Clean rooms. Good price. Close to highway if that's a dealbreaker. I liked it.

Gross. Nasty pepto bismal looking doors, the shower screeched in my ear the entire time and they obviously didnr clean thw bathroom bc there was an open used soap bar by the sink and in the shower. Will never go back.

The price is great! Decent accommodations, no frills. Great spot for a quick overnight stay.

Don't do it, Y'all! 1st — The older woman is horrid! Ex 1: Our cable wasn't working so we had to call the front desk. The old lady came in and immediately started shutting off all our lights telling us we didn't need them on. There are reading lamps and she said "These are for night time, not day time"! Ex 2: Then she told my mom to only use the remote to change the channels "UP & DOWN. NOTHING ELSE"! Ex 3: The next day I went to eat the continental breakfast and was taking my ant size muffin and mothwash cup of orange juice when she jumped from the shadows and said "You eat that in breakfast room"! So back I went. Ate. Got up and ate another ant size muffin and another. Ex 4: She came out and said "One serving only"! Ex 5: When we finally checked out I was coming from the room after my potty before road trip. & She goes in and starts turning off lights and says you checked out, you have to leave! Geeze! I was never happier to oblige! 2nd: This hotel backs right up to a truck stop. Your bed is LITERALLY A FEW FEET from very loud running trucks with truck drivers sleeping in them. They are not empathetic to someone paying for their bed. 3rd: These are the HARDEST beds I've ever slept on. Ever. 4th & Finally: This is in Arkansas, not Tennessee.

While the room is clean, the customer service is very lacking. We checked in at night and we had to stay in the vestibule till after receiving our key cards. After dark, we found out, they don't unlock the doors because it goes through the breakfast room and they are afraid people will mess it up. So, you have to lug everything back outside and around to the side door. There is no elevator, but thankfully our rooms were on the first floor. The internet only gives 1 bar of connectivity… it is very slow. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and the bed is nice. If you aren't interested in convenience, kindness, or good internet, it's a great place to stay.

The rooms were clean. Unfortunately you can hear the interstates from the rooms but it's not loud. Turning on the fan will mostly mask the traffic sounds. After 8 they apparently don't let you in the lobby, you instead have to rent your room via this little teller window in the entryway. Overall I'd stay there again since it was pretty cheap at $60 a night.

Great place to stay. We were there three nights with no problems. Rooms were extremely clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will stay here again.

Room was clean no shampoo conditioner or lotion. Attitudes of employees not the best. Made a point that all they had to give you as a Rodeway Inn was coffee and the breakfast was very limited.

I would never go to this hotel again. After we payed for the room the lady at the front desk told us we had to pay a $20 deposit if we payed with cash and a $50 deposit if we payed with a card before she could give us a key. The next morning they wouldn't give us any extra towels and told us we couldn't get our deposit back cause we had people in our room. They said that no one can visit you if their name is not on the check in list. I said you can't have someone visit you what? They said No it is a law. That is something new to me. The whole family stay at the hotel and they have someone watching the camera's all day and night. That is crazy. Then they ran outside after they seen my guest leave my room and watch them get in the car. I guess for proof that other people was in there. I believe that they sit around and come up with different reasons to keep people deposit money. They are very rude also. Don't Go To This Hotel.

Clean rooms with bad road noise and a sad breakfast. Good if all you need is a place to sleep and you are a heavy sleeper.

Honestly it makes me pissy when people book a $70 hotel right and then complain about it. The ROOMS were clean. It had a fridge and microwave and two nice enough beds. Yes the hallway was a bit musty, but who on earth rates a place by its hallway? Breakfast was spartan, but fine for kids. Staff was kind and accommodating… I have zero issues with this stay for the price.

Choose another hotel. This place is in a bad location. Highway noise, smelly hallway and dirty bathroom. Worst hotel stay yet. Will not again stay at any roadway inn even if it's free. Company website rated it 4stars? I just question who wrote the reviews. Sorry, no positive points on this one. Can't wait for the crack of dawn so we can leave.

The room was clean enough and the staff were accommodating; glad we chose to stay here during our cross-country road trip. I say "clean enough" because the coffee maker hadn't been emptied from the previous guest. The bed and towels were clean and comfortable, and that's what we needed. Breakfast was very simple; don't expect much there. But the lady at the desk was nice enough to bring a few of the food items back out for us, even though we arrived after breakfast time had ended. I would definitely stay here again if I had a reason to be in Memphis at night.

DON'T STAY HERE! I'm only giving it 1 star because you have to in order for your post to go thru. The manager (who is also the owner) is very rude, unprofessional and prejudice, she needs somebody else to be the face of her establishment who understands customer service and the VALUE of customers. She was very condescending and rude for absolutely no reason from the time we walked in until the time we decided to cancel our reservation and take our business else where. As we were leaving we requested a cancellation # so we could have on hand in the event she tried to unjustly charge us (This simple and normal request MADE HER GO BALLISTIC) she then started yelling for us to "GET OUT" then brought her daughter out to yell at us with her and called the police on me and my mom who is an elderly woman with a cane. I urge you again, DON'T STAY HERE! If you are reading this review or any of the other bad ones, don't ignore them, they are not exaggerations! (I ignored them and regretted it later).

Would stay here again. Room was clean, service was helpful. The location was easily accessible to the highway. One odd thing about the room was that it was recently renovated but not 100% finished. For example the new light fixture holders on the wall had holes where the light fixtures are supposed to go.

Basic hotel. You definitely get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. Probably okay for a short stay and when you're short on cash. The cleaning ladies are super nice, and it was quiet. The manager could use some training. When I complained about mildew in our bathroom, she made up some excuse about the rooms being prepped for renovations and the black stuff actually being caulk. Nonetheless, she offered to switch our room. The next day she called our room after 10:30 to say that if we didn't leave by 11, we would not receive room service. I've never been to a hotel that stopped cleaning at 11 am, but that's the policy here. Because of this, we chose to only have our rooms cleaned 2 of the 4 days we were there (because who wants to get up and leave by 11 just to have someone make up your bed? ). The breakfast is continental — nothing hot except except a waffle maker, and it's from 7am-9am. The manager's claims about renovating seem to be true because there is carpet stacked in the halls and the rooms have little holes an chipped paint where wall decor has been moved. The manager also came into our room and changed out an old timey phone with a newer one while we were there. Maybe the place will be better once the renovations are done.

Have you ever used a gift card at a particular place and wished you had saved it because you got something you really wished you had not? That is how I felt about using my 8000 Choice Hotel Rewards. I usually stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in the same town which I love, but they were booked. I had to stay at the Rodeway Inn and although the bed was nice and overall the room was nice, the noise from the trucks was just too much. I woke up early to be on the rode before 7:00 a. M. And I went to take a shower. There was NO hot water. It was slightly warm and I had to shower. When I was finished rinsing it finally got a little warmer. What really grossed me out though was the shower curtain. The bottom was full of mold and mildew! I even took photos. I went to leave and the lobby doors were locked and she said I had to go out of one of the side doors? I couldn't even stay to eat my FREE breakfast because it didn't start until 7? Most people like me are wanting to be on the rode by then. I was so disappointed and I really want my 8000 points back. : (

First time staying at a Rodeway Inn and it was a great stay! The new furniture in the room looked fancy and modern. With the price and location, I was skeptical but was wowed when I saw the nice rooms for the great value of my money. Staff have worked well to maintain standards above and beyond a normal Rodeway Inn, which I usually avoid. But the rooms in this Rodeway Inn were fantastic and are comparable to Best Western or Holiday Inn rooms! Traveling from Alaska to Pensacola and staying at several branded hotels, I would have to say this hotel had the best furnished room for the price than any I have stayed during my trip. Recommend to all!
