Very clean, nice set up … only wish is a microwave in room. Here for a week, so it would be convienant.

Stayed 2 nights after a 1000 mile drive. It was relaxing and very nice! Loved the free breakfast and even had a social hour in the evening. Best and largest hot tub I have ever seen in a hotel! Staff was very friendly!

We had a Great time here. We spent most the day with our school aged kids swimming at the pool. We enjoyed the Big hot tub and pool area. The staff was nice, and wanted us to 'have a good time'. The breakfast buffet had many options. The rooms were clean and spacious for our family of 5. We drove to St. Charles one evening and had less than a 15 minute drive.

The staff was great. Very clean. Loved our stay.

Clean and comfortable. Usual nice Hampton linens and bedding. Unsure if this is a revamped hotel from a different brand, but the room sizes are smaller and the style different (and honestly, some finishes of a lesser grader) than the usual Hampton. Still a nice stay and friendly staff, just a little different from our usual Hampton stays.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms were not as spacious as I would gave hoped, and there was no microwave available. Otherwise the room was well maintained and the bed was comfortable.

My wife and I traveling with our daughter and grandchildren stayed at the Hampton Inn on June 17. The staff, especially Mary, were very helpful and friendly getting us settled into our room. After a long day on the road, having a friendly welcome was appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we took advantage of the amenities including the pool and breakfast and all were outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Would stay again no question about it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast each morning, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, juice, milk, coffee and of course pastries. Highly recommended.

Great hotel! Last minute stay due to poor experience at another hotel. Very friendly, accommodating, and extremely clean. Pool area very nice and complimentary breakfast was nice variety, as always. Love Hampton and beds were very comfortable.

My husband and I booked this hotel because it was right next to our reception hall for our wedding. We also had a large number of guests use this hotel too. The rooms were clean. The A/C wouldn’t go cooler than 70 degrees in our room (but in my mom’s room it got a lot cooler) so I asked the front desk for a box fan. They delivered. We reserved a king size bed. The bridesmaids and I all got our hair and makeup done in the room. Everything went smoothly. After checking out and arriving home I realized my box of jewelry was no where to be found. I panicked and called the hotel. I spoke with a nice gentleman and he didn’t hesitate to check the room, under the bed, in the bathroom, etc. As he was looking I was looking at my home and in my car. He stayed on the phone with me till I was looking in my car and found my box of jewelry. I was so relieved! I’m very thankful for the employee who showed patience and kindness. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Its right off the highway in St. Charles, very convenient location. The hotel and rooms have been recently remolded and are modern and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good and free complimentary breakfast is just what you need to get going. Indoor pool, hottub, exercise room are great perks.

Room was recently renovated, clean and modern. Quite small for having two queens. As we were just passing through, the size didn't matter much, but not great for a lengthy visit with a family. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the rest of the hotel, from what I saw, was clean as well.

Had to pull off the interstate during a winter storm. I had left my drivers license in another purse when I switched purses (ladies you understand). The Drury Inn at St. Peters, MO would not let me and my 9year old son stay even tho I had a photo of my license. Hampton not only let us stay but had great service and very friendly staff both at the front desk and breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great! Thank you Hampton Inn we are now loyal Hampton guests!

I stay here a lot when I'm in St Louis for work. Nice clean and efficient hotel, close to everything I need to get to. Never any surprises, perfect and comfortable and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had a complaint it would be the food. We had 5 teenagers and they love good but stated the hot food was not cooked fully. They made due with bagels. Over all great place to stay.

Clean room and friendly staff but it looks like an old hotel that's been remodeled a little bit. And if your room is anywhere near the elevators you get the most annoying noise you could ever imagine in your room. This hotel is also right on top of the inner state and it sounds like the cars are driving 3' away from the building in your room. Totally disappointed.

Personable staffing, Jaime and Ken are quite proficient in their jobs! The breakfasts were widely selective for this particular location. Also moderately close to general outlets. Minor construction pending on property but not to obtrusive, closet space is different and actually more efficient in my book, lacks handicapped toilets for physically impaired rooms also slightly smaller.

Rooms are smaller than normal. Our king room did not have a sofa sleeper as advertised. They did bring a rollaway as we checked in, but no sheets or blankets with it. A lot of construction. Lower water pressure than normal on the second floor. The breakfast food area was a little cramped. We paid 109 for the room, so I am guessing this is why the price was lower than normal for a Hampton inn in St. Louis. Not necessarily a bad hotel, just not what I would normally expect from a Hampton Inn.

Locations was okay. It wasn't right next to the interstate, but it was relatively close, and had a lot of things around it. The room was nice, very clean. Service was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, a lot of different options. The pool was also very nice. Would stay again.

The Hampton Inn St. Charles is a fantastic place to stay. I am here on business and the staff has been the most accommodating, friendly, welcoming staff that I have ever encountered staying in a hotel. One member in general, Ken from the front desk who works the mid shift, is phenomenal. He knows me by name, makes sure my room is ready, and says hello to me every day he works. I can only hope that the rest of the Hampton chain is as great of a place to stay as the one in St. Charles Mo.

Easy access to the neighborhood we we're visiting. Warm pool and hot tub. Clean rooms. Great warm breakfast. Staff was friendly, room service knocked on our door really early though.

The hotel has a great swimming pool and hot tub. The staff keeps it clean and is easily accessible. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The location is eccellent. Close to shopping and highways. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

I travel a lot for business and stay at a lot of hotels. I LOVE this location. While this location has rooms on the smaller size they have been recently remodeled and everything you need is there. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Some people wrote a negative review about the way the "closet space" is done, but I find there is enough area to hang plenty of clothes and they supply plenty of hangers. No it's not your conventional closet, but they work and they used the space really well. The staff here are wonderful and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience and always had terrific service. There breakfast is always fresh and they have some great choices. As a tip for the most quiet rooms ask for a room with an even number. Those are not facing the freeway. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I chose this hotel while on our very first vacation. The room was small, but exactly what we needed. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was great! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Very nice for the price. Very clean. The breakfast was great with many choices. The attendant quickly refilled any items that started running low. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly too.

We got in late at night driving from KC. I was one day removed from my arrival from S. CA and was already tired from meetings and the long drive. The place was packed and there was little room. The extremely friendly front desk lady helped me and my rep find a room. She was upfront and said the rooms were not their best layouts, but the rate was spot on to make up for it. The bed was comfortable, the shower warm and flow strong and everything was clean and functional. My room wasn't perfect, but the proper expectations were set and the cost was fair. I'd highly recommend staying here and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My only regret is that I have forgotten the name of the kind lady behind the desk. But with that service (and as a sales person I appreciate) the honesty and respect to charge the appropriate rate, I hope to eventually thank her again in person.

Paper thin walls + obnoxious neighbors = listening to them having sex as if they were in our room. The guests are not the hotel's fault as it is difficult to control what they do in the room. However, we could hear everything that the young couple next door did, and I mean EVERYTHING — including bathroom noises and even whispering. That also meant that they could probably hear us as well — so much for privacy — especially for the price we paid! My sister stayed in a different room on a different floor and she could hear her neighbor as well, though that one was more decent and quiet than ours. Despite my sister and I staying on different sides of the hotel, we could both hear the highway noise. That being said, all else is good: the room was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable. Stayed here the day before the eclipse in 2017 and the hotel was crowded, which might explain the 'variety' of guests they had that night. It really pains me for giving a one-star review, but we barely slept for a few hours due to the noise, especially when we needed to be on the road by 8 am the next day. Conclusion: if you are lucky to get a room with no guests on the adjacent rooms, you could have a four or five star experience.

This location has the most recent Hampton Inn makeover — you know the cray cray sticker in the elevator and the quirky picture by the room numbers. The breakfast area is laid out well here, minimizing the traffic jam that always occurs by the waffle maker. The included breakfast is pretty much the same at all of the Hampton Inns, but the staff at this location was very friendly and kept everything clean, and the food topped off. We were greeted warmly, and she paid attention to us, making use feel like she was concerned with our satisfaction. The room we had was small, but some interesting design choices helped out. They hid a closet space behind a curtain on the outside wall, and replaced the traditional swinging door with a sliding barn door. A room with a single king, instead of two queens might feel a little bigger. The hotel is situated just off of I-70, and you do hear some traffic noise. Coming back to the room late, we heard our neighbor snoring from the hallway, but not from our room thankfully. There was some noise in the morning, mostly from the sliding bathroom door, I think. The bed are the firm mattress and 4 squishy pillows that are standard for Hampton Inns. The comforter is pretty heavy, and we know to set the AC accordingly. The room has the normal amenities — mini fridge, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, flat screen TV, and clock radio.

Nice hotel with clean rooms but they are kind of small. Good location with access to highest and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Courteous, friendly staff. Clean rooms, reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was great. The only complaint was that you could hear conversations very clearly through closed doors, so there was a feeling of no privacy in the rooms.

Hotel was nice. The shower was dark and had very poor temperature controls. The front desk was helpful with places to eat and the room was comfortable.

Really nice. I was driving from Maryland to Colorado. This is where I got tired. I checked in late. The check in was quick. The service was friendly. I went to my room. The key card didn't work. I went back down and the gentleman at the front desk reset my card. I went back upstairs and I fell sound asleep on the very comfortable bed. I got up early in the morning, grabbed a piece of fruit from the very nice free breakfast, and left. Adorable decor. Nice employees. If I ever get tired outside St. Louis again, I would definitely stop there again.

This hotel was great! The hot tub was awesome after a long day on the road. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. This will be my choice stop on road trips in the future.

Aside from other guests who don't know how to close a door quietly, this has been my best hotel stay of many when coming back to the area. Very impressed by the staff and level of care and desire to be of service.

We have stayed here many times through the years our son was a Lindenwood University student, but this will be our last stay. The hotel has undergone a new "modern design remodel"; now the "closet" consists of two pegs on the wall behind a curtain above the air conditioner! And there is no dresser; just 3 wire bins! Not even a drawer in the nightstand. There is no room for anything. Luckily we didn't have formal clothes tonight to hang or I would have been very unhappy. And the room rates are the same. Doesn't work for me. If you need a room for 1 person just to sleep in for 1 night this is ok. Otherwise it's not acceptable.

The people were kind. Enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks. Fuod for a while little and we stayed for several hours enjoying. Hopefully I can return soon.

Stayed in St Charles Hampton 5 of 11 nights at Hamptons through the S. E. The KING room was VERY small. I was told that it is the minimum square footage and still able to carry the Hampton name. The "closets" were makeshift shelves and hanger areas against the wall on both sides of the window, behind curtains. Needed the plumber twice in two days to plunge the toilet. I was told that it is a common problem. Maintenance let the plunger in my room after the second time. Night clerk made great coffee.

It was okay. That's al I can really say. It wasn't a hotel where I would take my family if I was on vacation but it was okay for just over night.

Upgraded rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. A good choice for business travelers looking for quality over thrills.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff is extremely nice, the rooms are always nice and clean, and the breakfast is HANDS DOWN the best I've ever had in a hotel.

The hotel is right off I-70, which has positives and negatives. The staff was great, rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delish. Pool was very cold (maybe not heated — not good in the winter), and rooms were a bit smaller than some places. Also, interstate traffic was audible, but not unbearable.

My fiancé and I stayed here last winter; the stay was extraordinary, the staff was nothing short of excellent. Our room was well kept and clean, so was the fitness center. Felt right at home for the night.

The location was near plenty of places to eat and things to do. My family and I only status one night their but it was an enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean. The people working the reception counter were very nice and knowledgeable.

We have stayed here many times over the past 7 years as our boys have went to university at Lindenwood. We have got to know some of the workers very well and have got to meet some new ones. Very friendly and helpful. Great rooms and the best continental breakfast We have had at any hotel.

Walls are so thin I could hear the person in the next room on the phone (and he wasn't speaking loudly). I could also hear the person to whom he was speaking on the phone! Very annoying, not the same caliber I have experienced at other Hampton Inns. I would not recommend this property to anyone who cares about getting a quiet night's sleep.
