We unexpectedly spent a week there and couldn't have been more pleased! Every staff member was friendly and helpful each day, and the facility is beautiful. Clean and nice. Great hot tub and pool, too. Highly recommend!

Its the bed bugs for me. Everything was great up until I saw a bed bug crawling on the bed when I came back from the bathroom. I had been laying in the bed for an hour or so, got up to go potty and come back see the thing crawling on the side of the bed. I went into panic mode! The front desk guy OFFERED TO CHANGE MY SHEETS WTF or switch me rooms, I said no I’d like to get out of this hotel room ASAP. My friend and I packed our stuff so fast. Honestly our trip was pretty much ruined because we had to drive 4 hours home and was up all night drying all of our clothes twice then washing them. IM STILL ITCHY from the thought that I was in that bed and they probably munched on me no refund was offered except for the night that we didn’t stay. But that doesn’t make up for the fact we had to end out trip early. We had reserved pool time for that evening at 9 and we didn’t even get to swim (thanks to covid you can’t just go whenever you want didn’t know that until we checked in) we had even ordered ice cream through Uber eats it was the way and we had to cancel that. Then driving all the way home didn’t get back till almost 2 am plus staying up till like 5 dealing with possibly infested clothing and luggage. Not to mention the fact I had to steam clean my van out as a precaution. The bed bug was almost the size of a cock roach that thing was WELL FED that means there was definitely an infestation.

This was a great visit despite Covid. The staff was very nice and friendly. No housekeeping which was greatly missed. I would stay at this location again.

So this was my 1st stay at a Drury Inn and Suites. The experience was awesome. I haven't stay at very many different hotels yet I have had great experiences at a few. Service stands out, perks are outstanding, and cleanliness was on point.

I recently stayed here for a week on business, and it was great! The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the complimentary breakfast and “Kick Back” they had was great. I actually ended up forgetting some items when I checked out, and they held onto them for me until I was able to make it back to get them. I would stay here again and again if I could! I would recommend them to anyone!

Love this hotel! This is our go to place to stay in St Louis. The supper is just enough to fill you up. You get 3 free alcoholic drinks that are surprising not stingy with the liquor. Free soda until 10pm. Free popcorn. Breakfast is the best! From biscuits and gravy to waffles. Cereal, yogurt, toast for those who prefer a cold breakfast. I know this is pretty standard for Drury, but this spot is clean, friendly, quiet and just the right distance from St Louis, the casino, Barnes and Noble, the mall and Jo Ann fabrics. Who could ask for more?

Clean, great breakfast, held our room till 2 am. The only reason I took off a star is they built it for tiny people! I'm small, and I whack my elbows on the bathroom door. The layout is neat, but odd. You can't sit on the potty without hitting your elbows. The staff seems awesome, kudos to them.

The accommodations are nice and clean. Have buffet dinner and breakfast which are adequate but not many healthy options. Have now started charging $35 pet fee. Used to be free. Not sure what extra they do for the pet in the room for cleaning but even if the cleaning staff with benefits cost $20 per hour, I do not know how they would spend almost 2 hours extra cleaning the room.

A nice hotel in St Peters. Friendly service, standard rooms, and a nice lobby. They have food served daily and drink cards, all at no additional charge. There's nothing really interesting about the hotel, but there's nothing negative about it.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! Room was dark and clean. Blankets and sheets were very comfortable. I will stay at a Drury any time I am able to. Kids loved it and so did I.

Hotel was clean and service was friendly. A shout out to the "breakfast lady" who was working on 5/5/18 — she was the sweetest and most friendly hotel employee i've ever encountered. She deserves an employee of the month award just for having a cheerful smile so early in the morning! every item was constantly full and things were very clean and well organized. She is great!

A great hotel. Access to tons of restaurants and shops. Right on the highway. Close to the airport. They've got a great staff and provide a ton of value for the money. I stay here every time I come to the St. Louis area.

Safe clean and comfortable. Good full breakfast. I will look to stay in these hotels again. Overall great experience. I was able to get some good rest during a road trip.

The only reason I'm giving this place a ⭐is due to the meals, drinks and staff OTHERWISE I would give a. Its a bit old and seriously due for an upgrade. The Caucasian guest looks at you like you do not belong. They totally snub you every once in awhile one will give you a friendly smile. Is St Peters a Prejudice town or is it the people that travels from other states? This is a free country.

I traveled from Indiana to Kansas City, KS and was headed back to Indiana when a winter storm hit (April 1, 2018). The interstate was traveling at 30-40 mph and was to almost a standstill at times. I was traveling with my 9 year old son. We decided it best to just stop for the night. I had changed purses before my trip and accidentally left my drivers license in my other purse. I explained I had no license but needed a place to stay. We had just stayed at the Drury Inn at the St. Louis Arch 2 nights before. (We stayed at a Drury Inn last year in St. Louis and have been staying at them ever since. ) I offered my federal permit to carry license which had my full description on it. The manager said no. I would have thought a federal I. D. Would trump a state drivers license. So, I had my mother go to my house, take a picture of my drivers license and send it to me. I went back in and showed the photo of my license. They still said no. It had to be in my hand physically. So, we went back on the interstate and stayed at the Hampton Inn St. Charles. They were more than understanding. Their service was great! We are now loyal Hampton Inn guests! Very poor customer service. Policies are understandable but exceptions are sometimes necessary. Amazing.

Elegant cozy with its friendly and attentive people.

Firstly, a shout out to John for being an amazing night audit. I work down the road late into the night and sometimes I have to get up and get right back to work early in the morning. I live a half hour away so that can get pretty difficult. Whenever I stay here though? John has helped me get at least four hours of sleep, and is always super friendly about it. Now the rooms. I used to be a housekeeper myself so I have pretty high standards in a hotel, especially when the hotel I worked at didn't. The rooms are clean, the beds are beautiful, and the rooms themselves are homey. I have no complaints about this place.

Never had a bad stay. The room and overall hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Wish there was a little more space in the room but I was told it was a little small. Breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Very clean. Great amenities and right off i-70 and next to a mall. Staff is pleasant. Free dinner, breakfast and popcorn and soft drinks… you can't go wrong!

I wish this site would let me post this without giving a greater than zero rating, since the management at Drury Inn deserves a less than zero rating. The manager claimed the room smelled like smoke. I have never smoked in my life. If the room smelled like smoke it was because either the manager smelled like smoke or the cleaning staff smelled like smoke. They charged $250 to the credit card I used to reserve the room. I have stayed at Drury Inn for several years and never dreamed I would have a problem like this. I can no longer trust the management at Drury Inn to treat me fairly.

Stayed here a week for business, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jeff at the front desk was wonderful and eager to help with all of my questions. He deserves a raise. :). If I'm in the area again I will make sure to stay at the Drury, great staff and room was clean!

Amazing hotel. Very up scale. Convenient location right off the freeway. Many places for food in walking distance. The rooms were very clean. There was even a dispenser for the shampoo/conditioner/body soap. The garbage cans needed some plastic bags though. The concierge was very nice and had a conversation with me about traveling with my pet. There was a little store for food and necessities. Vending machines with soda located on some levels.

Very nice hotel. Easy check-in process. Clean room. Good breakfast. Comfy king-bed. Tiny restroom. My wife and I have stayed at the Drury on Mid-Rivers several times and it's always been a good hotel.

I have never stayed at a Hotel that did not want their customer to stay. By night a bright light outside the window and by morning the sun. Hard to sleep. What ever happened to black out curtains? Second time staying here.

Good hotel. Good free breakfast. Three alcoholic free drinks in the evening. Free dinner. Rooms are not as modern as some, but are clean and comfortable.

Ugh. We called to make reservations over the phone so we knew we could pay cash upon arriving… we were told yes, we could. We were told that a credit card number would be stored just to reserve the room but paying cash is no problem. So we get there, all our stuff in tow, went to check in. The guy at the desk greets us and asks for a name and we start the check in process. He says "oh. I see you have a lot of kids with you. " Yep. None of your business but ok. He goes on to to tell us that we couldn't all swim for some apparent reason… even though we specifically told them upon booking that there would be 4 kiddos… strike one buddy. He tells us promptly that quiet time is at 10 and that people need a good night's sleep… was that because we had kids with us? Implying I guess that we were going to be super loud. So far not impressed. The kicker. Pay time. The total was $155 and some change. I go to get my CASH out. Nope. Sorry… need a credit card to RUN A $50 TRANSACTION ON! Excuse me? Strike 2! The kicker with that is that it takes 3-5 business days to refund back to your card! I literally was paying my $155 and having to give them a temporary $50 to make sure my credit card was active. I still cannot process in my mind for the life of my why I was paying $155 in cash, in full, and still needing to give you people $50 off my credit card. Total hassle! Totally un called for. I asked for a manager who was no help. They had my credit card on file but insisted I run it for $50.

Another simple, friendly hotel on the road with a good, free breakfast. Very quickly moved us from room with noisy neighbors to quieter room, so well done there…

Stayed here because of the close location to a workshop at St. Peters' city hall. Each day a stay includes a full breakfast and a dinner "kick back" which is essentially a free dinner and cold drinks (and three free alcohol beverages for adults). The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is close to food and shopping (and essentially the same parking lot as the mall). I'll definitely stay at Drury Inns again in the future with my family (they'll love the pool and free popcorn & drinks too).

This hotel has a great location located essentially in the mall parking lot. Right off m70. They have a evening managers party, with drinks and food. It's great place with friendly staff.

Nice, clean rooms. We had called to cancel maid service at 8 a. M. For the day we were there but room got cleaned anyway. We called the front desk and they went ahead and awarded our gold key points. The staff was very helpful and nice except the person tending the bar. I had two drink cards… my husband doesn't drink and I usually use his drink card too and it's never been a problem before, but she refused to let me use my husband's drink card at which time I went to get him, have him go down stairs to the bar and had him go get the drinks which he then gave to me. It shouldn't matter… if you have valid drink cards and you're hotel room key I think they should honor it without inconveniencing you.

Such an amazing hotel and staff. I stayed here for three nights for work cause I drive for a living and everything was top notch. Will definitely be back and be looking for a drury hotel wherever I stay from now on. And the free breakfast and dinner is a much added bonus.

Traveled for business and added this to our "definitely stay again" list! Rooms were clean and pleasant, staff was so very friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was AMAZING with biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, potatoes, etc. Such an amazing selection on what to eat and the coffee is actually GOOD and I'm kind of a coffee snob :) We in no way noticed the finishing touches going on with their renovations. A few different types of pillows to choose from on your bed. Temp control thermostat on the wall. I could go on and on, this was probably one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've ever had and I've stayed in a few. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again! Thank you to all of the staff members and to the owners and management for keeping such high quality employees who share their smiles and make actual effort to take great care of each customer who walks through the doors! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

The staff makes you feel like royalty! The beds are very comfortable! After a 16 hour drive I slept like a baby! The free breakfast and dinner was amazing and had extra money to spoil my kids! Thanks for such a amazing stay!

The rooms are clean. Although we didn't eat breakfast I did see they had ample amount of options. They have a soda machine which to me is amazing because I have to have caffeine in the morning that's not coffee or tea. Very family friendly! Parking sucks because of the revamp but the area has so many options for food whether you want to take out or sit down. We went down because we are relocating to the area and were house hunting but I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. If they had a king option would be even better. Our fam of 3 were separated because we needed two queens. But they're great.

Usually we have a great experience at St Peters, Mo. However this time was not… hand prints and sprays of drinks left on the mirrored closet doors… we stayed in a accessible room with roll in shower which was fine except for the camode that was not accessible hight… the room was dated (you could see parts of the wallpaper was coming off and was just covered over. ) We were very disappointed with this trip… what happened Drury?

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Sound levels have never been anything to worry about. The Happy Hour is fantastic with complimentary food and drinks plus 3 alcoholic beverages. The breakfast is very good as well. Very happy with everything this Hotel offers.

The rooms are modern and new. It has a refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly especially the nice lady during the morning breakfast asking if we need anything. There is soda and some snacks in the morning and in the early evening, which is very nice.

The kickback and breakfast was great. The room was slightly outdated and there was a carpet tack strip that was exposed. Normally we rave about drury and will stay at a drury again this was just a little out of character.

Drury hotels are my hotel of choice. Good friendly sevice along with well maintained facilities.

My husband and I stayed here right before thanksgiving. We alerted the staff that we were bringing our 20 pound boston terrier also. When we arrived someone had made a really cute box of treats with a boston on the box for our pup. What an artistic, thoughtful gesture! The staff here pays attention to details and offered services that are usually reserved for boutique hotels. Very pleased.

Use the meeting rooms for area meetings. Very clean with polite staff.

It was great, very nice and helpful staff from the young lady who works the front desk, who made sure everything regarding my accomodations went through. And cannot forget the really nice housekeeper from Indonesia who insisted on making sure that my room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast is really good here.

Drury Inn staff must get all trained the same because they are extremely polite and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Our room was bug free and clean. It's hard to find clean and pet friendly hotels that are affordable.

I stay here all the time and its great. Super friendly staff and great rooms for the money. The only issue I had ever was with that ugly rude manager Tiffany, However I have heard she is no longer employed at this hotel. Woot.

Very kind / helpful staff, especially Katie at the front desk and Roxanne. Room was nice, especially for the price. I liked that the pool was indoors, so that sunburn wasn't an issue, but it has huge doors that open onto a patio, so there was plenty of fresh air and I didn't feel like I was suffocating on chlorine fumes. Another nice pool feature were the acoustic blocks on the ceiling — it kept the sound of my loud kiddos from being too crazy. This hotel was only $10 more a night Than the last place I stayed, but came with free breakfast, dinner, soft drinks, and adult beverages. Also, really strong fast Wi-Fi.

Visiting from Wisconsin. This was the first time staying at a Drury hotel. I was very impressed at the level of service my family and I received. The hotel was very family friendly and the staff, I felt went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. I really felt I received my money's worth staying here.

Our family comes to visit often from out of town and they switch off who gets to stay at the house and who gets a hotel room. We always pick Drury Inns! They are fantastic. The people are always so friendly and helpful. We always show up with a large group and they handle it all with no problem. We will always pick Drury Inns.

This was, by far, the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing, the free breakfast and dinner was amazing, everyone was super helpful and always seemed in a pleasant mood. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! :).
