The place is good and clean. Good neighborhood. But don't expect too much for the breakfast. There's a family restaurant right in front.

I love it here. I have been here for quite some time and it is great. It feels like a home to me. It's safe, the owner is amazing, and you are right across the parking lot from some of the best food you will ever eat.

Located near the interstate. Large rooms with clean, aged furniture. Our room had a table and two chairs. The chairs had loose joints and shifted under weight. The bed was large with layers of bedding. The pillows were flat and needed to be stacked upon one another, but there were four pillows on the bed. The parking lot was well lit, well enough to bleed through the curtains. The towels were thin. This is a perfectly functional budget hotel.

Not the best place to stay, but felt very safe and it was pretty conveniently locators to the interstate. The room was clean, however the bathroom had for sure seen way better days. I would recommend another spot but really the proximity to roads and such lead me to say stay here! The manager was awful and not very good with customer service.

I don't really have any complaints. I was looking for something cheap but clean and convenient. This fit the bill. It was a little weird having rooms on both sides of the street. Their breakfast options were pretty weak but I didn't expect much. I just grabbed coffee to go.

The price may seem right but in the end the Sunset Inn in Clarksville AR is a bad deal. I stayed for two nights, June 9th and 10th 2018, and am now covered in bed bug bites. I have also found numerous bugs in my luggage as well. Especially stay away from room 201.

Very dirty. Had to clean bathroom before I could use it. Comfortable bed. Overpriced.

It was overall a really good stay except the bed was to soft and made my back hurt so bad. Maybe would help if they flipped the mattress? Idk.

Have stayed thee several times. Never had any problems. Always nice and we were able to get in the room early. A great location for us! Nice room & TV. Several restaurants close by.

I tried to book a room over the phone and asked what the rate was. I wanted to get the best rate, but also book directly through the hotel, so they could maximize their profit. The clerk, through his chewing mouthfuls of food responded that it was best to go online, and wouldn't even give me a quote. As I tried explaining why I'd rather book through the hotel directly, he just hung up on me. I imagine the level of service is not much better in person. Proceed with caution here.

Walked up to the window and had the clerk make fun of my eyes… then he comes up to the window as he has the door locked. Says hi and I said I'd like a room with 2 beds as I have 2 children. He said one bed. I said no 2 beds. He says how many people? 2 adults and 2 children I replied. Then asks if I want smoking or non? I said must be no smoking. He said no I have nothing. You have nothing I asked? Half giggling. He replies: My housekeeper is not here and I have no beds. Okay. I counted 3 vehicles in the parking lot. It's hard to not count when there are so few. So on my way to find another hotel at midnight. Prob for the best as I read reviews and not much positive going on.

This place is all right for one night but if you wanna stay the whole week it's cheaper it's a 2 star motel the price is ok for a 2 star I will stay again maybe if there's a chance again parking lot it's big it's ok I guess.

Really clean rooms, including the bed and the restroom. There was powerful water pressure and constant hot water. Comfortable beds, working refrigerator, and kind staff.

Nice rooms for a fair price, good for a quick place to stay. The male owner is a Little off putting at times.

Please do not stay here. Old "abandoned hotel they purchased from the bank" is what the manager told me. The room smelled odd and after 30 minutes inside I started to have problems breathing. The outside is extremely run down and they have partially renovated the inside, but the original air conditioner and bathroom fixtures are still there. I suspected mold either in the ceiling, floor or walls since I'm allergic to mold and mildew. The manager offered me another room, but with this kind of serious health problem I could not accept another room. He told me I had to get my refund from Expedia and gave me their phone number. Expedia told me the manager had to approve the refund before they could issue it, but the manager would not approve the refund even though I had not received any services from the hotel. Then an Expedia supervisor spoke with the manager, but he still would not approve a refund. The Expedia supervisor understood the serious health concern of allergies especially mold and refunded my prepayment as a courtesy. I understand people trying to start a hotel business, but they will not succeed without proper renovations and good customer service. I had to select a star for this to post otherwise it would be a "0".

Very nice, clean place and the service is great! The owner is very friendly and helpful. If you have any problems he's there to help in any way that he can. I like the location and it's not far from my husband's work. Really nice place for a very nice price.

If you look at the outside you're gonna want to stay elsewhere, however, don't let the look fool you. It is very clean on the inside. The room is an older style hotel much like the 90s. But it smells clean and the sheets were clean; that is the first thing I look at when going into any hotel. Floor is clean, the only thing I noticed are the walls were a bit dirty, and no bugs. The bathroom was clean. The AC works amazingly well. And they have a nice flatscreen TV. The downfall is that you can hear everything outside. I'd probably stay again when coming through.

I have been staying here on a extended stay for 4 month now … the rooms are clean staff is friendly … they upkeep this motel great … never had any issues.

Excellent deal, seems like it was just renovated.

Nice motel for the money… we broke down with a horse trailer full so needed a area to keep them happy… they had no issue with it… nothing fancy, but clean & quite with a resturant next door & a bar & grill out back.
