Nice time during a quiet weekend. Pool was nice. Grounds were amazing.

There were bugs in the room, asked for a manager was told one did not work on the weekend. So asked for one to call me, finally two days later when I called I was told she was waiting. Very poor customer service, they never asked me if I wanted to change rooms just said they would make a note of the issue.

Very nice and conveniently close to downtown with several close places for dinner. Nice breakfast provided.

This hotel is just so neat. The room was quiet and clean. The landscape is just beautiful and well maintained.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. With COVID-19, they were all masked and signs on doors required you to protect yourself and others by wearing a mask. Thank you staff, we felt Covid safe.
Plan on returning for our regular yearly trip to Eureka Springs.

Not your average Quality Inn. Good location. Standard service, rooms and breakfast. Hardest working and most helpful employee was the gardener/maintenance guy planting flowers while we were there. Perfect honeymoon spot!

The lobby is nice and very inviting. The pool are was not as clean as it should have been and neither was the pool. The room smelled musty when we arrived but after air conditioning was ran for a few hours it went away. Room was cleaned but not vacuumed. The garden area is pretty. Breakfast was good but could have added meat to the menu.

Got one of the better rooms. Not saying the rest of the rooms are bad but mine was hidden down a little "luxury" hallway. Pretty cool. Very very nice staff. Very clean rooms. I'm in hotels alot, this is the first one that smelled great walking in. Way to go staff!

This is always my favorite place to stay when I go to Eureka Springs. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I called the night before our arrival to see if I could have our two rooms connecting. The reservation wasn't set up that way but he made the change and it worked out perfectly. The breakfast is better than I have ever had in any hotel. It never disappoints and even has someone cooking and refreshing all the items. The pool was clean and plenty of place to sit. It is located convenient to get on the trolley or just drive into the downtown or any of the restaurants. If you check the other hotels the Quality Inn is the best price for a fantastic stay in Eureka Springs.

The suite was amazing! The hot tub inside our room was accommodating for two! Room was beautiful! I mean very nice! Service and the staff was friendly and helpful!

My only problem is the fact that the area where the Continental breakfast is isn't wheelchair accessible. A simple fix would be to offer free delivery of the breakfast to rooms for handicapped guests. Overall still a lovely place with a breathtaking garden near the pool.

We booked a room here last minute due to a change of plans. We we're traveling for a wedding and our sitter fell through, so we needed somewhere more family friendly. Quality inn did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and courteous and evey employee seemed to genuinely care about us having a great experience. The pool was also very clean. The breakfast was good with quiche and diy waffles, and yes, there is no meat, but for free? Who cares! The host staff was more helpful than the staff in most restaurants. The rooms are dated a little, but exceptionally clean and great for the price. We would highly recommend staying here and will again!

We are always pleased with this Quality Inn. Very nice & clean, & very comfortable beds. Been coming to Eureka Springs for a long time. We use to stay at Best Western, but tried Quality Inn for something different. We keep coming back here when we're in town. A much better place. They recently opened their new breakfast area that had burned down. It is so nice. The food is really good. It was hot & fresh, & very well kept. Anytime we've stayed here, the staff have been wonderful. We absolutely recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel! Excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Bed was super comfy, lots of hot water, great breakfast. Fruit was fresh! Eggs were amazing. Great prices too.

We got a pretty nice room, breakfast was super! The staff was personable, this place all around was pretty good, not something to recommend to snooty or high end people, but a good prtice and stay for everyone looking for something more realistic!

Bugs on sofa. Prices not disclosed at checking in. I ask for no jacuzzi and had room with jacuzzi! Prices go up on Thursday with out notification unless you ask! Never received an email of confirmation of reservation to verify charges!

Really cute place … loved the lobby and the rooms are great… in the process of remodeling so some construction going on. Pool still not open sorta sucks has been in the mid 80s for days and will be all week.

This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The continental breakfast could be more varied for children but it suited my wife and I well.

We rented the suite. It was absolutely amazing. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful, & very kind. If you can afford it, get the suite. It is worth every penny!

I've been here two years in a town for Halloween now and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Very pleasant staff, beautiful rooms and very very comfortable beds. Will recommend to anyone who is coming to eureka springs.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and very friendly and helpful front desk staff who gave us information on the town that instantly made me feel welcome. The room itself is pretty basic, we were on the back side facing away from the street (and I believe that makes a huge difference in noise level) with a beautiful view of the trees and pool where you feel like you are in the Ozarks — very peaceful. The front of the hotel is right on the road with a lot of traffic noise — well, a lot of traffic for Eureka Springs that is :) The room is very clean and we were very pleased with everything. Will happily stay here again when I come back!

Very nice. Close to downtown. Trolley stops right out front. Nice pool area. Bed is hard, but pillows were great!

We had non smoking double Queen room close to spa room. The hallway always smelled like lavender. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Trolley stop in front was convenient.

Very nice place very clean employees very nice beautiful pool beautiful landscape flowers everywhere great breakfast so glad I chose to stay here stayed 2 nights. I highly recommend this place. It's where I will be staying when I'm in eureka Springs.

We stayed at Quality Inn Eureka Springs for a night. Ask for the suite with jacuzzi. The suite is very nice, plenty of space and very comfortable. The only thing q and the jacuzzi was not very comfortable, had no contours to sit. It already q the suite is large, the air conditioner could not cool the entire suite much. However there are things that will cause q doesn't come back to be there, only q may not request this type of room.

Absolutely the best! Great views, friendly staff, clean rooms. Beautiful well kept gardens. Plenty of parking. Access to trolley stop and tickets available at front office made it very convenient to us. Breakfast selection was great. No shortage of selection, that's for sure. Staff was awsome! They went above and beyond there duties to make our stay just the best! Thank you quality inn of eureka, for a very enjoyable stay.

A great stay! Not a brand new establishment, but the room was nice and clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The only drawback was the breakfast area. The food was fine, minus meat of any kind, but the area was just too small. The other side of the lobby had a beautiful victorian style sitting area that could probably serve better as more breakfast area? Would definitely return to this Quality Inn again.

We usually spend time in Branson Missouri at the quality Inn because it's very clean! this time we stayed a couple of days in Eureka Springs but unfortunately been nothing but a nightmare first night couldn't sleep air-conditioners broke made noise all night long! Got it fixed then the toilet tank broke! water everywhere! The maintenance guy was very very nice and did a good job! Because they had a fire recently there was no decent breakfast! But it is very clean!

Excellent staff-rooms are very well kept with the exception of needing new furniture and the carpet has waves in it (not secure to floor-room 111) grounds are outstanding — great pool area-breakfast is awesome-if you are staying in Eureka Springs I would definitely recommend you stay here.

In between the main building and garden rooms is a very beautifully landscapec multi-level garden area. Stone and wooden steps, gravel trails, a fountain (lit at night) flowers overflowing down walls, lovely trimmed shrubs. I really loved the grounds. The room had a very comfortable bed and was clean and fresh smelling. AC worked great, shower and hot tub were great… But the carpet dated and while I liked the wallpaper, it was peeling and torn in spots. The tub worked perfectly, but was also dated. As mentioned by others, the breakfast is very filling and good! The tea room is large and clean. Everything is close by with a few places in walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Eureka Springs, so we were not sure what part of town to stay in or what to expect, other than the reviews and advice we found online. I wanted to stay in one of the old historical hotels in town but the reviews talked me out of it — they sounded run down. The Quality Inn had pretty good reviews and we were able to get into one of their "garden" rooms (separate building from hotel), which included a microwave and a small fridge. Those two appliances made the $20 or so garden room upgrade well worth it. The room was pretty standard. It was OK but the carpet was torn in places and needs to be replaced. Nothing fancy but it had one nice feature you rarely see in a motel: a ceiling fan. It had the standard thru-the-wall HVAC unit which, like all motel units, was pretty loud. If you stay in a motel room with an exterior door, that's to be expected. The highlight was breakfast. Scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juice — very nice. It's included with the room and is served in a big, clean room with a large screen TV and plenty of tables. Two motel employees were working there, waiting on people, keeping the food full, etc. My wife really liked the flowers and gardening on the property. They obviously put a tremendous effort into that part of this place. The motel is a 3 minute drive to historic downtown, and just as close to plenty of places for lunch and dinner.

This hotel is dated. The beds need upgrading and the room we were in there was a lot of noise that could be heard from outside.

We stayed here two weeks & didn't have any problems & had a fair rate. We stayed in a king suite which was very clean & roomy.

Reasonable rates, comfortable rooms, actual TV channels, decent breakfast, over all worth the money.

We came to this hotel on our way to a camping trip, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast is great! And the view is beautiful. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they visit Eureka Springs. My family and I will stay here again. They didn't even hassle us about our service dog. Great staff and clean rooms!

I have stayed in A LOT of motels in Eureka Springs but Quality Inn is definitely my all time favorite! It even beats the "fancy" Land-O-Nodd. I've stayed in multiple rooms of this motel. AC works perfectly, beds are decent, toilets flush properly, no problem with the Tv, sink, or anything else! And the staff are nice as can be. Specially the cooking staff for breakfast! They also have the largest breakfast room I have ever seen in a motel with many choices of breakfast foods plus Tv while you eat! What I love most about this motel in my personal opinion is that it fits into the old Eureka town itself. It looks like it just belongs there! It is quite big, with a historic look to it (which I LOVE) that let's you remember where you are when you are there because Eureka Springs is a old, historic place that is soooo neat! Last thing about this motel is the view. Wonderful view on each floor no matter if it is in the front or the back of the motel. The best view is on the top floor. Love this motel! Best motel in Eureka (my opinion)! So try it out your self! :) Not too pricy or expensive either! Just perfect.

I haven't mad it to my room yet. But when I spoke to the desk lady, she was polite and answer all my question.

Nice rooms, but they have some creepy pictures on the walls in the rooms and the place reminds me of a haunted house, but over 7/10 would stay again.

Very nice, and beautiful place. The staff were friendly and very helpful, There were 16 ladies from the circle c cowboy church in mt. Pleasant, Tx we were all satisfied with the rooms. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Gosh darn scary! Seriously! I realize I may be called a "snooty Northerner" but come on. This place is right out of a slasher movie. The hotel does back up to a gorge of sorts, but that just adds to the frightening feel. Like if you fall off the balcony you will never be heard from again. Ever. The rooms were small and very outdated. The sheets were also outdated and seemed very dirty. The staff seemed friendly enough and I realize this may be a bit of a "no-tell motel". But clean it up. At least a little. I'm all for motorcycles and love hole in the wall places, but this was just too far.

Located this establishment via the internet. Contacted by phone to make arrangements. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and odor free, the location and view was spectacular and the price was very affordable. The beds appeared to be new as did the linens. We travel with our Australian Shepherd who was accepted at this hotel with no restrictions or hassles. Rest assured when booking reservations at this hotel.

At the time I was visiting for the first time, with the intention of purchasing a wedding chapel called A Garden of Dreams (I did). I stayed at the Comfort Inn, it was in Victorian style and it was beautiful. I recommend it often to my wedding guests as a place to stay.

The staff was very friendly at this property and the room, all I can say is wow. It was much more than I expected to say the least. We slept well and then went down to try the breakfast, I was surprised to see that they offered homemade quiche! I had more than I should have, but it was great, I would like to find the recipe to make it at home! Thanks guys for making my stay a great one.

Our first time to Eureka Springs for my cousin's wedding. Comfort Inn was clean, good beds and a great location. I am all about staying cool and the a/c in our room was exceptional. Our only complaint was the lady that runs the complimentary breakfast was a little out of sorts with our arrival near the end of the breakfast hours and asked us to hurry or take our breakfast with us because she had "alot" of cooking to do for the day. She hinted that we should not thank her for her good food but "tip" her. A definate turn off. Also if you have any issues with stairs, you will not be able to get to the breakfast area. It is down several stairs and no elevator access. Other than that. Easy check in and check out and we were pleased.
