Incredibly clean, good customer service, rooms a bit outdated, free breakfast (powered eggs and fat thin sliced bacon were gross)!

Very nice and convenient to local restaurants (and in walking distance)

I’ve stayed in a few different hotels when traveling to Fort Smith and this is easily my favorite. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this hotel it’s a great place to stay and the breakfast is awesome!

It was nice and the staff very friendly.

Pool was very dirty this wasn't from day use. It was not cleaning for days. We only stayed here since it was a indoor pool. The Deck was gross had cracks. Be careful so you don't cut your feet.
I hated the bed spread blanket. Very heavy to warm. Either that or the sheets. Ugh. Tub was dirty.
there was poop all over Courtyards. I could go on.

We rented 2 suites for my daughters 3rd birthday as we use this hotel very often for party’s and spent over $340 on rooms only to be told I would have to rent the room for the party that I ha w never had to do in the park. The lady Marlena at the front desk didn’t even want us to use the room but we could for an extra $25! When we checked in our rooms smelled just like vomit and the only wanted to spray some fabreeze. The fridge stuck so bad! I kept complaining until we finally got switched rooms 20 min before the party was to be started! I was so mad! The manager did end up letting me use the room for the party at no charge I just feel like everyone needs to be on the same page! And the hotel staff def need to clean a room better and not try to stick people in a room that smells horrible!

Very convenient and would recommend this hotel.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and kept asking if there was anything at all we needed to please let them know. The hotel was full from basketball tournaments, but you wouldn’t know it from how on top of everything they were. The rooms were beautiful and clean and comfortable. We were there for a birthday party and I couldn’t recommend their birthday package enough! Will definitely be back!

Outstanding great place to stay with family and friends even with a large baseball team here we were still treated as if we were the only ones here.

Best hotel in northwest Arkansas, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the shuttle service is very convenient for those who wish to get around Fort Smith, nice restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel, a big thank you to John, Rebecca and Bria for helping me with the tickets for the old fort days rodeo, really appreciate it best of luck to you all and hope to see you again.

I stayed here a couple of years ago while under renovation. Wow! What a difference. Everything fresh and new. Very comfortable bed. Five stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, but I must say none come up to this one. It is probably the most beautiful one we have ever stayed. The landscaping was so pretty we thought we were at a resort. It has really raise the bar for the rest. The manager and staff was so very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and a great selection. It was very clean and comfortable. Just minutes before we arrived, the air conditioner on our car went out. They were so considerate and helpful with our predicament in suggesting a reputable repairman. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

The rooms were very clean and neat. Breakfast was awesome. We needed two rooms with a connecting door… got it. We were in town for a funeral and having a clean, safe hotel made everything easier.

Hotel was very nice and clean. They had two different hot tubs (one inside and one outside) that were both really nice. The staff was really nice and the breakfast in the morning was great.

Got in around 10 pm after driving all day. Check in was easy. Rooms clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of different options. Everyone was nice and friendly. We were happy with our stay.

Hilton Honors Wi-Fi login did not work (had to just log on using complimentary option). Great breakfast selection and the rooms were very modern/updated.

Front desk people have no respect qualitys. They don't even have a manager on duty. No one knows how to do any thing at the place we had to move our rom 6 times because all the rooms had no ac did got in our room till 5 in the morning then the main cleaning follow me around screaming at me for trying to get a manager. Worst place ever! DO NOT BOOK HERE YOU WILL REGIT! Motol 6 probably has better service.

This is the best hotel in fort smith the staff made me feel like home. Breakfast is one of the best. Linda and bria thanks to cheked on us, by text you guys are the best. I wanted to like the hotel so much, but my family and I unfortunately didn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped we would. First of all, I was informed that check-in was at noon, like a lot of hotels. We drove to Fort Smith from MN. It was a long 11 hour drive overnight. We called at first when we got there around 9am and were told the rooms would be ready for us by 12:30. I called again just to make sure by 12:30 if our rooms were ready and we were told to come back again closer to 3. We were so tired from driving through the night, we were hopeful to get some rest by noon as we were told so we could enjoy the evening with our families. Instead we didn't get to "sleep" til almost 4pm and still had to get up by 6 to meet with family. It's a beautiful hotel, but staff weren't as friendly including housekeepers. The bathroom doors are weird. I don't understand the sliding concept which my young children could not open at all because it was too heavy of a push for them. We have stayed at the Double Tree hotel before in downtown Fort Smith and will be staying there instead whenever we are down there in AK. I love the open concept there. The rooms are bigger, and the environment there is much more uplifting and welcoming than over at the Hampton hotel. Plus, it's cheaper by about $20 per night. One more thing, the elevators are very slow, and I found it odd that sometimes they would be packed with a few carts of house cleaning items.

Awesome stay. Very very nice rooms hot breakfast courteous staff. Easy access to highways. Very good price for the Dollar. Would definitely recommend.

It's the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Fantastic visit the staff are kind little gift bag of toys for kiddos. Pools are great. Made the best impression for Arkansas. Great price too!

This place is so comfy and clean. My husband stays here when he travels and I came this week to find a place to live. Great breakfast. Plenty of coffee. Friendly staff. If you have a reason to stay in Ft Smith, this is the place to stay.

The greeting on the door seems to sum it up. I love it! The sunset views from my 3rd floor room were great. Coin laundry machines, a gym, a gathering room (similar to a residential family room), a very good cleaning staff, a courteous maintenance man and friendly desk staff all contributed to a great 5 night stay. This hotel has been remodeled in the last few years, both inside and out. The parking lot is in great condition, is well marked and very well lit at night. My only criticism is the breakfast. The fresh fruit doesn't look good enough to trust (I had bad experiences here 3 years ago) and I recommend avoiding the French toast and Canadian bacon AT ALL COSTS! Everything else was good. I do recommend staying here.

Had a problem on the first day we left shopping all day came back after dinner and they hadn't cleaned our room. No clean towels. Then the next morning we had a plane to catch woke up at 5 o'clock so we could leave by 530 get to the airport and got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes. The party I was traveling with was very upset and made it known at the front desk when we left and I was really really surprised at the front desk girl Leeanne never once apologized for the inconvenience. All they seem to want to do is tell us that the airline staff was there at our hotel and they couldn't leave without us. She then commented to us that she checked with the maid staff who told her we had left a do not disturb sign on the door which was nowhere near the truth. I love Hampton Inn I'm a Hilton honors member but was very disappointed this time. I will still continue to go there because I know this is not the norm.

I had a brand new beautiful king suite, nice staff! Problem I had is: I left my favorite food from Fuji Restaurant in the refrigerator and when I got to Alma I immediately called to ask the front desk to have the maid service get it and bring it to her and I would be back to get it. When I arrived I found that the Maid didn't understand English and thought the girl told her throw my food away! Why would I call to tell them to throw it away? Then they said I could have a box of chocolates and when I got to Maumelle and opened it I had an empty box! Oh boy! What luck!

The room was recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. The air conditioner didn't cool very well and the staff at breakfast wasn't super friendly. The choice of food at breakfast was amazing. Overall a great place to stay and we use them again when in the area.

I arrived to check in at 3:04AM (late arrival) for my reservation on 9/16/16 to find the hotel with no staff on duty. No one answered phone calls to the hotel. What was front and center was a note and a box of Room Keys. How safe are you sleeping at a hotel that was left unattended for approximately 40 minutes? Exhausted, I only wanted to get into my room just to find that the sink was clogged This location is the first that I have stayed at that didn't stand with the reputation of the Hilton Brand.

The hotel is currently being renovated, so any complaints I have about the current rooms are going to change soon! (e. I. Needs new carpet is my only complaint) I like the location of this hotel, the staff is friendly, and they provide a nice breakfast!

Hotel is under construction, starting at 8:30 a. M. This morning they were Jack hammering on the 4th floor. It vibrates all the way down to the second floor like they are in the bathroom in your room. You can hear this all the way down on the first floor if you are by the elevators. The song that is going on right now is actually something compared to the jackhammering.

Centrally located near interstate and restaurants. Rooms are clean and recently remodeled. Staff is very nice and welcoming.

I booked this suite as a birthday package & had a few issues due to oversights on my part. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. My family has stayed in many hotels over the years, some including 5 star accommodations. The Hampton Inn-Fort Smith staff is second to none of these in the area of service. The hotel is not new but very clean, the staff well trained & professional, and the delicious breakfast made for a wonderful experience. I would also like to add that I have never stayed at a hotel with a kiddie pool and our party thought it was an awesome concept!
