The first thing we noticed once we entered the hotel room was that it smelled like cigarettes. Once we got ourselves situated for the night, the word I would use to describe our room, is sketchy. They don't keep things clean either.

Nice owners. Great setup with fridge micro king bed and nice wood laminate floors. Would stay here again.

It'S very clean, very hygienic, clean daily.
Room Service, if you wish. Very friendly and friendly Service. Very responsible for hotel security and personal security. Any complaint is effective and quick action.

Ok first thing there is only a deadbolt for protection. Theres a gap in the bottom of the door, I slept on a Table and no im not joking. I went to go to bed, pulled back the covers and there are yellow stains and hair in the bed. So I went to the pull out bed, pulled out the bed and there was all kinds of dirt, stains and hair. But atleast I found a penny! There is black substance in between the tiles of the shower as well. Im here for two days and cannot wait until its over. Although the owner is polite the politeness doesn't circumvent the fact that the living space is extremely unclean.

Clean rooms but interior is very dated. Good balue for rhe money.

Was great when older man and wife ran it. Younger guy peaks in Windows and comes in your room unannounced. Never going back.

This place is amazing! My friend and I stayed there for a week and the rooms are cleaned daily and the owner is super friendly! Will be back to stay again! I'm normally very picky about my hotel and this one is great!

Room was clean, but general makeup was concerning. Dirt borders on the walls from previous pictures and a suspended ceiling didn't inspire much confidence. To top it off my, room was for two but 5 minutes after my GF friend stopped by they called threatening to charge extra. I don't know any hotels that forbid people visiting the guests for an hour.

My family stayed there for 5 days and it was the worst experience I have had my entire life. Our room has all sorts of issues from roaches, bed bugs, room lights busted and only one ceiling light working, water heater not working, no house keeping service or change of clean towels. They require a $50 deposit so I made sure to take pictures of the existing damage in the room. I would have canceled and move to a new hotel if they didn’t already charge my card and that refund would take days. I will not recommend this inn even to my worse enemy.

Staff is amazing and nice. Free Wi-Fi is nice. And they are updating there rooms look amazing.

I was stayed for 2 nights. Room was very clean and they do change the towels every day. I did't see any bed bugs. Property was very peaceful and staff were very helpful. Thanks.

Booked this hotel online. Was quoted a certain price. When I arrived at the hotel I was charged an extra 5.00 just for entering the room. It wasn't very clean. There was still fecal matter in the toilet. Looked like boogers on the wall. The pool was closed. They came into our room and got all the towels, but didn't leave any or bring any back. The bed however, was very comfortable. They were nice people.

The room was not to bad, great hot water, not very good water pressure.

I travel to Rodgers at least two times a year. And spend a few days there each time. I don't use the sheets or the pillows. But My last trip I used a pillows during a after noon nap. I woke up and my left arm had Bed Bug bits. Lots of them. And thay itched like Hell. Thay moved Me to another room. OK fine I know this can happen in the best of hotels. But even on my return trip this he thay offered no break on a room. I not trying to get somthing for free but when he tried to blame it on me instead of doing any little thing for me he would rather lose s regular Guest. OK Then. Yea its cheap. So I guess you get what you pay for.

I will never stay here again. I reserved a room a week ahead of time and when I got there the room wasn't ready. I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting on the cleaning lady to clean it and she didn't even mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down, there was dust everywhere and things still in drawers from the last guest. The bathroom walls had smears of soap scum all over them, the wall next to the sink had old food stuck to it, the lamp beside the bed had sticky stuff stuck to the side of it. The pool wasn't even open, couldn't get Wi-Fi in my room and everything in it was outdated. The fridge would barely even keep a soda cold. The room was way overpriced. The lights kept going out and the air-conditioning kept shutting it's self completely off all night so I had to keep getting up to reset it. I was very disappointed with my stay here. Would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Its horrible. First off the room wasn't even readywhen we got there at 3 in the afternoon. The room was very outdated. The old box style TV sits on a dresser tilted to the right and its bolted that way. Seems like all the lights are on a timer so they turn off on u all the time. And if u get a room closer to the back u cant reach there Wi-Fi even though they tell u its free. The pool is not in working condition. Then they tell me I have to check in any visitors and pay 5 dollars lol. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. I hated my stay here. Do not rent a room from here.

Location is hard to get into unless you are coming up on it with it on your right, other than that well taken care of.

I have been staying here for 4 months, Always paid my rent early and on time and this is the thanks I get for being a loyal non drug dealing adult. Witch by the way the Rogers Police are here on a daily trip to kick out dope dealers and bum's. Today all of the sudden I'm no longer alowed to have my door open or windows, I had a co. Worker come pick me up for work and was charged 5$ for him driving on the property. I was told there was FREE Wi-Fi but the only way I can get it is if the door is open. The place is full of bugs and drug dealers. Plus the maid begs for tips. I was also told today by the manger if I dont like the way im treated He does not give a shit " After taking my 182$ weekly payment" to get out. So you tell me Should I call my Layer now or when I move out? Oh The manager also said I cant keep all my lights on when Im in my room…

Good polite friendly owner. Very clean rooms. Safe and Best value. Excellent renovation on this property. New Management room rate lowest. God bless the management a success.
