This is the first review I write because I’ve never before had an experience that was either very good or (in this case) very bad enough to feel the need to let others know. I payed $113 for a room that as soon as I walked into smelled very strongly of URINE. I did not ask for another room because this room was the last No-Smoking that they had available. The bed sheets were stained which made me doubt that they had even been washed. This is very unfortunate because most of us are travelers passing through looking for a place to rest comfortably. I went to buy an air freshener and tried to get some sleep. During the night (I had left a light on) I turned around in bed to see a BED BUG walking across the pillow I had next to me Please DO NOT waste your money here.

I’m a truck driver I’ve been to a lot of motel 8 and this one is one of best ones clean room nice people.

The motel was very clean, hospitable, and I had a really fantastic time. Love thier pool.

Got the suite with a jacuzzi tub. Didnt realize if you get a room with a tub you don't get a shower. It's one of the other! Why would they make a hotel room that didnt have a shower! All the mismatched furniture was broken and had stains. The thermostat only had settings for extremely cold or extremely hot. 75 degrees Fahrenheit was not an option. They do not clean where the eye cant see, i. E: dropped phone behind bed, pulled it away from the wall and found D volt battery along with skittles and other food crumbs and wrappers. Same goes for under the 2 love seats. The only plus side is they had no breed or weight restrictions for pets.

Kind of gross, and the safes don't work. The showers are clean enough, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay, I don't really recommend this hotel. However, room service asks you if you need anything regularly, and the beds are comfortable enough. The view outside is mostly the highway. One big thing tgat is great is the location. It has restraunts and stores surrounding it, which is amazing for a night out. Super eight is wheelchair accesseble, which is good, but getting out of the driveway is a hassle, because traffic from the highway can be heavy on weekends. Three stars, serves your basic needs. Braum's Burger shop is nextdoor, which is awesome. Chao!

Thanks for the help on last min stay here. Upgrade to a room 210 for discounted price offered. Staff very friendly and informative. Great location for any food or shopping you need. No time for their breakfast so? Room was clean and quiet. Give it a 4 star for the type hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Not the best lodging. Very dated & NOT maintained well. There were better options for same price.

Great Hospitality… It’s a great place to stay… Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Breakfast are very good and delicious… Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained rooms. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose this hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Its an old hotel but renovated nicely. Great bed and the staff cares which is nice. The location is premium… Braums had a small market you can walk to and you're right of the highway.

All the positive reviews got it right. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled with two four year old and lots of luggage and despite the bottom floor has two doors one in on hallway side and other one is parkway side, this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in super 8 in Bentonville AR.

Place is quiet and clean. Only issue was being charged double, but I got it cleared up.

Our room was very nice for the price it's not greatly fancy but everything was really clean and nice.

Front desk person was very nice. Apologetic as our key didn't work at first and came immediately to remedy. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. There are numerous places to dine morning, afternoon or evening.

Room was clean but very dated. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Cold water in bathtub didn't work properly.

The hotel was standard. Guest service was very good. The pool was older and in disrepair in places. The room was average, but seemed clean.

It was a very straight forward. A standard hotel as a place to sleep. I wouldn't expect anything special but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean, modern facility with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Slept well on a nice King bed. Only problem we had was the TV would turn on, volume worked but channel, guide functions on the remote would not.

Pool wasn't too cold or too hot. Very quick to come fix tv.

This hotel was comfortable and adequate, if not fancy. Melissa, at the front desk, was clearly overwhelmed with two people in the lobby and two on the phone, but she maintained a courteous and friendly manner with everyone, and tried to help them all quickly and professionally. While the hotel itself looks a little old, the room I was in was recently updated, tastefully decorated in this century, and had a fresh feel to it. Not a bad night's sleep.

I didn't really get to enjoy all the room had to offer because I checked in late and left early the next morning. Hopefully upon my next visit I can reeks and give a more detailed review. The room was better than the econolodge I was staying at.

Stay clear of this place. No water when I got there. Bathroom was dirty. Beds had crubs under matris and probably bed bugs. Super busy street. Good luck trying to pull out on to it. I couldn't leave fast enough. There are better hotels for the same price.

Location Bentonville At, Great service, clean rooms, had issue with being told we ate too much food until they realized we had booked in 4 people and 1 to 2 people were taking food to rest of our family as the preferred to eat in the room. Other than that, recommended stay.

It was meh. Kinda dirty. But really nice staff.

There are very few positives we can provide about this motel that would be complimentary, other than perhaps the location in New Jersey. In retrospect. If we were initially offered the room for two days for FREE, we would not have stayed, and may never be able to stay in another Motel 8 during our lifetimes. In particular, the entire room, including the bed sheets and pillow cases, smelled like it had all been washed together with dirty socks, watching the TV was like looking into a dark tunnel, the bathroom was the size of a small closet, water would not flow satisfactorily, and the bill must not have been paid because the water ceased to function in the middle of the night, and the "breakfast" items may have been purchased in the outdated food section of a convenience store. We wish we could say that the people were nice, and that maybe they had taken over a motel which was being refurbished, but they were unconcerned, lacking in social skills, and could not get along even with themselves. In the future, we have decided to ask to see the room in every place we stay, especially Super 8.

The epitome of a "it'll do" hotel. Room was clean and the air worked. Bathroom was less than stellar but at least water pressure and hot water worked. Drain was slow but nothing worth getting worked up about. Staff was friendly.

The reason for my 5 star rating is because of the customer services. I stay here every Friday and the staff and owner are so nice and always try to meet your needs. It is a good place to stay because you have a lot of restaurants in really short walking distance.

Manager and his partner drag customers into personal business and cause"drama" as some put it.

My stay at this Super 8 was quiet. The room I stayed in was clean. The only thing I did not really like was the soft pillows. They were entirely too too too soft. Other than that channels were decent and there are a variety to choose from. The noise level was very quiet. When dealing with the staff, they were nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

Wi-fi poor signal attendant say they have nothing to do with website. To tablet in lobby or you have to use lan line. Wi-fi from nieghboring hotel was stronger. Maybe the Wi-Fi mpdem needs to be upgraded and website as well. The room was clean and quiet.
