My daughter and I arrived without reservations from Ga. We have drove straight over 10 hours and had no issue in getting a room for the night. The room was big and beds comfortable. The desk clerks was wonderful in making sure we were satisfied. The breakfast next morning was great. No muffins for me. Real food. I will visit again next year.

There’s not much around there. It’s clean, and the staff is friendly.

Even though we live in some crazy times I appreciate the pool being open to sooth weary traveller's bones.

The lady who check in was nice n very helpful is the only nice thing about place. Room was very Nosy. My room was a direct bill and I give a card for Incidentals. The Card is just scan only n kept on file. I had Cancer I don’t smoke, hell I don’t even turn on TV. Repeat I stayed there many times in past, never a issue. Then I get woke up by front desk 4 hrs latter. Who ever she talked to said I need another way so they can charge me $150 extra or some un godly amount on top of what they already charge me for my room. Tried to tell me incase I leave room to dirty or smoke or anything like that. (Yes 4 hrs after she already rented me the room) I dont blame girl but someone needs to explain the law to them after a client already checks in about trying to charge them extra or say u got to pay again 4 hrs latter. Now if I didn’t check in and 4 hrs didn’t passed then yes. They are in right and if I don’t agree then I just go somewhere else. But never again will I stay at this place. And fair warning to all check ur credit card bill Closely. Very shady billing going on.

I need a place to stop for the night. Did not have a reservation and they were able to accommodate me. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and very professional. Definitely will stay here again.

I would not reccomend booking a room online early. According to the managment I had somehow paid early via booking on their website even though the money wasn't taken out of my account until I stayed there, I have stayed here before and booked the room the exact same way but this time they had double charged me. So instead of taking out the regular one-time payment for the room, they took it out double. When I called and asked they told me it was because I had paid online and that I was double charged because it was to make sure the room wasn't destroyed. Now like I stated earlier I have stayed at this hotel before, booked the room the exact same way and this never happened. Also nowhere on any piece of paper that the hotel gave me does it inform me that it is going to charge me twice, the hotel manager said that I will get my money back in 3 to 5 business days but if you are like me and do not have a lot funds and this one night hotel room was just like a mini cheap vacation, I DO NOT reccomend booking online early. According to the manager it's better to just show up and ask for a room that way they won't double charge you. This whole thing has been very frustrating and stressful. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Clean. The blackout curtains are perfect. You can't tell when the sun comes out so great for sleeping in.

We had a birthday party in the conference room for my grandma's 91st birthday. They were nice until we'd eaten and then they threatened to charge us $100 if we didn't clean up the room and be done so we did. Rude staff.

Location was easy to get to. They have truck parking. Was clean, quiet and the internet worked.

Room was good. Loved the shower, good pressure nice for water. Didn't like the pool, kept getting hair wrapped around my hand. Breakfast was simple but very good. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was ample fresh hot and delicious. The pool was very refreshing. And the best experience of all was the super pressurized and multifunction shower head. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

I've stayed at this location many times and every time they go above and beyond for their customers! The beds are the comfiest, breakfast is wonderful and has a wide assortment, and the staff will do everything they can to get you what you need. Thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff who assisted me so well during my last stay! Absolutely recommend!

When we arrived about 10pm there was a cooler with free ice cream! Who cared about anything else? But the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable if that type of thing matters to you in a hotel. The breakfast was good also.

This is the nicest non-luxury hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything is modern and very nice. My bed was extremely comfortable.

The service was great, good people but the original room I got was dirty, they GE Me a new one and a was resolved.

Staff was very pleasant, rooms were very clean and featured a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast had a wide selection of items, including many healthy choices.

Had to do a quick change on my 7 mo old driving from STL to KC and this HIE cpuld not have been more friendly and clean to make a quick diaper change super easy.

The room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was perfect, and the staff was exceptionally nice, even though it was Christmas Eve and I am sure they would have rather been home with their families. Altogether a wonderful experience!

Ok, so my Durango lost an idler pulley west of Warrenton as I pulled into the Flying J to use the restroom. I called Mays Full Service Repair for a tow (excellent service) and they recommended Baymont about 1/2 mile up the road. Im traveling with Sadie, Annie, and Marvin Busby, my dogs, and the Baymont Inn states they charge "$20 per dog per night, " so I figure, No sweat, I'm good with $60 so we don't have to sleep in the Durango. The Baymont manager said, No, we have a 2 dog limit so go somewhere else. I have no car, dude; as I explained to you, my ride is at the shop, and I am heading to Kansas City for the holiday. Nothing I can do, sir, he said. I don't want my carpets ruined. Our 2 dog max is firm. OK, but I have no vehicle. You expect me to walk to another place more than 1/2 mile away across a busy interstate interchange? Whatever, man. Douchebag. I decided to try Uber for the first time. Warrenton has zero Uber drivers. I manage to get 1 of the 7 Uber drivers in Wentzville. Joshua turned out to be a champ, picked up me, my dogs, and drove us over to the Holiday Inn Express. The ladies working adored my dogs and checked us in swiftly. Joshua stayed with Annie and Sadie so I could check in. I gave him the max tip for his help. The staff checked on us and were very friendly, courteous, and lovely people. The manager even price matched with Baymont Inns because that manager is horrible and should be fired.

Handy cap accessible rooms not So much.! my mother. Could not get into the bed they are way to high at o e point she had to lay across the side of the bed on her stomach and crawl into the bed. How stupid to have such a high bed in a handy cap room both queens where the same height. And also, so much noise from kids up stairs sounded like they where coming through the ceiling.

They allowed me to check In early which was great, because I was in town for my sister's wedding that afternoon. They shuttled me (and others) to and from the event. Bed was freakishly comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Shower temp was easy to control unlike many hotels. I only wish I had known to pack swim trunks to take advantage of the heated pool (but that's on me).

What a great surprise! Would stay at Holiday Inn Express everytime if staff were as wonderful as they are in Warrenton. Could not of ask for a better room. Slept all night for the first time in months. Breakfast was great, Natalie… cudos to you for your hospitality and professional nature. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Good breakfasts, always something special and early evening treats such as snacks, wine and ice cream (All complementary. ) Has been remodeled and the beds are fantastic.

Newly renovated holiday inn. Friendly staff, and overall great stay. The location is rather awkward. Non-chain restaurants are a bit of a drive down I-70.

Coming through St Louis late at night the day after the solar eclipse and most hotels were still sold out. I had a free hotel stay that was expiring in 2 weeks that I get from having the IHG credit card and wanted to stay at a Holiday Inn property and found this place to have a few open rooms. So the nice lady at the counter checked us in and we got to the room. The room was clean, the bathroom clean, the beds slept amazingly well. The breakfast the next morning was FREE and very good. The hotel is pet friendly so we had no problem with that either. The only issue we had was the dude in the next room was not waking up and unfortunately his co-worker was trying to wake him at all costs. I heard his phone ringing and I heard the constant knocking on the door — all at 6:30am. That finally ceased when I popped my head out from behind the door and shouted at the guy "what is the problem?! " He was falling all over himself apologizing. Maybe he wasn't expecting me to jump out at him from behind my door or maybe the fact I was completely naked when doing so was what shocked him (I covered most of me) I then pounded on the wall from inside my room and he was awoken. All in all it was a good stay.

It has been a couple of years since I have stayed at this hotel and they have renovated nicely. Also their internet is fast unlike most other HIE properties. I really enjoyed my stay.

I usually never have issues at HIX. This particular stay was brutal. There was a major renovation going on, I understand. I was told there would be noise from 8am-8pm, I understand. I was told there was no pool use, I understand. I was told the breakfast room was now in the meeting room, totally get it. I was charged full price $129.00 for the room, I do not get it? I have stayed in much nicer HIX, for far less money. I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed.

Excelente services, cool staff, I loved the new rooms, and Rosa one of the housekeeper staff gave us excellent service, hard worker lady. I would strongly recommend this place.

The staff is friendly and the newly renovated rooms are so modern and sleek. I loved it! The breakfast was free and delicious. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, pet friendly. They were welcoming to our two small dogs and the room was very clean and comfortable.
