Cheap and clean place. Not horrible. Old. Fun pool. Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s just an older building. They said will be updating it soon. Can’t beat the price tho!

I have stayed her before and had such a pleasant experience, but that was not the case this time. I made reservations for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. They advertise that each room has a microwave and refrigerator; however, our refrigerator had been removed. The phone in the room did not work; therefore, we were required to make a trek up a very steep hill each time we needed something. The hot tub that was advertised was boarded up and the laundry facilities did not work. To make matters worse, I did not receive any type of housekeeping service the entire time I was there (and no, the do not disturb sign was not on the door). I was unable to get another room because the hotel was full. I was still charged full price and don't feel it was worth what I was required to pay for it. We go to Branson a lot, but I will not be returning to this hotel.

Stellar customer service is how I would describe this hotel. To be quite honest, I have never been treated half as good by staff in any hotel, chain or privately owned. About two weeks ago, we came to Branson and had a less than ideal stay. When we brought our dissatisfaction to the new managers attention, he was quick to sympathize and offer a solution. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Before speaking with him, we were sure we were never coming back. After however, we decided to give them another chance. Due to the issues we experienced, he gave us a complimentary room and also show tickets for our whole family. He personally helped me and didn't divert me to another member of his staff. I'm sure on our next trip that we will stay here again. Is it an older hotel? Yes, but that doesn't mean anything really. The room is clean and the staff is wonderful. In my humble opinion, the quality of the staff and the outstanding customer service beats out the big chains by a mile. You're not just room 406 here. You are treated like VIP guests and it's a nice change from everyone else.

To start off our trip we booked at another hotel and was treated so poorly that we had to search for another place for night two. Here enters The Branson Surrey Inn, we were nervous about booking online for a second time so we drove over to check it out the next morning. We met some of the staff and got to talking about our horrible experience the night before and they were apologetic and looking to set our trip on the right path! They made sure we had a nice room that was clean and spacious! Also made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, like extra towels and blankets! The property was quiet and family friendly even being nestled right in town and less than a mile from everything! We were running a little behind at checkout the next day and when I called to let them know they said "no worries, take your time. " and when we did checkout the manager was very eggar to ensure everything went well with our stay and offered us a complementary night for the next time we were in Branson (all because he was so empathetic to our bad experience at another hotel! ). We are going back next weekend and we will be staying there again!

Cleanish is about the best thing I can say. One thin sheet for sleeping. AC was weak at best. No clean towels on day 2. Had to ask for extra blankets. Breakfast was ho-hum.

Pros: Room was ready on arrival. Room was clean. Area is quiet, no noise from upper level, either side or outside and parking lot is full. Quick service when the air conditioner was not putting out enough cold air. Cons: There was an issue the receptionists were working on when we arrived. The staff was openly irritated and a bit short. Air conditioner was not putting out cold air. Second air conditioner was better but room was still too warm making it uncomfortable to sleep. Ice machine was provided but no ice buckets. Lamp in room did not work. Asked housekeeper for toilet paper and I was directed to the front lobby receptionist. I believe she did not understand English. The sink did not have a plug leaving it wide open to swallow anything accidentally dropped.

Branson Surrey Inn has great location, great price and Amazing Customer Service! The Pool was nice and well maintained. Breakfast was really great and plenty to eat. The rooms are noce and clean. Barbara, Mariana, and Edgar took care of our every need! I will definitely recommend Branson Surrey Inn to all my Friends and Family. Edgar made our stay feel like our home away from home! I really hated to leave. Thank You Branson Surrey Inn!

No blankets on the beds. Won't stay there again. Wasn't impressed. Parking was very lacking. The housekeeping was also very lacking. The housekeepers looked like everyone else so you couldn't differentiate between them and someone walking down the street. Didn't replace towels. Won't stay there again if I ever return to Branson which is unlikely they have comertialized it so much it's just not friendly homegrown anymore.

Location was great near all our favorite attractions! The lobby was very clean and the receptionist where very well organized. The motel looked clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes which was a plus, but there where so many people outside constantly smoking, the breakfast was decent. It was however not the best service I received there where only a set of towels for 1 person I had 4 people and I had to request towels twice and I did later receive them but did not get the amount I asked for 3 extra I got only 2 big towels and a bunch of gross ripped washcloths I only had 3 towels for the 2 days I stayed. There was also no housekeeping the days that I stayed, there where ant everywhere, toilet wouldn’t flush, sink was clogged, lights didnt work, the AC was horrible the settings didn’t work correctly, the carpet was so dirty my babies feet where left black from it (she was only barefooted for 5 minutes) overall I would never come to this hotel again and I would not recommend this to anyone. You definitely need maintenance done! I’ll continue to book with Angel Inn Hotel where they do the BEST of their ability to please their customers.

Surrey Inn close to Main Street "strip" and attractions; rooms are clean upon arrival — no daily cleaning service unless requested (we did not know to request). Fresh towels hit or miss; seemed to be a shortage of bath, hand, and face towels during our stay. Television channels definitely hit or miss (most channels unavailable). Free breakfast buffet is fine (fresh fruit, toast, cold cereal, make-your-own waffles), nothing fancy. Hotel was going through a management change during our stay. If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay in Branson, Surrey location is recommended.

After looking for a hotel to accommodate a large group of people — 27 in fact — I found that Surrey Inn could provide us with the space we needed at the location we wanted. Unfortunately, those were the only positive aspects of the motel. Once we arrived on Friday evening, the room we stayed in presented obvious issues — the towels and sheets were worn and dirty, the beds had only a fitted and flat sheet, the ceiling of the bathroom was falling in, there was little to no parking for the number of rooms the motel had, and the carpeted floor left a disturbingly grotesque texture of uncleanliness after you walked on it. And that was just in our room. Despite this, we were able to look past these issues for the first night. Of the eight rooms we booked for our stay, each had its own problem. In my brother's room a toenail was found in the bed and a hairball in the toilet, in another there were cigarette burns/holes in the sheet. For anyone looking to stay at a smoke-free establishment, I would be wary because the facility allows guests to chain-smoke directly outside the doorways of rooms; my sister's room reeked of cigarettes to a point of which management only gave her a bottle of deodorizer to alleviate the problem. In my room, ants covered the dresser and crawled into most of the bags on the piece of furniture; however, we were lucky to not be in the rooms other family members were in because they had BEDBUGS crawling on them Saturday night/ Sunday morning.

After reading reviews we had reservations about staying at the motel, so I called them and talked to their manager, Edgar and ask him many questions about the reviewed items. I recieved satisfactory assurances of corrective actions taken by the owner and staff. We decided to stay there and was pleased with the condition and efforts taken to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you Edgar.

My father and I stayed in room 310. First, the ac did not work. The staff was asked to look at the ac unit at around 11 am. A man came by when reminded around 10 pm. They did offer to change our room around 11 pm. For some reason, we said no that it wasn't horrible. Last, the icing on the cake, they have bed bugs. Dad and I promptly packed up and left.

It started off that when I checked in after a long ride they provided me and my child with popcorn in the lobby as well as coffee. The room while it may need some updating was immaculately clean. After arriving in my room 10 minutes later I received a call asking how everything was and if I needed anything further. The following morning heading to breakfast I ran into 3 of the staff Judy and Travis were amazing. Travis went as far as to give me a ride on the golf cart cause he was headed that way and Judy left me extra coffee because I am a big coffee drinker. Breakfast was great especially the biscuits and gravy. Overall I feel as if I received a resort quality experience at a motel price. Central location in Branson. I will be staying here upon my next return to Branson and have already booked my families reunion for there.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We didn't even stay the night. When we called to reserve the room the lady on the phone was huffy and puffy with attitude. We shook that off we understand that there are bad days. The next day check in was at 3 PM we showed up to the hotel at 7 PM to give them plenty of time to clean up after spring break. They did not have a room ready. The lady was rude and huffy and puffy she did not call anyone to see if the rooms were ready while I was there, There was a lady there before me and she was rude to her. When I asked how this worked if she had a radio she said she just had to wait for them to tell her when it was ready… I believe the lady said her name was Seth. I was told that they will call us when they have a room ready. We had baby with us ready for bed time. Its a good thing we did not wait. They called us at 8 PM to tell us our room was ready. They will never get my business. We went to Dockers Inn they were right down the road had a room ready in less than 10 min super friendly and cheaper.

We got there at 6 and our door didn't work. 30 min. After housekeeping and maintenance tried to fix it we went back to the office to get a new room. John was awesome trying to get it resolved for us. They had no rooms cleaned and other guests were trying to check in and being told rooms wouldn't be ready for a while even though check in was hours earlier. The 2 ladies at the front desk seemed to be having a break down over all the issues and didn't have the best customer service. Eventually we got a room. It seemed clean but lacked blankets. The air worked well so it would have been nice to have a comforter of some sort. We didn't use the shower but other people were complaining there was no hot water. We went to breakfast and they were out of most things including drinking water. We were given a free room for a stay in the future but we won't be back.

First I want to give Housekeeping a shout out for doing the best that they could (which was a lot) under the circumstances! We had 2 rooms booked for one night. One of the rooms the toilet wouldn't flush (which housekeeping had told the front office the day before.

Staff is very personable. The room was clean and we requested extra towels and had no problems. The breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy.

The house keepers where really nice. But the hotel rooms where clean. But the rooms where old and ran down. The heat did not work. The first room we where put in the toilet. So they moved us. The outlets did not work. You had to hold the outlet for it to work. The staff would get a 5 star but the hotel it self would get nothing.

We had a military reunion here. I loved the hospitality suite and function room. The breakfast was very good.

Poor service. Room quality was attrocious. The location is set away from most the attractiins and the food was also poor. There are 100 other places to stay in Branson, your better off somewhere else.

Super clean room, nice view, calm area, parking next to the room. Nice customer service. The only thing is the breakfast is not like the one show on the promotional picture, but for 50.00 per night is okay.

The Rome was very clean as well as the surroundings. Our housekeeper Kathy make sure we was well taken care of. Great place to stay a good value for the money.

Stayed two nights. For the price, the quality is hard to beat. No frills, clean room. Small TV, decent beds, good pillows. Bathroom was small but clean, same with the sink. It is a motel so you may have to deal with noisy people outside. We stayed during the winter so no comment on the pool. Breakfast: not quite as much food as you'd find at a higher tier motel but what was there was enough. No complaints about the food. I will say the biscuits and gravy were amazing. The second night we stayed we fell asleep just waiting for the biscuits and gravy the next morning. For $50 a night, Surrey Inn is perfectly adequate.

I’m always leary of paying for too cheap of a room but this place is great & the price is great! Very impressed with the cleanliness & friendly staff! Will certainly be back!

Can't beat it for the price! Our only issue was parking! They have a whole bunch of rooms and absolutely no parking! Would definitely stay there again though!

We got exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable rooms at a great price. Although, as one reviewer stated, Branson is known to harbor murderous thugs who will knock on your door asking if you need anything, in broad daylight. Just one of the hazards of vacationing in the Ozarks. When one came to my door, I distracted her by asking for more towels while huddling in the bathroom. Also, watch out for psychotic raccoons.

I stayed in the Presley Penthouse and it was a 5 star experience! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and kitchen. Along with a grandroom fit for a king! Best out of town experience! Thank you so much for the Presley Penthouse it was absolutely amazing!

Close to entertainment. Decent room for the airbnb discounted price. Elvis suite and office area are very nice. I did find the staff was hard to identify out of the office. Was creepy for random guy to ask if you need assistance when you aren't sure he's an employee. Shower/bath was tiny and short (and I'm on the shorter side). Located on a very steep hill which was fine for me but could be an issue for some guests.

The service was very amazing. I rented the room from Airbnb, which was cheaper than walk-in. Good location, it was only about a 5 minute car ride to the nearest bar. The only complaint I have is that the listing said there was a hot tub, but it was messed up when we stayed there. Otherwise, great place. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here last week and was very pleased. The rates were excellant! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Was a nice little hotel. Price was excellent and food was good. I was quite impressed, have been in higher priced places that weren't half as nice.

It is seconds from the strip and just a hop skip and a jump to any part of the city. The staff are some of the kindest I have experienced and we're willing to go the extra mile at a moment's notice. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, however the dinning room is in a beautiful room where the morning sun is shinning through the windows and there is a decent view. As far as the rooms are concerned I feel that they could use a little bit of an upgrade, but they are great if you are simply looking for a place to spend a couple nights.

For the price this by far worthy of 5 stars. Room was clean, and breakfast was quite good. We stayed 3 nights and was a problem free stay.

My daughter brought me along for her daughter's 3rd birthday! It was a nice stay and pet friendly. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. There was a sassy manger who turned out to be very kind and thoughtful. Will stay again. Oh don't forget they have breakfast and the coffee in the room is great.

In my 60 years, the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I am not a picky person, don't need fancy, just clean. Stayed 5 nights, on the 5th night, finally, after insisting, got someone to clean our room. The staff doesn't wear anything to identify that they work there. So strange people knocked on my door to ask if I needed anything. Couldn't even see through the peep hole, just a blur. I just said no thank you and closed the door. Did not feel safe. I had no idea if they worked there or not. I never saw them again. Our air conditioner was old. Struggled to keep the room cool. Lucky for us that we brought a fan. I haven't stayed somewhere with a plunger beside the toilet. I have now. It was there for a reason. Enough said. The TV remote didn't work, but as I was looking for a shoe, I found a second one behind the dust ruffle. It worked. The continental breakfast was good. So many ridiculous things about this place, it started to become funny! But I would never recommend it.

Cold AC, great motel for being in the middle of Branson. Pet friendly, even tho in the middle of a remodel the motel was extra clean after a busy weekend and the front desk staff were extra friendly. Tons of southern charm, pool was clear as a bell and after a hot day, the cool water was refreshing.

We are in town for a 12U softball tournament so we actually stayed 4 nights. The price was excellent! Breakfast every morning was delicious. The staff is very helpful and nice. The only thing that was missing for us was a fridge and microwave in room. It would have made feeding kids for 5 days easier and a bit cheaper. Otherwise, this hotel was great! We will definitely stay here again.

It is clean. But worn out. Limited TV channels if it works. Shower pressure is bad. Air conditioner is freeze or hot.

It was comfortable, but the beds were not the best. Also was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, but for the price it was fine. We were also close to most of the stuff we wanted to do, and the rooms were clean and simple. Other than the beds I have no major complaints.

Good place for an affordable overnight sleep. Low on amenities. Nothing fancy.
