Wonderful hidden gem for a weekend getaway. Inn keepers were the best at suggesting places to eat and sites to visit. The word gourmet does not begin to describe the delightful breakfasts that were prepared. Amazing! We’ll be back and bring friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 5 Ojo while celebrating my husband's birthday. The handmade chocolates and cookie cake were such a nice welcome, and the breakfasts each morning were over the top. We can't wait to return!

I loved everything about this B&B. It’s so quaint and the innkeepers are so friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are phenomenal! It’s right at the red line trolley stop, so it’s super convenient to all of Eureka Springs.

Wonderful inn. Great innkeepers who take care of the slightest things; such as, umbrellas by your door when the rains begin, WONDERFUL homemade cookies in our room, and the most amazing breakfast we've ever had at B&B's! Highly recommend the honeymoon suite… very spacious.

Great Breakfast, nice place to stay.

Everything was wonderful and attention to detail was impressive. There was a much appreciated fireplace, coffee, and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We had ridden a motorcycle and it was 34 degrees when we arrived. Needless to say I was frozen. Beds were soft and cozy. The bathrobes were amazing as well. Breakfast was super enjoyable.
The innkeepers have knocked it out of the park. You should try it. Oh ya, we stayed in the Honeymoon suite but I hear all rooms are equally as awesome.

This is a great place to stay, everything about 5 Ojo is a great. Come here and you will not be disappointed. The best breakfast in town.

So far it has been great. We was not able to arrive until midnight. The door was unlocked and the light was left on for us. The room is sweet and yhe bed is comfortable. Looking for an amazing stay. Thank you.

We absolutely Loved staying here! The Carriage house is so cute, clean, updated and inviting. The bed was comfy, the tub was awesome and the owners are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious! We can’t wait to return!

Susan makes each breakfast special for the seasons. She accommodated all guests comfort and food allergies. The hot tub on the deck is so relaxing after a fun day in the mountains. Deer were present everywhere. 5Ojo was comfortable, warm, cozy, relaxing and Susan is friendly, social and accommodating. Loved our time there.

Best place, and great memories.

We spent our honeymoon here 26 years ago this week. That began a treasure trove of wonderful memories from years of visits. Children came along and it’s been awhile. We need to come back!

Susan and Tom are wonderful hosts. They make you feel at home. Don’t miss Tom’s phenomenal breakfasts. Comfortable and beautiful home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Eureka Springs.

Cozy room, great breakfast, overall peaceful atmosphere.

This was our first B&B experience and it didn’t disappoint. We were greeted and ushered to our room by our host and she was fantastic throughout our stay. This B&B is also walking distance to shops and restaurant, it also sits on the trolley line which is nice if you shopped too much :) Overall a wonderful experience — breakfast at the Inn was amazing. We can’t wait to come back soon!

This was our third stay here since Christmas. We love the beautiful homes and cottages and Susan and Tom's hospitality is wonderful. Each morning guaranteed to be served a delicious gourmet breakfast. We look forward to our next visit.

We just stayed for our one year anniversary and stayed in the Honeymoon Suite. It was very cozy and we had our own private porch swing. The breakfast were incredible and they offered a different flavored coffee every morning. Susan is very attentive and Madison was great when serving every morning. We recommend a stay if you come to Eureka. You will be happy with your stay.

We have stayed here a couple times. Susan and Tom go out of their way to make your stay excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful weekend stay at 5 Ojo. Susan and Tom are superb hosts that made us feel at ease and welcome during our entire stay. Our room was cozy, immaculate and quiet in a historic home on the property that sits on a high point in EurekaSprings. Downtown Eureka Springs is a short walk from the inn that takes you through a cool residential neighborhood. This was my first visit to Eureka Springs. My only regret was not coming here sooner. Thank you Susan and Tom.

This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience and it did not disappoint! My husband had a business trip nearby so we chose to stay in Eureka Springs and sight see on his day off. When we checked in we were greeted by the sweet owner who gave us recommendations on what to do while here! We stayed in the Willow Cottage and it was adorable! Extremely comfortable king size bed! Our room was very clean upon arrival. There was even water in the refrigerator for us! We enjoyed the fireplace in the room very much! The owner even offered to let me stay a little over check out time if I needed to because of my husband's work schedule on Sunday. The breakfast was delicious the next morning! I can't say enough good things about our experience and the sweet owners! I highly recommend the 5 Ojo Inn Bed and Breakfast! I know we will be back!

We spent three wonderful nights there. The owners are very nice, great food every morning, beautiful rooms and right on the trolley path to go to downtown for shopping. We loved it! We will be back again!

Susan and Tom are the best. Very friendly and accommodating. The parking is easy to access and labeled. The location is awesome and we were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to see. The breakfast is amazing!

Amazing. Our room was perfect. My wife has an allergy and they accommodated without any issues. They even put cookies on our bed for my wife! The food is good. I would stay here again without question.

Fantastic getaway for any occasion. My wife and I stayed in the Kensington Suite for our 6 year anniversary and couldn't be happier with our experience. We will be back.

We were only able to stay for one night, but we really enjoyed our time in the Devonshire suite. It was a very spacious suite, and a great deal for the money. The bed was plush and comfortable and the linens were soft. The jacuzzi tub looked inviting but we just didn't have time to try it out. In the morning we could smell breakfast cooking in the kitchen above us :) Two deer came to visit the afternoon we were there. They were somewhat tame and stuck around for quite a while. I thought the buck was going to come right up on the porch with me :) I enjoyed seeing them. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. We didn't have enough time to see everything we wanted to see in Eureka Springs so we're planning to come back, and will definitely consider staying at 5 Ojo again.

It's right on the trolly path or close enough to easily walk downtown. If you're quiet, you might see baby dear and a woodchuck! also, their breakfast is gourmet!

My wife and I spent our anniversary here. We had a great time. The rooms are really cozy. Yummy breakfast and good coffe in the rooms. Great for pets. Easy in and out. Walking distance to activities in town.

My mom and I stayed at the 5 Ojo when we went on a mother daughter trip to Eureka. We were both so impressed with the not only the room, but the service. The rooms are absolutely charming, from the cozy fire place to the lovely timeless decor. We also spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the weather. Both Susan and Tom are so sweet and welcoming. The breakfast every morning were delicious! We enjoyed every part of our stay at the 5 Ojo and wouldn't stay anywhere else! We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Staying at the 5 Ojo inn has been great. My wife and I stayed in the Carriage house where it is quiet and quaint. The breakfast was very good and the owners are very inviting. The room is also very clean as well. Overall we are very pleased and would love to visit again.

This was our first B&B experience and it far exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by Susan (the owner). After checking us in she provided us with a list of restaraunts and establishments she and her husband recommend and showed us to our cottage… being an off season weekend they weren't full so she gave us the option of choosing the Honeymoon Suite (which was an upgrade) for no additional charge.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the room… very tastefully decorated down to the very fine details… wine glasses, coffee mugs, bath salts for the jacuzzi tub, wonderfully comfy robes, and a romantic fireplace in front of the bed.
The next morning we went to the quaint dining house where we were served a homemade lemon cranberry muffin and fresh strawberries to start along with fresh orange juice and coffee… followed by a delicious ham and cheese soufflé and potatoes… more than enough food!
That evening we enjoyed the hot tub located just a few feet outside our door.
Sunday morning was another incredible breakfast. Susan's husband Tom is in the kitchen cooking and Susan is busy serving the guests but taking time to talk with each of us.
By the time we left we felt like we had made a friend.
I can't say enough good things about this place! But we WILL DEFINITELY be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for that cozy home feeling!

I don't think I can say enough about how wonderful my boyfriend and I's time was at 5 Ojo last weekend. We were late checking in (about 10:30pm), but Susan and Tom were up to greet and welcome us to our room. The 3 breakfasts we had were unbelieveble. I don't think we could have got a better breakfast from anywhere else. The room (we stayed in the Kensington suite) was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. My boyfriend is 6'6 and even he was comfortable (both in the bed and jacuzzi). There was fresh cookies left for us after each cleaning. We very much enjoyed the private balcony, too. The hot tub was great and we even saw 4 deer come up in the backyard one evening. The location is great. I know some may prefer to be closer to downtown, but the walk to downtown is do-able. One day we walked to downtown and back 3x. Just pack good walking shoes for all the hills. We liked being a little outside of downtown and enjoyed the quiet space. Tom and Susan are great host and made great recommendations and gave good directions. We will definitely be staying with them the next time we visit and you should too!

The rooms here are always great. Very clean and quaint, and the jacuzzi tub is always an enjoyable addition. Susan and Tom are wonderful, great to chat with, and very welcoming. The breakfasts are always incredible, and we love that they are so welcoming to our dogs as well! This is probably the only place we will ever stay in eureka springs.

I'm actually the husband and our stay was VERY relaxing and memorable… Unbelievable breakfast! Also our first B&B stay and upon our next visit to Eureka we'll definitely stay with them again; why risk a possibly bad experience, when guaranteed a GREAT one!

We stayed in the Devonshire Suite and enjoyed the spacious area for two nights. Something the website does not share is the hours of the hot tub. It is near a suite so it only open until 10pm. While in Eureka and taking advantage of the area and the fine dining, it is difficult to fit in the hot tub with the time constrants. The breakfast was enjoyable and it was nice waking up to the wonderful smell of bacon. The owners were delightful and very suggestive on dinning in the area. They kept to themselves and we rarely saw them during our stay.

We spent our honeymoon at 5 Ojo. We had such a good time. The place is quiet and comfortable and the owners, Richard and Jan, were so extremely hospitable. Our room was amazing and the hot tub was incredible! We will definately be coming back. Oh, and the breakfast was GREAT, best Bacon I have ever had ;).

Would go again! We stayed in the tree top suite. REALLY Nice place to stay. We felt like personal guests of the owners, they were so helpful with suggestions on resturants to visit and places to see and how to get around while in town. Very very clean and comfortable. Yummy breakfast. Quaint setting. Loved it.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Hideaway; it was a very clean and comfortable room! This was the first Bed and Breakfast we have stayed in and I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than the 5 Ojo Bed and Breakfast next time we are in Eureka Springs. The room had every amenity you could think of, fire place, nice Jacuzzi tube, very comfortable bed, the list just goes on. We received a free room this year for Veterans Day from Richard and Jan Grinnell the owners of 5 Ojo, I can’t say enough how grateful myself and other veterans alike, are for patriotic Americans like the Grinell’s. It is a very warm and humbling feeling to see the support of the Grinell’s and many other Americans alike. Thanks for making our stay on Veterans Day a memorable one and we look forward to staying with you guys again in the near future.
