, and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is free and very tasty. Trailer parking has much to be desired. It's fine if you have a car though. 10/10 will stay again.

I would actually like to give no stars but the review makes you click at least one to post. This hotel ripped us off after being long time customers. We are NON smokers and our stay history shows that we haver booked a smoking room as we have never needed one. If we wanted a smoking room, we would have simply booked a smoking room! they accused us of smoking in our room because it "smelled" like smoke! was there any ash or cigarette butt? NO because we dont smoke! They charged us based on the fact that it SMELLED like smoke. Well the smoke wasnt from us! we are non smokers! what a BS way to try to make some extra money! we will not be back and I warn you to watch your bank account if you book here!

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and the morning breakfast is way more then we expected. (biscuit/gravy, fresh made waffles, bagels, eggs, fresh fruit, sausage, donuts, several juices. ) Very close to the marina and we will stay there again when we go back to truman lake.

Was very nice and clean but TV service cut out for about a half hour.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The internet was fast. The pool and sauna were in great shape. The location was perfect. Their local food recommendations were on point. Everything worked. You know how frustrating it can be at a hotel when little things don't work right? The tv, the heater in the bathroom, the jets on the sauna, the waffle maker at breakfast, etc. — everything was in working order, which is nice. We absolutely will stay here again.

This hotel was nothing but comfort when I stayed here. The hotel was very clean, beds were very comfortable (instantly wanted to fall asleep), the staff was very friendly. The pool and Hot Tub were very clean and the hot tub was huge. The breakfast was kept hot and fresh during all breakfast hours and it was very delicious. I almost felt at home with the comfort level, and quiet hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to all those traveling this way!

My husband and I was traveling through and needed some where to stay for the night. Must admit, at first when I Google the hotel I wasn't sure about staying here, but I was so pleased with this hotel. Very nice staff and the quality of the rooms are very nice.
