Great hotel! Clean, new-looking, and staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Pool is small but sufficient, breakfast is good too.

Clean and comfortable. Good value. No food on site or in immediate area, but available in town a few miles away. Keirug and fridge available. Nice outdoor spaces for hanging out in nicer weather. It’s nice to stay somewhere with a little more character!

What a quaint hotel. It's like stepping back in time. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to downtown and right next to a nice park with a lake.

We arrived at an odd moment, with better timing than other guests: the electrical power in Joplin had been knocked out for hours that afternoon, and even after it came back on, the hotel’s computer system and elevators were not fully functional. Other people had been waiting 2 and 3 hours to check in, or had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs to their rooms, whereas we waited 15 minutes to check-in and had to go up 1 flight. Thirty minutes later, the elevators were working, too.

This is a nice, "clean" hotel. Staff was friendly. We like staying at Hilton brand hotels because they are pet friendly. Unfortunately our pet friendly room reeked of dog urine. I blame the previous guests, but Hilton, please remove the carpeting and replace it with hard surfaces that can be properly cleaned! It was truly disgusting.

Great place to stay for the night.

Our room was clean, but did not have any bedding for the sofa bed. There was no lock on the bathroom door and one of our TV remotes did not work. Hotel seemed short staffed. No one was at the front desk on multiple occasions. Breakfast had a good variety and was hot. Overall a good stay and we will come back if we are ever in St Louis again.

Very clean and well maintained. The beds were large and comfortable. Better than many of the high end hotels I have stayed at. They had free coffee and juice in the lobby 24 hrs a day. The staff was all pleasant. Would recommend staying here.

I love the security at this place! The front doors were locked by a specific time. You could only get in with your key or if one of the desk clerks let you in. The rooms themselves were modern, clean, and refreshing. The bathrooms were fabulous, and there were an insane number of towels. That seems like such a tiny detail, but it matters! The breakfast options were great as well. The only thing I disliked was that it was insanely pricey — especially for a late check-in.

My entire experience at this particular facility was incredibly pleasant, even traveling with my fur baby. The front desk attendant was not only amicable but she also helped make my stay easy by placing me on the first floor near the exit, so I could maneuver hassle free with my dog without passing other patrons. My room itself was spacious, relaxing, and comfortable.

I stayed here after a motorcycle ride through the Ozark National Forest. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and economical.

The comfort is good and the cleanliness.

We only stopped in for a place to sleep late, but the attendant was cordial and of service late into the night, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the room was a great size and had everything we needed, the parking was really good, and we could check out late. I would definitely stay again if I needed a hotel in Little Rock.

Great Service. Great Place. I stayed here a handful of times on business and always enjoyed my stay. The staff is exceptionally responsive to request. And the gentleman that runs the cafe has serious skills. He remembers your order and starts to prepare it when he sees you appear in line to order. Most importantly, the hotel is clean. This property subcontracts cleaning services out to another company and holds them accountable if they fail to meet the hotel's standard.

The room was nice. My family and I enjoyed the pool, and the continental breakfast wasn't bad either. I'd definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is entrance was hard to find. If you ever stay here, just remember to turn into the Waffle House parking lot.

Great value. Decent room and breakfast for the price. Stayed one night with kids and no complaints. Bed was not especially comfortable, but my husband and kids had no complaints. Kids enjoyed the pool.

In many ways, this Holiday Inn Express is just like all the others. But look closer and you'll see a very unique place. The roof is loaded with solar panels (check out satellite view in Google Maps). The building is a Leed building (Google it). There is a Tesla Supercharger next door. This is a well thought out hotel that is clearly positioned for the future. And you can stay there today.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, new, right off the highway and yet tucked back a bit. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your standard fair but clean, restocked and well run. Traveling with a dog was easy. I can't get over how new and clean it was here. My room was near the highway side, but I could not hear any traffic noise. Very quiet all around. I did not hear any noise from other rooms. Easy parking. Temperature control was good in the room.

The rooms were very nice, they contained a nice sized bathroom, a nice tv, a very comfortable bed, and the usual commodities such as a keurig. The customer service was extremely patient, as I was having phone problems that repeatedly ended the call. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was excellent. Unfortunately I was unable to see the pool as I arrived at 11:30 after hours of driving. They have a hot tub as well.

Good clean, comfortable hotel. Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint was the same issue I have with seemingly every single place I stay of room key cards malfunctioning here and there.

Beautiful resort and really nice rooms! It felt like an apartment that I’d be happy to live in. Two bedrooms, nice kitchen and a nice lake. Lots of activities as well.

Leaving the city to come find this gem was very much worth it. Quiet, large roomy villas, plenty of activities to keep our 3 sons busy, and lots for Dad to do too. Best break a Mom could ask for. We will have to stay here for all our family trips to this area.

I've stayed at alot of hotels that were next to busy interstate highways, but this one is so quiet. The ladies at the front desk are awesome, good breakfast, and the rooms are super clean. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Hampton Inn Forrest City for providing me with a comfortable place to stay. I'll definitely be back.

The property as a whole is clean and well-maintained. The front desk associates were courteous, welcoming, and professional both at check-in and check-out. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked fine, there were ample plugs for chargers and devices, and the lighting was good. I have stayed here before and I'm pleased that the high level of service and cleanliness is consistent over time. Great place for a restful overnight!
