The lady at the front counter is horrible. We stayed there 6/20-6/21. We were suppose to stay longer but had to leave to get another hotel, because the front counter lady’s husband was inappropriately touching himself while my daughter and granddaughter were at the pool. We went to complain to her and all we get is well that’s my husband…
even another employee told us he does it all the time, they never do anything about it. That insane. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go there.

I stayed at this hotel for one night soon as I walked into the hotel I was greeted by one of the most nicest front desk person in the world. Our room was newly remolded it looked new the beds were comfortable. They also had a bar in the hotel that was fun they had music and karaoke I had a good time. I liked that they had a good business area I was able to complete some business reports. I liked the location it was close to where I needed to go. I would stay here again.

The rooms were good, clean, working ac. Breakfast was pretty good, not too great though. Outside of the rooms could be maintained better. All in all, pretty good for the price paid.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was decent but maybe a bit run down. No functional problems, but some areas in the bathroom need some aesthetic repairs. Wifi was nearly unusable which is fairly typical for hotels.

Didn't have bed bugs in the room I had. That's the most important feature of any hotel room. Breakfast was decent and the shower was nice and roomy. Bed was comfortable enough.

Very nice and caring staff. Rooms were clean. Pool is really nice. Staff helped us with all of our needs. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi signal isn't very strong, but was told that they are updating that very soon. Having the bar right in the hotel with a live band was really nice as well. We enjoyed our stay.

On one hand, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt like they were genuinely glad to see us. Also, the breakfast was great and the breakfast AREA was nice in a restaurant instead of just in the lobby. On the other hand, the room was dingy and the carpet badly stained. The AC was super loud and almost everything was in poor repair. We stayed here because they're the only hotel in town that takes dogs and if we're in town again, I'll stay here again for the same reason. The price was very cheap, so I don't feel too cheated by the state of things. For roughly 50 bucks, it's a place to be indoors and lay your head down.

Stayed there last night we were just passing through. We got there and we could barely get into our room the whole time we were there. They had no cots available for my son to sleep on so we had to make him a palate to sleep on. The Wi-Fi never worked on the side of the building we were on. We were promised the pool would be left open till 10:30 for my son and they locked it up on him. Breakfast this morning was not that good. Tried to take my son swimming this morning the pool was still locked up. The volume on our TV didn't work so we had to have it reset. The counter staff did what they could but the stay sucked. I woke up this morning with bug bites all over me that I did not have when I went to bed. The atmosphere is kinda scary at night some of the guest seem like they are on drugs running from room to room. I know if I ever come back out I will now be staying here. I will find a better place to stay where I don't wake up with bug bites and I don't have to deal with tweekers.

Was a nice place to stay when visiting our family. But their pet policy is insane. When it cost almost as much for our pets to stay here as it did is. Yep that is insane. And so that means Ramada WILL NOT be getting our business any longer. As our 2 furbabies are more well behaved than most kids we hear at motels. Kids running up and down the halls. Jumping on the furniture and off the bed. People with kids should be charged extra.

I had a previous review of this place from 1 year ago and had given it 4 stars because it had needed some updating but otherwise was very nice place to stay also at that time We had our 2 yorkie dogs with us at that time they were 3yrs and 1yrs old 2 girls. There was no pet fee! So we came back this year due to a family member not doing well and booked a room while We were in Tennessee and made our way here get to the hotel go in and we tell them we have a reservation that we have our 2 dogs she takes the card and hands us a paper to sign its stating we will pay $20 per day per dog! That's $120! We said no way told her We stayed here last year and there was no pet fee she just gave a dumb look and We said cancel it we will go stay somewhere else! So here we are trying to get settled so can get to this sick family member and we had to be delayed in having to find another place! So we found another PET FRIENDLY hotel! I have this to say I was not able to have kids and so these 2 pups are my kids and having to pay extra for them is not right should charge folks for their children at $20 a kid. At least my 2 pups dont use any of your precious amenities we carry bottled water so they dont drink your water and we carry their food so not eating your food either. We drive truck and stay in plenty of hotels and yes we agree that some people let their dogs destroy rooms but We respect places we stay and our pups do not chew or have accidents in any of the rooms We have trained them.

Duck Blind is a good bar. Definitely the nicer place to go if you want to have some drinks and socialize in Batesville. Decent pool tables, good drinks, good service, and good conversation.

It was an ok overnight stay. My room was clean but a few of my friends woke up with allergies from the humidity. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, the eggs and beans were very bland and the burritos were soggy and made with broken tortillas.

Room appeared clean and was large. Hardly any water when showering. Also found a spider crawling on the wall in the vanity area. I don't like spiders of any kind. Very few plugs for electronic devices.

I've stayed in three different rooms and each has come with its own problems. I. E. No blinds, broken door handle, broken lock, etc. That said, it has good reliable service and cleaning, a nice atmosphere, and great breakfast.

The front desk staff is super un-friendly first of all. Housekeeping staff is alot friendlier. The rooms are out of date but they are soon to going through a remodel. The carpet stinks, its dusty, rusty fixtures in bathroom. Apparently some folks live in this hotel free of charge. I stayed a over a wk & was never even offered a free night. Traffic in & out is noisy through the walls/door. Cops spotlight nightly. That went on til morn. Definitely one of those times when "I got what I paid for, " I guess!

Expected it to be up to Ramada Inn standards. It was not. Bathtub was dirty. Vending machine signs led to non-existent vending machine. Hot tub was empty yet the pool was filled. Smelled… Funky.

Very pleasant stay. Nice staff. Rooms were clean. Water pressure was my only disappointment.

The Ramada Inn franchise should be ashamed of this Inn it was so bad I personally cleaned the room before I would let my 2yr old daughter down in the room. I am writing this review to let other parents know that this Ramada Batesville, 1325 N. St. Louis, Batesville, AR 72501 is definitely not child friendly.

I ate at the kelly wyatts restaurant for breakfast while visiting relatives in Batesville. The buffet was quite good and the wait staff very attentive. Neither my water nor my coffee got more than half empty before a refill was offered.

The room we stayed in was nasty and in a state of disrepair. Everything in the room was stained with bodily fluids, the exact description I don't want to know. Black mold in the shower, that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. One of the wall lamps didn't work. One star only because I have to in order to warn other people away from this place. Will not be staying here again!

The room looked old but was clean ish. The bed was not soft, looks like it needs a remodel. The website said that there was free breakfast but there was no free breakfast. The employees at the front desk where offended I would ask about free breakfast when they have a restaurant. Because the Ramada website said you had continental breakfast. I won't be coming back to this hotel. The wife I was about 10 Megs, pretty slow.

We stayed one night in the Batesville, Arkansas Ramada and it was really nice except for the Lord to us. The said we had a 2 bed with either a pull out couch or a cot but when we got there it only had one bed and a pull out couch it would of been amazing if we got what we were told we were gonna. Other than that it was a nice stay.

It was a very nice visit. Room service was amazing. Everything was just perfect.

The Duck Blind at the Ramada is always a good time to people watch, have a drink or two and dance.

Am from NC and I staying on this Ramada hotel in batesville AR is 2:30 am and people got out of bar and continue drinking by the pool screaming to laugh I call front desk and someone toll me they will take care that situation but nobody is doing anything I'm very unhappy I have my family and we can not get some sleep. I don't recommend this place if you traveling. And I will call the corporation of the hotel and my bank to cancel my payment for this place.

I went to have a fun night at the Duck Blind, and it was a blast! The atmosphere was super friendly, and the prices were reasonable!

The room could have used a little updating. We have stayed there before and had nicer rooms. It was not an unpleasant stay though.

They are very helpful here and room service is great. They have a nice pool are and a hot tub as well. They also have a restaurant and bar on the property.

This was a very comfortable room. The price was very reasonable. The hotel has a private club that I have frequented and is owned by very nice people. The pool and hot tub were right outside of the room and was nice and quiet. 5 stars if the attached restaurant was any good. It's not. The hotel staff was very helpful from when I walked in the lobby until I left.

I'm giving it 4 stars mostly due to what ot is for the price. The room was clean, but very dated. It had a fridge and microwave which is nice and unlike alot of places where they have the fridge set to the warmest temp possible, this one was actually cold. It's attached to a restaurant that has an incredible breakfast buffet. Soring for the breakfast vouchers, it's well worth it. If you're in town for baseball or softball, it's only about a 4 minute straight shot to the fields. Unfortunately, no fast-food nearby, but there is a decent gas station about a block away. It looks like they are renovating a bunch of rooms so shortly this place may be really nice again. The outdoor pool was really nice and fairly big. It has a hot tub, but I didn't try it. The ice machine could have been in a much more convenient place considering where my room was. All-in-all it is a pretty decent place considering the price. I'll most likely stay here again if needed.

The bar isn't too bad. Just hit and miss nights. Sometimes the music is so loud you can't talk to anyone. Besides that, it's great, especially for Batesville.

I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. While the gentleman who took my reservation over the phone was very friendly and helpful, that did not make up for the problems that I had with this place. I'm generally easy to please when it comes to hotels but this one was very displeasing. The biggest complaint I would have was that there is a night club in the hotel. The gentleman who took my reservation did tell me about it over the phone when I booked my room, but no one mentioned it in any of the reviews so I didn't figure it was gonna be a big problem but it was, a big problem! You walk in the lobby and hear the music blaring right off the bat then we go to our room which was clear across the parking lot from the club and could still hear the bass of the music until around 2 a. M. My second complaint was the floor had not been vacuumed, which is just nasty! My last complaint was the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling! There was also a hair on the sheet of the bed but that could happen anywhere. We stayed on a Friday night and it was just a very big disappointment and I wish we would've spent a little more money and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. So take note and don't go here whenever the club is open and don't expect anything better than below average.

It is a wonderful place to go rather it be for a night or a weekend. If you want a great place to go to just get away Ramada is the place to go. O and did I mentione that the staff there is wonderful as well and very helpful.

Inexpensive, but outdated. The attached restaurant was good and the pool area is nice.

The "club" at the location was loud, obnoxious and made sleep difficult. I do not plan to visit this location again.

The rooms are ok cheap ceiling tile in the bathroom of my room and the bathroom looksxas if it was updated in 1983. The beds are good, lots of noise from the bar/ club, alot of yelling and loud music noise. Great lobby though friendly staff. But the court yard where pool and hot tub are located is not near as nice with the paint peeling above the doors in the walk ways mix of dirt n grass kinda looks like a ghetto apartment complex. I will be booking another Wyndham hotel next time.

They take care of me evertime I stay there.

Cleared the bed so they would be stripped and remade but I got back later the beds were made but with the same nasty sheets! My husband is up here on work and he dosent come back clean. We don't appreciate them not taking the time to do their job properly so we could be comfortable away from home. Plus the place looks old and ran down, needs major remodeling. Nasty.

Spend the extra money for your family's health and peace of mind and just go to the Holiday Inn. I made a reservation for Aug. 29th. There was a baseball tournament and also a car show that weekend. After being charged a $40 "security deposit" on top of the room rate, I was given a room that was completely DESTROYED, like headboards broken and hanging off the wall, matresses flipped over, food everywhere… room was supposed to be "off market" since Aug. 16. Next room, smelled of deadly chemicals and was CRAWLING with ROACHES! Not a few roaches, DOZENS! This room was also supposed to be "off market". I originally checked in at 5:20p. At 8p I still wasn't settled into a room. Eventually I was 'upgraded' to a double queen non-smoking room I was allowed to smoke in. Given my cash security deposit back and given a $20 discount. Manager On Duty Michael King was initially very rude when I spoke to him. I was told not to "speak over him and that I had a bad attitude and that I was welcome to stay at any of the other local hotels". Unfortunately for me they were no other rooms available in Batesville. I was hot, tired, wanted a shower and my kids needed to be fed. We stayed in the last room, checked out at 9a. Where I left my number for Michael and haven't received a follow up. I've been in contact with the health department and corporate. Spare yourself this grief. Spend the extra money somewhere where they care!

In 30 years of traveling this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rude people, dirty room, poor service. It tanks in every category.

Have stayed at worse, just don't remember when. Seriously though, I like the outside room access, nice pool, hotel seems to be clean. Hot breakfast was shut down, that says it on that!

We stayed at this motel in Sept 2013 I can't see how this motel has a 4 star rating. The bathtub was dirty and there were dead bugs behind the door which left us the feeling that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned that well. Our bed blanket had holes in it and was wore so thin in spots you could see thru it. We were on second floor and no elevator. The restaurant connected to it did serve good food. And the location was good for us, but I would not give the motel 4 stars. We will not choose this motel again.

This hotel is on my very short list of Do Not Return. First night saw two roaches in the bathroom (they were dead). One was very small indicating they have an infestation. There was also a spider in my bed the first night. Around 2:30 that morning someone attempted to get into my room. I was awoken by the door handle being jiggled very hard and the door being pulled back and forth. The second day I noticed that the towels (I left one purposefully on the floor by the roaches) had been picked up but the roaches remained untouched. To be quite frank I had previously* thought Ramadas' in general were clean and well kept… clearly their standards are slipping The pillows are great though.
