Not recommended hotel. Walls are paper thin! You will not sleep in peace at all. We came in midnight on Saturday and went to sleep 2 hours later with a loud, drunk couple next door slamming doors all night. We surprisingly woke up to 6 kids in the room above us with their feet jumping up and down off beds. Both times we went to the concierge who was never even upfront. We also called twice and no one answered. Breakfast was great though!

The front desk person liall was super rude. We drove to MO from WI for a dog show at Purina farms. When I booked my stay I booked through Hotels. Com which stated that this hotel is pet friendly so I booked. Upon arriving at 3AM I went through the check-in process and Liall at the front desk stated back to me my reservation 2 adults no children no pets, I then corrected and stated we did have pets and that when I booked on Hotels. Com there was no option to hit I had pets he then asked how many pets I had, I stated 4 and his response was you can not stay here. Dumbfounded I asked why and he said they have a 2 pet only policy, 30lb maximum weight, I stated that was not on the website I booked through he then said had I looked on there website I would have found it there. Okay fine so I left. In the midst of finding a new hotel at now 330AM, I then called back to confirm with Liall that I would be getting a refund and he stated to me that he emailed Expedia and that it does state on Expedia there pet policy. I have screenshots of what is on HOTELS. COM which is the site I booked through. It DOES NOT state there full pet policy.

Be as courteous as possible, even placing cigarette butts in my own pocket to throw away later. My girlfriend is the same way. On the night of our stay, I had even crossed paths with the night auditor, Rob while I smoking outside. But on May 13th I apparently disregarded all my own rules and allegedly smoked in my hotel room. I noticed my credit card was charged an additional $150 dollars! 🤬. The reason, member of house keeping saw a cigarette butt on a counter. I assumed it was one that my girlfriend or I had NOT thrown on the ground outside, RATHER brought into the room to dispose of. The cigarette but, I'm sure did not smell all that great. Basically, for doing a good service and not littering, I was instead PUNISHED for my deed.
Calling the desk attendant for assistance was frustrating, embarrassing and humiliating. I spoke with " LYNN" who spoke with a patronizing, accusatory and inconsiderate to say the least. I stated my case to the judge jury and punisher, the honorable Lynn presided. I was "uh huh"'ed, with an almost spiteful tone. I was told that there was evidence in this case, which was painstakingly collected by top-tier CSI/Housekeeping staff and consisted of
1) One partially smoked cigarette butts
2) the smell of said item.
The honorable Lynn refused any logic, and I was fined $150 for NOT littering.
Thanks a lot Lynn. Now I'll never stay in a Best Western Again, especially the Best Western in Washington, MO.

My family stayed here for New Year's Eve. Grandkids had so much fun in the pool. Our suite was very spacious. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Had a wonderful night, was very clean and employees were very friendly.

Greg the desk clerk was one of the rudest people we've ever dealt with. We will never stay here again.

I feel they overcharge Comfort Inns just as nice they don’t charge that much. All I do is sleep, shower and run along.

We had an entire softball team. Definitely recommend & would stay here again.

Rude front desk staff. Condescending & unwilling to help. Refuse to give full name or manager contact when requested to discuss issues. I have never had front desk staff treat me like that, especially when I was trying to reserve THREE hotel rooms.

Stayed for business and was impressed not only with cleanliness & comfort of rooms, but the staff throughout the hotel day and night were friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this hotel and the city itself is just beautiful.

Great time no problems except hot tub was disgusting.

Front staff was nice — ALL of them… Lynne, Dominic, people on nights — all were polite — room was decent. Exercise room was great. No vending machines. Internet was intermittent. Housekeeping was horrible. Never vacuumed even though I kept everything in closet. Did not completely strip bed unless I asked (I stayed for 8 weeks on business). Did not replace supplies regularly, did not empty ice bin or replace bags ever… Phone did not work entire stay even though reported. Three outlets in room did not work, even though reported. Breakfast — nasty egg omelets, soggy biscuits, orange juice like paste. Rest of it was ok. Hot Tub… only 1 jet worked the rest were broken. I stayed for 8 weeks and I am a rewards member and only got 500 points.

Scenic location by Hillerman's. Target, shopping close by. Spacious, clean rooms and dining area. Kids love pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable lounge and dining area. Love the Washington and wine themed art. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the top 10 hotels I've ever stayed in my life.

Great location right off of Hwy 100, close to dining and shopping. Clean, modern and well equipped rooms. The staff was attentive and nice.

We’re there for 5 days! For our sons wedding. We were treated like family. I highly recommend staying there. I will never stay anyplace else.

We Were A Large Family Group There For A Wedding. The Staff There Did Everything Possible To Make Our Stay Wonderful, They Even Opened Up A Meeting Room In The Evening For Us To Celebrate Buy Our Selfs.

I have to moment and do this review. They have been so wonderful this past week, helping me stay close to my training location, shuffling me rather than forcing me to travel 30 mins away to a different hotel. From the front desk, to the housekeeping to the breakfast, they all been friendly and helpful.

My husband and I where staying at the hotel for our 7 yrs anniversary. And I had fell in the stand up shower and I fractured my C1 vertebra and damaged my hip and back and I can hardly walk anymore. There is no grip on the floor, and no handles in the shower. But they are denying that they are at fault in any way and that there showers are safe. Because no one else has fallen in the shower. I have over $40, 000 in medical bills and still going. They are not taking any responsibility. The company was not concerned about it at all and have dismissed me regarding the matter. The staff was very unprofessional about the matter. They didn't even want to fill out an accident report for their insurance company. They would not return my calls, when I was finally able to get there insurance companies info they had already fixed the shower floors so the insurance company doesn't believe me, even though I have pictures to show the shower floor had no type of adhesive on the floor. The insurance company said cause no one else had gotten hurt staying in the room we where in they where not at fault.

I highly recommend this hotel. My husband has been staying at this hotel for almost 7 weeks! It is one of the cleanest, nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating hotels we have ever stayed in.

I booked a room for my parents at Best Western Plus in Washington, Mo. Mobility is an issue with my mother and she had no problem walking into the motel or to her room. They said the bed was the most comfortable they had ever slept on. They also enjoyed breakfast each morning. I will definitely use this hotel for future guests.

I had a wedding in the area that I attended, and stayed here over night. The hotel was clean and nice. The worker in the lobby, was very nice and made a good recommendation for a bar near by. The breakfast ended at 9am which I missed. Wish it went to at least 10am.

The place is very nice as well as the staff. Rooms are clean and there is plenty to eat for breakfast but the items that were supposed to be hot were barely warm, coffee was great. Only issue was I asked for a quiet room away from any noise and was given a room next to the stairs above the pool. I didn't realize the were going to be a bunch of kids there in the pool yelling and playing till 11 at night.

Very nice place, friendly staff, quiet location, decent breakfast. Parking spaces are tight is the only negative. Would stay again!

There is a review coming on this hotel, but I don't have the 90 minutes it's going to take to type it up right now. Lets just say for now, in this town, you have 2 choices. 1) Best Western. 2) Super 8. Only for STARTERS, BW's rates are RIDICULOUS. My suggestion is to drive to the next town. The full review will include the rudeness of staff member Greg. I said to him I'll never stay at a Best Western again, and I won't and my company won't, and my family won't, and my associates, and my colleagues won't. NEVER should a person in the Hospitality Industry say to a customer, "That's ok, we don't want your type anyway. " In my full review, I'll review my type, and Greg's type. This'll be fun.

Awesome, up to date, comfortable, luxurious Best Western. Great hot breakfast with savory and sweet options — healthy options too! Indoor pool and Jacuzzi! Rooms offer a Keurig with pods to use! Great place to stay :)

Our family had an excellent stay. 5 of us were very comfortable in the large suite and felt we had room to spare. All staff were professional and helpful. Kids loved the breakfast buffet.

One of the best ones in this brand that I stayed at. All of the staff were super friendly, the indoor pool was very clean and nice along with the hot tub!

Nice big room with nice big bed and tv. Also had a small refrigerator and microwave built into the entertainment center under the tv. Big bathroom with shower and toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc) Dark gloomy decor but roomy and comfortable. Nice people at the front desk and in breakfast room. Great breakfast! I had biscuits and gravy, bacon, a banana and orange juice. Mom had a waffle, scrambled eggs and bacon. Almost worth the higher room price just for the better breakfast. We will be staying here again.

The room situations are great. After I spent a couple nights here, I smelled like a rotten pineapple, so that's always a win for me. In fact, I already look like a pineapple so it goes with my style perfectly. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff. We brought our dog and had no problems. Room was very clean and the breakfast was better than most places. I will be staying here again.

I want you to know that we have stayed at your hotel on many different occasions. On this one we stayed in rom 213 with a king bed and Jacuzzi. Here are things you need to improve in this room: There is a gouge out of the wall to the left after walking in the door. There is a deep scratch in the drawer of the desk. The light above the Jacuzzi did not work. The metal piece in the Jacuzzi tub looked a bit rusty and spun around which I believe should be stationary. I had no hesitation of giving this location 5 stars for past visits. I love how clean it is kept BUT you must maintain the quality of the rooms.

My sister, brother and I were in town for a funeral. We were impressed with the attentiveness of the overnight desk clerk and the morning desk clerk and their eagerness to insure that we had a comfortable stay and that we would be return guests. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and worthy of a resort. Although we did not have time to take advantage of the breakfast, the aroma from the dining room made it difficult to resist!

I originally only planned to spend one night, but when the wedding party that I came from turned into a weekend thing they were very helpful about extending the room another night. The staff were amazing; helpful, nice, and attentive. The room was great, if a bit small. Soft pillows, mini-fridge, microwave and keurig. Breakfast selection was okay, but the gravy was awful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

One of the nicest Best Western hotels I've been at. Very friendly staff, very nice complimentary breakfast with the hot foods being hot and tasty. Comfortable beds and I appreciated the single cup coffee machine in the room. Very clean hotel, convenient location for my trip.

The service was great! The man at the front desk drew a map showing us the best parts of the nearby parks to see the eclipse. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel is right off the main road and is easy to navigate to other local area as well.

My family and I recently stayed at a Best Western in Washington, Missouri and the stay was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of delicious choices. My son loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub!

We had a delightful stay at the Washington, Missouri Best Western. Clean, courteous help at front desk and at breakfast. Our room felt very humid the first night. Second day Maintenance brought in a dehumidifier which helped a lot. We were staying in the room with a whirlpool tub. We had not used the tub at all but room was maybe humid from last visitors. Dehumidifier did the trick. Room was very clean and whirlpool tub was a beautiful addition to our room with mirrors all around the tub, pillars in front. We mainly wanted a room with a King bed and this one was only one available. Bed was VERY comfy too.

This is a very nice hotel. The service and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The beds could use a mattress pad, and the eggs and bacon are very bland… as in all BW hotels. The price for this area is a little high. Overall a great experience, though. It just needs a couple of these things taken care of to push it to 5 stars!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Washington Mo for a family reunion. Room was clean and neat. We booked the King Suite since we also have a baby and it was perfect for us. We set up his pack n play in the bedroom and then had the living area to watch TV until it was our bedtime.

The Best Western Plus hotel in Washington, MO was wonderful. The staff all seemed to go out of their way to be helpful in any way. I didn't need any extra help, but did observe staff going out of their way to be extra helpful to those that needed it. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

We stayed at this Hotel this past Sunday night. It is awesome. We try to come and stay at least twice a year. The pool and hot tub is great. The service is excellent. The man working at the front desk is exceptionally nice and friendly. I am pretty sure his name is Greg. Tried to read his name tag. We enjoyed his down to earth friendliness and my husband and I enjoyed our little chat with him. He topped it off with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in your hotel last night. It was the best experience I have had in a hotel, best beds slept so good nice everything and breakfast was wonderful and so was the service. Employees were very nice and helpful in finding places to eat. Awesome prices too. We will continue to stay in your hotel only when we come to do the wine trails. Very happy customers here. We are a family of 5 and we stayed in one of the suites on the lower level by the pool. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable! We loved being able to walk across the hallway to the pool. We also loved eating our breakfast on the patio off the breakfast area.

The staff was very pleasant in the room was extremely clean and the hotel was well kept.

Pool is small, shallow, and indoor, hottub is nice but jets don't work. Started with the worst. Work out room is clean and has nice equipment. Rooms are stellar and staff is great. 8.5/10. Would recommend.

This is a great property, we Love it! This is our preferred lodging choice when traveling back to OK from MI. The staff are always very welcoming and professional. I appreciate their helpfulness. The common areas are decorated nicely, and are attractive. The rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and in great condition. There is a wonderful selection provided for the complimentary hot breakfast, more than enough choices to satisfy all taste. Items are fresh and replenished when needed, the attendent also does a great job keeping the tables and room clean during the breakfast time. The pool and spa are nice to relax in before bed, and to get a little exercise in after breakfast.

Great place to stay. The rooms and hotel were clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety which was nice. Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, etc. They had a noise policy to sign stating that you get one warning and upon the second contact you will be asked to leave the hotel. I liked that, just cause I've stayed at hotels that were loud all night. I would definitely stay again.

Super clean. Smelled good everywhere. Completely non smoking building. All new everything. Wide hallways with windows. Spacious, great decor, even in hallways. Hot breakfast. Great pool and hot tub. Pleasant staff. Excellent stay. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Upscale hotel with many amenities. Rooms were very modern and clean. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. Many places to eat nearby. I highly recommend staying here if in this area.

From what I understand this is a newly remodeled hotel and it is lovely. The decor is beautiful, it's clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had the breakfast buffet, my husband and I both were pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was. It is typical hotel buffet and very good. If they can continue to get good ratings we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here three nights on business. Room new and clean. Very comfortable king-sized bed, large Hi-def flat screen TV with great cable package. No problems using WI-Fi. Pool and hot tub clean and in good condition. My room was quiet and I was able to work in evenings without noise. Decent variety on breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions/requests I had quickly. I would stay here again.

Wife and I stayed just one night as we were in town for a wedding. We were both very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and room, the overall decor, friendliness of the staff, the comfort and softness of the linens and a nice wide tub/shower.

This hotel has been recently remodeled so it is like staying at a brand new hotel. I normally stay at Hilton Garden Inns on business trips but hotels are very limited in the Washington area. This hotel is every bit as nice as a Hilton Garden Inn at quite a bit less money. This is a great value and I will be using this hotel every time I visited my plants here in the future.

I stopped in at this hotel when visiting the area. The staff is always very friendly and my rooms are always immaculate. My stay has always lived up to the expectations I have set forth. I don't know a better way to thank the staff than to give word of mouth and this review for their cheerful attitudes when I am there.

Visited with family and wanted a hotel with a pool and hot tub. It's a little bit from the St. Louis area but well worth it. Cozy quiet and comfortable. Top-notch staff! Would definitely stay her again.
